Ordered two coffees, no line of people waiting and then we waited for around 10minutes while walking around and checking back every so often. The line in the wait area got bigger and still our drinks weren't called so we decided to ask. The lady knew straight away what we were asking saying "there was trouble with your ticket so we will make it now" but just before that was standing there on her phone. Even though we had waited so long they still continued to make other orders and we had to wait even longer. An apology just doesn't suffice for such terrible service

Coffee is okay, seems like it gets super busy though because of the location. $7.00 for a medium oat latte on Saturday Edited: somehow their Oatly tastes like dirt water. Noticed when it was getting poured into the milk jug the color was off as well… yikes. 2 stars

Perfect little coffee stop while passing through Box Hill central or coming and going through the train station. Easy eftpos transaction with no EFT back and forward. Prices are competitive and coffee much tastier than it's main competitor being Macca's only meters away. I'll be back …

Their coffee is taste the best in Box hill central and love the amazing latte art. The staff n barista friendly approaches that make me go back everyday. Very good spot to grab a nice coffee when I am on my way to catch the train. Only complaint is the shop need more seat...

In the heart of the Box Hill metro station, they serve one of the best coffee's in the area. It is a great place to grab your coffee in the morning before work! The decoration is modern and trendy. Their selection of sweets are worth to try as well.

Got iced latte. Pretty good, but expensive as for size $17 for 2 small iced coffees. The girls are really nice. Clean coffee shop.
