"I have been purchasing parts and servicing my road bike at Westpoint Cycle for the last two years"
"Drove from North Vancouver to buy a 26 inch wheel because they are impossible to find, the gentleman who sold me the rim had more attitude than personality and didn't provide proper information about the item, and when I got home I realized "
My seat broke while we were out riding and we arrived at WPC just when they were closing. Friendly staff didn't hesitate to stay overtime and fix me up with a new seat. Also without our asking them they offered to tighten a loose fender on my wife's bike. They made our afternoon for us!
I took my bike in after my front tire was stolen. Matt was terrific! He explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and even walked to my car to get the bike and take it to the shop. He was friendly, courteous and my bike was fixed in no time! Great service, Thanks!

I have been purchasing parts and servicing my road bike at Westpoint Cycle for the last two years. From my personal experiences, I am completely satisfied. James the mechanic was always very helpful. I have recommended my friend there as well.
Drove from North Vancouver to buy a 26 inch wheel because they are impossible to find, the gentleman who sold me the rim had more attitude than personality and didn't provide proper information about the item, and when I got home I realized
Bob is a great guy! I came into the store on 2 separate occasions to test some electric bikes. I tested about 5 bikes in total, asked about a 100 questions and ultimately didn't end up purchasing one because the one I wanted wasn't in stock
Had the worst experience ever at a cycle shop. After using their services the last couple of years, I wont return. The female assistant rudely tell me in front of several customers on the sidewalk to leave and she wont serve me, when I dare
Choosing to purchase the Thule bike trailer I wanted from a local shop instead of online directly from Thule was the best possible decision! Bob and the team at West Point Cycles gave us amazing service including setting up the trailer for
I never thought I would have such a horrible experience at a “bicycle” shop, I have to share this with who ever is reading this so they don’t make the same regrettable mistake. This is not a place to go if you want to buy or fix a bike and
The box for the light set I wanted had been ripped open and before I opened it, I asked the staff if there was a discount for it being an open box. The staff member said “yeah, no.” Okay, no worries. Once I had opened the box, I found the
A competitor quickly solved a long standing shifting problem for $28.35 that West Point failed to repair a year earlier, then gave a new estimate for $197. West Point claimed that a new crankset and bracket was needed. However when I took
Blown away by the service by Foster and Bob! I bought my spin shoes from the Main Street branch but when I started having problems with my shoes because they didn't match my gym's stationary bike's pedals, I called Foster if he could help
My wife & I rode our Brompton Bikes for 2 years & they were great. We had bought them from Toronto only because they had stock at the time. Last summer we decided that they should have a professional service to retain their functionality.
Excellent customer service. They put in the extra effort to keep all their customers happy. This is especially impressive given how they had to adapt their business to COViD distancing during their busy time of spring bike buying season.
I am not comfortable talking to the manager Chelsea over the phone, while I am giving out my credit card info for paying the repairing for my son’s bike. I asked her not to repeat out loud with my card number due to the store is a public
Without fail over the years these lovely people have delivered top notch service. They are super friendly , professional and very patient. The first time I went in there almost 19 years ago, all I needed was air and I felt guilty asking.
Placed an order online and when I called the shop at 10th the lady was reasonable. Had my girlfriend pick up the order and they told her she had to get me to write an email since I had already loopholed them. They had the wrong price on
Went in to get a gear shifter cable replaced. When I went to pick the bike up I was told that a spring was broken in the shifter and the whole brake and gear shifter mechanism would have to be replaced at a cost of $80. I didn't believe
I left my bicycle in for a tune up, change the tyre and fix an issue with the chain. He inspected it and said it would cost around 250 and take 10-14 days but will probably be sooner. Took my email and phone number. 2 weeks later and no
I took my wife ‘s Trek bike in for repairs because the rear brake is not working and Chelsea was quick in diagnosing and repairing it plus checking the tire pressure. She said because it’s minor, she didn’t have to charge me. Very
Excellent customer service from both of the gentlemen working there today. One helped with a helmet fitting, and the other helped me purchase a lock that was within my budget. Highly, highly recommend coming here.
Super friendly and helpful service! Like everyone else I bought a bike during the pandemic, and everyone at the shop was great. I will definitely be back for whatever two-wheeled needs that might arise!
A neighborhood bike store - in walking distance of home is surely a good thing? And if you like high prices, mediocre service and patronising management you should try it out.
Their bike technicians do not appear to be competent, with rude and unhelpful staff. I am unable to recommend, and would not trust my bike with them.
I felt the labor costs are way too high. I got charged $18 to adjust something with the break. Just seems unfair all the labor costs
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Showing all the bikes, taking the measurements necessary to a good fit.
its a bike shop, the service is okay, I have been to better bike shops but this one is nearby so I go here.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Always first of mind for any of my bike issues or purchases.
Called and explained something I needed and they dropped the call.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, I love my new bike!
