the only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because when it comes to ear cropping doctor adams is amazing. everything else was not a good experience. when dr adams was a hamby rd animal hospital, she cropped my last dogs ears and they were perfect. she changed locations from hamby rd to this location so i hoped that if i followed her to this location it would be the same outcome... it was not. the employees that posted my dogs ears did a horrific job. one of posts was way too deep on one of the ears, making my dog be extreme pain. i had to take the posts out after less than 24hours to stop him from screaming. i posted them myself and i did a 100x better than what they did. the tape was too adhesive, too tight, and too hard to cut. My dog now has scares 4 scares on the exterior of the ear from what the tape did to the point where it hair wont grow hair in the future. if you like a none person experience with your vet, go here. they take your dog away from you as you sit in the lobby. on top of that, we were shunned away when we tried to take a peek at what they were doing to my dog as my dog screamed. we were told "you dont want to see this" as they muzzled my less than 12 week old dog. i got plenty more to complain about but this review should suffice.

We had such a pleasant and personable experience using Dr. Adams for repro services. She came recommended by a highly knowledgeable friend/breeder. We loved the fact that texting the doctor was an option right away and that she then phoned immediately to discuss options. She was so thorough and kind and made us feel welcome right from the start. The facility was very clean and bright. We were fortunate to time things well and our dam had a short stay and a surgical AI. This was all very smoothly handled and we are very pleased. Even the incision is so nicely done that we would absolutely use Westside Village again in the future. It was worth the 1.5-2hr drive one way for us!

Ana neutered our 1y2mo golden retriever. Ana is the kindest Vet ever, and she has over 30 years of vet/surgery experience! Surgery went incredibly smooth. 10 days later and our pup is at 110%. We followed the recovery rules and there was no issues with the surgery area or our pup. We loved our experience! The only comment is that they are newer (Except Ana who has over 30+ years experience), so their front desk is still...improving. I made an appointment, provided email/phone number, and they never sent me an appointment confirmation. I called a 2nd time asking to send me and they still didn't. Other than that, all good!

Dr. Adams and staff are wonderful! I drove over an hour to visit because this is one of the few clinics I’m aware of that offers canine vasectomies and it was well worth it. They fit me in on a Saturday first thing in the morning since I work during the week (really appreciate that!!) and had me out in an hour and a half, the procedure was very quick and smooth. They were so helpful with answering any questions and concerns I had and alleviated my anxiety. My boy recovered back to his peppy self quickly thanks to their care and pain meds, now I just have to do my part and keep him calm for the week haha. Thank you guys!!

This vet was recommended to me by my breeder and I understand why she would trust her furbabes to the hands and Dr. Adams and her partner. They give out a work cell and you can text them about anything and they will respond and walk you...most usually off the ledge but when something should be treated as an emergency or not. I guess this vet also specializes in hybrids and reproductive things and I don't have any experience with that but I will say I have a product of what Dr. Adams and a local breeder have done and it's a miracle. Thank you Dr. Adams!!

I recently visited Westside Village Animal Hospital as my cat, George, was experiencing an emergency. They were able to fit me into their schedule immediately and took great care of George. The staff were all so friendly and understanding. Not to mention, the facility was convenient and well-kept. George is feeling much better now thanks to Westside Village Animal Hospital and I have made them my primary vet.

I have known and used Anna for 18 years, but a lot now that I have Chihauhaus. She is professional, smart, knows reproduction business, has common sense and is very kind. I truly trust her judgement and recommendations. I follow them. I met Dr. B. Last week for the first and I have met many vets. I can tell she knows what she is doing. They compliment each other and I am so happy about their new location.

Dr. Beaulieu has been the veterinarian for my two dogs and two cats for years, and we followed her to her new practice location. We went for our first visit last week and loved the location, the office, and the state of the art facilities. We already knew we'd love the veterinary care. Dr. Beaulieu is very knowledgeable and kind, and I trust her to make the right recommendations for my fur babies.

What a great experience! The facility is beautiful, sparkling clean and brand new. It is on the second floor but easily accessible by steps and elevator. The staff were professional and attentive. I was able to speak to both veterinarians and received top notch care. I received a follow up phone call and emailed records. Highly recommend!

My fur babies can be a handful. Between one that’s excited and the other being quite anxious, the staff was so patient and thorough. Taking my dogs to the vet is a bit of a hand full for me but Westside Village Animal Hospital made me feel welcomed and less anxious myself.

Dr. Adams and her staff did such a great job with making my dog Beamer feel comfortable at the vet. He hates to have his nails trimmed. They really took a lot of time so that he wouldn’t get upset. We’ve known Dr. Adams for years and definitely recommend her new clinic.
