"Came here to get food from the hot bar and there was nothing there besides all the cold food and then asked the cashier what time they close and I was told they stop replenishing 6/630pm and close at 7pm"
Love this store! Great selection of specialty products and high-quality baked goods and cheeses( my favorites!) The meat department has a lot of great items for quick dinner preparations. I'm just sad when they run out of their seasonal items. ( I'm talking about YOU, pumpkin pie ice cream sandwiches!)
We went looking for things they had listed online but couldn't find at the store. When asking an employee and showing them on my phone where it said they had it they acted sort of like I was insane? Overall not a great experience - but I haven't been on a whole foods where I have had a good one yet.
This store has got some friendly employees.... And if you look around you can find 365 brand... As well you have to search if you're looking for any type of bargains here but they do have sales occasionally..... Other than the fact that Amazon owns it... it's not a bad grocery store …
I went to return an Amazon order. I tried to shop and the place really sucks since the "change" I think they're recruiting wel-smart rejects to work there. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a sign in the employee break room that says "beatings will continue until morale improves"
Came here to get food from the hot bar and there was nothing there besides all the cold food and then asked the cashier what time they close and I was told they stop replenishing 6/630pm and close at 7pm. It’s not even 6pm and nothing was left. SMH Whole Foods, gotta do better
Great Whole Foods location. Very spacious and well stocked. Pleasant environment to shop and great selection of high quality produce. Extensive wine and beer selection as well. I went on a Monday evening around 6pm and there were few other shoppers in the store.
For someone who appreciates grocery stores that take the initiative to sell organic, healthy, and unique items, I throughly enjoyed visiting here for the first time. It’s super inviting, modern, and the place is pristine. I love the idea of
As I was checking out I got confused on how to use my EBT card so I asked for help ,and I was helped but when the employee walked away she started making fun of me and laughing with another employee about how I was using an EBT card, times
9/25/2023: Whole Foods used to be clean upscale health food store, before Amazon bought it. NOT anymore, but prices are still suggesting it is... Now it is COOKIE-SOAP store. 50% of produce is stale and rotten, a lot of expired items. At
Not a bad place for an OCD person. Everything is marked clearly & organized. This place is definitely not for those who are on a budget but maybe have a means to splurge once in awhile. I'm sure there's repeat customers but for myself I
I’ve been going to this WholeFoods since 2006 and I must say, I feel highly disappointed with how a health food store turned into a low quality market with outrageous prices. The food no longer has the great quality like it used to, the
Whole Foods in Jacksonville Florida has the freshest organic produce and meats you could hope to find in a grocery store chain. I buy their salmon and love grilling it. Whole Foods has a delicious line of prepared food, a hot bar, salad
I have actually never shopped in the store.. I mostly come here to return my amazon packages. They have moved down in the Cafe center.. They also provide customer service as well as self service. The best concept yet.. The store is kept
I bought your case of Ginger Ale and it was the worst Ginger Ale I have ever had in my life. "I have been drinking Ginger Ale since I was Ten , 61 now." I chilled the case in my refrigerator over night and didn't even have any the next
I love there selection on fresh produce and groceries.... my favorite organic market. I get my cortadito (Cuban Coffee) every time I walk in... delicioso. Clean, fun place to do my shopping and the employees are friendly and helpful.
Bought a bag of siete chips on Friday 3/31/2023 and forgot to check the expiration date. Today I opened the bag and the chips tasted really gross, checked the expiration and turns out they expired in 2022. Do better Whole Foods!
Great central location for a Health Food Store. This store's employees are super helpful in helping to find items that are not easy to find. They also have items some other stores do not that meet the needs of health conscious
Love Whole Foods! Recently we had a last minute change in plans and couldn’t leave town for Thanksgiving so we decided to get a vegan thanksgiving meal from Whole Foods! It was ready right on time and absolutely delicious.
Lots of vegan and vegetarian items. There is an Amazon return station you can do like a self check out and also traditional self checkouts. You can use your Amazon account for small discounts on some items.
Walked in after work looking for a specific soup. I was given great customer service help with finding the items. I love how clean and organized of this location. Will definitely be back to shop again!
Looking for that unique spice or hard to find item, not at your usual grocery store. Visit Whole Foods, the staff was friendly and willing to help you find any item. The store was clean and bright.
Lovely store. Some of the food wasn’t ready at 3pm which was disappointing as I really love the broccoli crunch salad. Lovely sitting area where I was able to get some work done.
When I arrived home some of my items were Not in my bag. However wasn't charged for them. Confused as to how the cashier didn't ring them up after they were put on her counter.
The store is not what it used to represent, a place with choices that used to cater to health nuts and people like myself, that used to come here for a variety and advised.
Very nice like all Whole Foods, but 2 salad bar plates cost me $90. I still am in pain from that experience 3 weeks later. Whole Paycheck is truly the appropriate name.
First time visiting the store. They had cassava chips & cornstarch-free baking powder. Otherwise, I like Sprouts better for specialty items & Publix better in general.
The guy in the seafood department was completely rude. I understand it's labor day and you probably don't want to be at work, but don't take it out on the customers.
There egg prices are still high. There is no egg shortage. Prices are much higher then competitors, I only shop the bakery. Customer service is always good m
I had a taste for some soup for dinner and made the trip. I was happy I went. It saved me cooking time and added something different for a dinner selection.
Another great Whole Foods Market! Very clean and have a great variety of healthy foods. I always get kimchi and they are never out of stock. Great place.
Bought our Christmas tree at Whole Foods this year. They had by far the BEST assortment of trees. All full and healthy. And the lowest price too!
This place was amazing our first time there, and they had everything you could think of when it comes to food. It's expensive too.
Visited Whole Foods for the first time in the last 6 years. Beautiful store. The prices are way more than I care to spend.
The hot and cold bars always have great options, but it's pricey. Well, everything is pricey here. Hit the bar before 2pm!
Hot bar was expensive but the food is really good. Nice cafe area to eat. Amazon return drop off was quick and easy.
I'm grateful they have Amazon drop off. That's about the only reason I go there. People are nice and helpful.
I have to drive quite a distance past several other grocery stores and that is because I like the food.
Clean and efficient store. The staff are very helpful. Some hard to find items can be found there.
Nice selection of expensive groceries. Place is very worn and tired
