Mike answered my [many] questions via Facebook Messenger regarding the grooming tools needed for our Samoyed puppy (if you have a dog with intense grooming requirements, you'll likely recognize the feeling of overwhelm and confusion when you're just starting out). It was extremely helpful to have someone give me a bit of guidance and confirm that I was purchasing the correct brush types/sizes. I sent a message asking if they had any Samoyed-specific grooming kits (as they have a few breed-specific kits listed on their website), and while they didn't at the time, they actually created a Samoyed kit listing on the site for me! This is above and beyond the level of customer service that I would expect from any business and I am so thrilled with my experience. Such a nice, quiet little nugget to find on the internet. They had a hard-to-find treat (Ugg Sherpa bone) for our old dog, and two days later she's cuddling it like no toy before. She loves it and we thank you guys for making it happen.
