I have been to many car washes before and I used to wash my own car for years. But after I went to camel car wash that changed. They aren’t like any other car wash, it actually cleans your car. They also give out free air fresheners they have great vacuums, and the give hand towels (not paper towel) and cleaning products to clean your car or degrease. Best way to keep your car clean and do it quickly. It’s never damaged my truck or any of my other cars, I would recommend getting the monthly membership. The only thing I can think of that could maybe be better are the air hoses that are used to spray dust in all the crevices so you can have a dust free car, I wish they were more powerful. But I will say I 100% recommend using this car wash, I’ve used it on my truck my wife’s car, my mustangs, and my whole family uses it too. And you’re able to go to any other camel and use your monthly membership too. This is the best investment you can make for your car! Super clean super friendly and it’s quick!

I have been a customer since it opened. It seems anymore that there is only one person working the pressure washer to do the wheel wells and running boards, so only one side gets done. And why do I have to ask them to do the pressure washing. Seems it should be part of the process for a clean car. I have actually been shot in the face with the stuff they spray on the front of the vehicle when they start prepping, because I was trying to tell them to do the wheel wells and running boards on my truck. I feel like the staff could take a little more time on prepping the vehicle so that I don't have to scrubb the bugs off after I get to the vacuum area to dry my truck. I have the top package membership other than the ceramic that was just added. I like the concept, but could use a little bit more service for the money.

First time going was today and it was great! I got in early enough to be able to detail clean my car and I’m grateful all the tools they have there in case you forget some of your own. By far one of the best things they had was the floor mat cleaner. Pop your mats into a machine, runs it through and washes and dries it on the spot. High pressure air gun to get all those fuzzy dust bunnies and build up from the tightest cracks in your console. If I could’ve been there all morning, I would. I got there around 9:30am and the big crowds started showing up when I left around 10:45-11am. So get there early enough otherwise you only get 10 minutes max to vacuum your car on a busy day.

7/19/23. Update! I emailed them all my info again. I received a standard reply asking for the information I included in my original email. (This would be 4 times I sent in the information). I resent info with screenshots of my original cancel request (from their site that they request you use to cancel ). I just received an email that my membership was successfully canceled. I’ll believe it in 8/5th when my back account does not get charged. I feel I won’t receive a refund for July! Beware Be very very ware I sent in form to cancel 6/20/23. Was charged on 7/3/23. Filled out form again today….anyone know any other way to cancel with proof they received the form

Poor customer service. If the attendant damages your car its not their fault. My fog light was broken by them spraying too much pressure on the light before I entered the Automatic Wash. Kyle, the supervisor at the time, took all my information for a claim. He knew I was a regular. It took management here over two weeks to reach back out to me regarding the damage they caused. Managers' response was to call my dealer and that it's a warrenty issue the cold water popped my light??? Should I not use my lights in the rain or snow because they can pop?? Im canceling my wash membership and going to go somewhere else....

I’ve been a member here for a couple of years. They have always been pretty good and haven’t had too many complaints till the last few visits. Car wash has started leaving streaks and I’m having to go back over the whole car with towels. Used to have to just worry about a few water spots from my rain guards. Also, this last time it seems they aren’t even cleaning their towels anymore. The cart just had a pile of soaking wet towels piled on it. Had to redo my windows when I got home because of this. Not sure why they have gotten so complacent lately, but it’s starting to not be worth the membership cost…

My experience at the car was has always been great ! I have been a loyal customer since they open. But, I am extremely unhappy with the Camel car wash company. I recently noticed that they had been charging me twice a month for the last year even though I only have one membership. I brought it to their attention and even though the car wash admitted it was their mistake, and said I was not the only one. The corporate office has yet to refund my account. It’s been almost 3 months since the error was discovered. I Just want to warn others. Check your account frequently so it doesn’t happen to you !!!!!

It's a quick and simple way to get your car looking nice. Got a great monthly plan for a great price that allows me to wash the car as many times a month as I want. Has plenty of bays to service people. Of all the times I've been there even with lines deep a round the corner I have never had a problem getting a stall to use for vacums. Have air lines to blow off excess water from cracks and crevices. Always detail products and plenty of cloths available. Machine to wash your floor mats. Literally has everything you could ask for. Can't reccomend more highly. Best spot in Jax

Automated car wash with limited staff and all sorts of perks. There are three or four levels of cleaning you can choose and if you like it, you can choose a monthly plan. The monthly plan allows you one was per day. But here comes the cool part, you get all sorts of goodies to aid on the cleanliness of your vehicle. Things like: Vacuum cleaner Mat cleaner (for carpet mats) Mat washer (for rubberized mats) Air hose (to blow out crevasses, IT IS SO MUCH FUN) Glass cleaner Vinyl cleaner Microfiber rags Really pleasant staff, really good value.

Pre-wash is definitely better than it used to be. As I was leaving, David came running over. My side view mirror had reversed during the wash and he wanted to make sure to fix it before I got on the road. I then asked if you had any cloths left and you did, so he let me back through to give me one. He then told me to roll up my windows so he could dry them for me. He went way above to make my experience great. It’s hard to find good employees these days - let alone great ones. Thank you David Stirgus!

Car wash in great. However, at my last visit I was signed up for a monthly membership by attendant which I never ask for or agreed to. I asked if the types of washes were the same. The attendant assisted me with the transaction I requested the $20.00 car wash that I regularly get. He told me that there was a discount that day and i would get the wash for $10.75. At NO TIME was a membership discussed. I get home only to discover that I now have a membership I never asked for.

I just canceled my membership after going there for years. It seems like they are lacking supplies, the car wash is down a lot more and they took away their air fresheners thst was a huge perk. Im also not happy with how they made me cancel. I had to send a generic contact form and they wouldn't let me do it in their office even though they had my account pulled up. I have a feeling ill be charged next month and have to dispute with my bank. This place use to be great.

Awful experience. I was a membership holder (because of the price). Their equipment took off the plastic off my rear light, we found it inside of their tunnel, they wouldn't take any responsibility because my car is over 5 yrs old, i was told. Also, after driving away I noticed the mirror on the same side was loose. There's something wrong with their equipment. I've been to many different car washes and never had an issue. Really disappointed, never coming back!

I've been coming here since they opened a few years ago. First couple years, 5 stars hands down. However in 2023 it's been a steady decline. While the staff are nice and courteous, the wash itself is just medicore now. Either the wash chemicals have changed or cost cutting has resulted in the cleaning agents being deluted to the point where it's noticeable in a negative way. Either way, today's visit will be my last. There are better alternatives in the area.

I've been here 2 or 3 times, their management and customer service is really nice and will work with you if your car wasn't cleaned well enough the first time. They really go out of their way to address your needs or concerns! Their machine wash is solid, nothing spectacular but better than the cheaper ones and the vacuums are always clean, powerful, and most importantly, free. They also provide window cleaner and car air freshener free as well.

This is the only place that I get my car washed locally. There amenities are on point, I always have what I need and their equipment cleans the car great. The other reason I come back is because they truly understand customer service, as they always have people walking around ready to provide support. People like Daniel who always provides exceptional service is the reason I come back. Great work all, keep it up.

Sturgis is hands down the best most dedicated employee a business could hope to have. I came into the car wash with a scratch i accidentally made on my new car and was distraught by it. sturgis was leaving the car wash and stopped and came back to assist me. He spent a solid 15-20 minutes hand buffing out the scratch and left it looking brand new. I could not be more impressed or thankful.

Have been using Camel Car Wash since they opened. I have 3 of their monthly packages for my car, my Daughters car and my Granddaughters car. The machines they have are first class, never streaks or missed spots. Their amenities are superb for doing a complete job. Best Carwash I have ever used. Personnel area friendly and helpful. Love my camel car wash. I use my monthly membership to drive through cleaning service and when needed or I have time I use the vacuumes!! The people that work there are very nice and always provide new car fragrance packages whenever I have time to run in and get them. I have recommended this car wash to several of my friends who also have monthly memberships now.

We love this car wash! Their pre-wash gets all the bugs off. We have a Ford Expedition and all exterior surfaces are cleaned perfectly every time. At most other car washes, the tailgate is always dirty. The towels and spray cleaners provided are a real plus for cleaning the interior. The car scents keep our car smelling great! This is The Best car wash by far!

Been coming here regularly for a couple years now. It's the best car wash in town. Just came here to shout out to the nice girl at the entrance (blonde hair and a nose ring. Couldn't see if she had a name tag)who smiled and waved as she sent my Jeep on its way into the wash. It's hot out but she seems to be enjoying her job. Thanks!

This is perfect for people that likes their cars clean all the time, made your money worth it… You vacuum it your own so nobody will touch your personal things, they got vacuum for you to use for free and if you want to scrub your mats they have the place to do it too… they lend you some rugs and cleaning spray for your interior cleaning….

I asked the attendant to brush the front of my car because I’d just been on a trip. He did a great job!!! I love the carwash. It doesn’t get the backs of my SUVs clean or dry near the license plate. Yesterday there was a sign for half off. I’d like that special to be given to people like me who are regulars and pay $32.99 X2 each month!

My daughter works here. It really is the best carwash and I’m not just saying that because my daughter works there. The employees are always friendly and conscientious. I’ve used the carwash by the new Walmart and it doesn’t get near the amount of water off the car that Camel’s dryers do. I also love the fresh smelling air fresheners.

They use to have a 16$ wash, it was great. Today they had a choice 8$and 20$, so I picked the 8$ wash, soap residue was left on my car, had to wipe the whole thing down "quickly." Complained to the gentleman out in the parking lot, he said that's what you get for 8 dollars. You think they'd at least thoroughly rinse the car.

Absolutely the best place to get your car washed! The drive through works great, all of the items they provide to clean the rest of your car is everything you need in one stop. Everything is always clean, tons of materials and the people who work there are so incredibly helpful and nice! I highly recommend this car wash!!!!

“Jersey”(probably misspelled) he is a dope guy!! I tried my best to pay for a wash, he told me my money no good and gave me a fresh wash for my patrol vehicle. I have a fast pass for my personal vehicle, my wife’s and my mom’s cars. Get yourself one before price goes up or before they say no more passes too good of a deal!

I just went through Camel Premium's "Best car wash" paid the $30 for the works with tire and wheel shine, bug remover, etc. Got home and noticed there was still pollen on my hood, bugs on my front grill, and my rims are still dirty. This is not worth the $30 I spent more like a cheap $9.99 car wash. Don't waste your money

Great car wash! Clean, friendly staff. Free vacuums at every station,(lots of stations) air tool at every station, ample towels, window/dash sprays and degreaser spray. Also has a rubber mat cleaning booth and standard floor mat machine. Great car wash & the wheel shine and rain guard included on even the most basic wash!

The gentleman that was working ran a tight ship! He was working so hard and he was in a rhythm that served your company well. He deserves to be recognized. I have been thru the car wash in someone else’s car and he was there working just like he had the days before when I brought my car thru. Kudos to a hard-working man.

I drive through this car wash a couple of times a month and am very pleased with the results. Car comes out shiny and clean. Removes pollen, bugs and bird droppings. Shines tires. Awesome, easy and quick to feel like a new car. Vacuums are super strong and there are lots of parking spots.

Today I came to this car wash and received the best service from Robbie. He was very helpful. I was told there was no all purpose cleaner available and Robbie went to find some just so I could clean inside of my car. I would definitely recommend this car wash and will be returning.

This is the best car wash in Jax. The staff is great and car wash always gets my car clean. The vacuums are super powerful and I like the detail air hose. The mat cleaning machine works well and there are always plenty of clean towels. I purchased a membership.

They used to be the best express wash in town. You used to be alble to tell after a couple of washes that the ceramic coating was on the car. Now it seems like it is not being applied, or they are thinning the product as you can barely see the water beading.

Camel is a good car wash and convenient for me. The facility is clean and has a mat cleaning station as well as strong vacuums & rags & Windex. Took a star off because my car never gets dried enough & therefore leaves water spots on windows/body of car.

This location has gone down hill. No more brush washing and now only one attendant. The sprayers are not working properly and don’t evenly distribute the soap and wax. I’m seriously considering canceling my membership unless they get their act together.

When you first opened, there was attention to detail. Now that has gone away. I have a monthly plan and it seems the wash is not as detailed and you stopped the air freshener. Please go back to trying to get business if you want to keep it.

Kyle was a fabulous help right away as I entered the car wash!!!! The wash attendant pre scrubbed my car which was needed and awesome!! After the wash was time to clean the inside and got tremendous help purchasing my monthly fast pass!!!

I have been a using this establishment for over two years now, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their level of customer service and the quality of equipment they maintain. In particular, the towers are simply amazing.

I just finished driving cross country and the grill, mirrors and windshield were plastered with bugs built up over three long days of driving. The prep guy spent extra time to address this. Extremely pleased with the result!

I paid $16 for my car wash and once it was done I could not believe how dirty the car was still on the roof, sides and back!! There were many vacuum spots (free of charge) and the place seems super busy for a week day!!!

Everyone is always great here! Friendly crew, superb washes and the amenities to really bring your car to its best self are awesome. I like my car to really sparkle and camel always makes sure that happens.

Use to have two folks to prewash both sides of vehicle going into the wash, now only one with a pressure washer, not as good in my opinion. Other than that, still a nice place for a wash

Best car wash chain. I always have a good experience. In less than 10 minutes the car can be cleaned inside and out and literally be spotless (since they’ve got the cloths!!)
