Absolutely gorgeous Cafe which we just happened to visit this morning. Was pretty busy but service was impeccable and we got our coffees, smoothies and meals really quickly. Food was plentiful and absolutely delicious, and it cost about half of what we paid in Mornington the day before. Beautiful atmosphere, very friendly staff and a great experience. Absolutely would recommend and we will be back!

Well what can I say about this absolute gem of a cafe. Our family have come to McCrae for a well earned break and decided to have lunch here. We were greeted by extremely friendly and talkative staff who entertained our children with chocolates and tales of the sea. We had bagels and chips and by Odin’s beard it was the best we’ve ever had. And having 5 kids we’ve had a lot of chips. Even my eldest son commented on how the chips tantalised his taste buds. The staff were so nice that they felt like part of our family. They would certainly make our Christmas card list. So I would highly recommend it for families, celebrations, first dates and blind dates. Top notch!

Love this cute cafe with amazingly friendly staff and great service and food very reasonable pricing. The view through the window is lovely too with large windows, although cant see the beach can see all the lovely trees and park across the road. Will definitely be back.

Waffles were amazing, and enough icecream to last the whole way through the meal, unlike some places that just give you a small scoop. The only thing that freaked me out a little, was when going to the toilet, seeing this huge bowl of hamburger mince sitting out in the open just outside the kitchen, next to the door that lead to the toilet. They need a little bench fridge in that spot to keep it cold, but easily accessible.

Nice to see this place back up and running! Ordered strong latte and toasted ham cheese sandwich. Coffee was perfect temperature and with appropriate kick of caffeine. Only thing I would say is a bit of a bitter aftertaste... at the bottom of the cup I got a few bits of coffee bits... maybe a setting on the machine or something. Toasted sandwich was absolutely perfect. It was actually a very generous size and absolutely hit spot with top quality ham and cheese and perfect buttering and crispiness! Looking forward to trying the other lunch items.

Amazing service, super friendly, accommodating vibe. Sausage rolls were out of this world. Coffee was good and had three size options - hurrah! Great food options. We went back every morning while we were holidaying there. Love this place. And free dog treats for your pooch - they know the way to my heart

Took my booking and so glad I did because it was very busy chilly to be sitting outside. We sat inside l had yummy fish and chips with their own dressing on salad and French fries as my son had a burger and ate the rest of my chips He had a huge iced chocolate and l had lemon and Ginger big pot of tea was 4 cups. We really enjoyed our experience dining in for lunch at Blue Bay Cafe in Rosebud. The prices and portion sizes were very reasonable and tasted very delicious. We were impressed with the amount of food we received as well as the quick service. However, some of the staff were very inexperienced and were not able to identify which dish was what when serving, this made it confusing to differentiate the salad dishes. Overall, a great experience at Bay Blue Cafe, we will be back again!

Booked for Brunch on Sunday...super, super busy! Excellent service, hardly waited at all five of us had food at the same time. Coffee was hot and food delicious, well presented. Most enjoyed and look forward to going back.

The food itself was absolutely amazing! Delicious, fresh, cooked well and presented with love and care. Coffee was average... a little on the weak side unfortunately. They were super busy and we had to wait over 45 minutes for our food, however the delicious food made up for that aspect. I would go back (hopefully on a day when they are not that busy)

Love our weekly visit to this beautiful little Cafe. Wonderful food with great variety and the best coffee I've found down here. Staff are so friendly and helpful creating a warm relaxed atmosphere.

We came here for breaky and it was quite good. A little cafe where you head up to order, with friendly staff, and fast food and drink delivery. Whilst fast is good, the croissant was only just warm (still ate it though). Nice for a coffee and small meal.

Only got takeaway drinks but the space is so beautiful and calming. Staff very friendly and that cold brew coffee - yum! We'll be back when we're in the area again to try the delicious looking food

Visited in busy Mother’s Day, it took a while waiting for our food. But the taste, quality of food and portion really surprised us! Recommend chicken mango salad and their carrot cake, it is 10/10, love it! Would like to come back for other cakes.

Wonderful coffee, food, atmosphere and staff. Highly recommend you try it for yourself. Since my first visit I always prioritise this cafe over any others. I highly recommend their breakfast board.

After a long wait of 30 minutes , at a busy lunch time on a CoVid crazy day, we finally got piping hot delicious food. Reasonably priced and value for money . Ginger lime dressing on salad was top notch.
