Good day, today I'll be issuing a 5-star review for Wingenback Inc., at their Barlow Trail SE, Calgary location. The first contact with Wingenback was very encouraging. We were treated respectfully over the phone. There was no over-the-phone sales pressure. There was no obfuscation of issues. In fact, we were challenged to find a better price, and if we could he even offered to undercut theirs. The man on the other end said we had to come to the office and chat. However, we were a little wary as there are two reviews here that have basically called this outfit foul, we stayed open minded though, and wanted to go verify what this place was about firsthand. We are very, very glad we did. We met with Doug, and he received us in his office. We talked about the scope of the work required, and after asking how easily they could accomplish a move, he said 'well why don't I just show you.' Well, we passed the security doors into their heated and well maintained warehouse, and were very surprised. Oftentimes, one does not require many extremely heavy objects moved, however I am now of the opinion that if I had an object that was extremely heavy (>100,000lbs), and it was fragile, and it needed to be moved, Wingenback is the first place I will call. They are very well equipped and experienced to handle these dangerous tasks. So after confirming the details, and the bargain struck, there were two men with excellent 'lets get after it' attitudes who showed up with a very nice flat deck complete with forklift to move the very heavy office equipment my dad had requested moved. They worked tirelessly for my father, and were out of there in about an hour! Even better, the work did not go off without problems. After a quick phonecall to Doug, he made things right without question. This is actually the part of the review that is the most important! Despite all of our planning, problems did end up arising. Rather than argue, rather than delay, Doug got right after it so proactively, you wouldn't think you were asking a large company to do work for you. A company will really show their true colors when some poop hits the fan, and when it did, Doug took care of it. Unfortunately for him, he has some loyal customers with our family now, without question regarding the transport of items that we cannot handle, we will be relying on Wingenback for the future. I would like to now call attention to the other two (at the time of this writing) negative google reviews. We actually explored this concern with Doug as well, and he had all of the details involving the two individual cases. I do not feel it is appropriate discussing the details of the matter. However, I will say that after hearing from Doug, I am of the belief that a despicable individual or individuals merely sought to defame or injure Wingenback's excellent reputation. I would not issue this 5 star review unless it was earned after all. In conclusion, I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to Wingenback Inc, and Doug - you guys really hit a home run here. I strongly encourage anyone to give them a call, as they are moving specialists, and purveyors of fine products as well. Doug's pricing is very reasonable, and that pricing is set with the intent to have you as a repeat customer, not to send you to the competition. Give them a try!

I started dealing with this company about 40 years ago. They helped me many times over the years. Giving them a five star review should not come easily unless deserved. This company deserves it. The level of service and patience with a difficult process to select a safe and move three was impeccable. The guys were not only respectful and courteous but professional to the max in helping to select a safe, to arrange deliveries and install three safes. I also found them to be fairly priced and very quick to respond. The culture set by the original owners is still apparent and they take their moto of service seriously. If you need their type of service, you cannot go wrong with their help. This will likely be the last time I need their services but I will refer them as often as possible.

Wingenback is best moving Company. It is my first experience with them .Doug and his team is very punctual, experienced, responsible and patience. Our load was delayed for three days Twice they had to go back because the truck didn't come but they still had a lot of patience, they supported us every time we called them. Doug and his team did a great work ,they unloaded and placed my CNC Rover K machiene in my shop. Hats off you guys . You are my mover for future. I highly recommend them. Wingenback is No 1.

I had a safe to be removed well over 2000lbs, they had me booked in a week from now. The office staff informed me of an opening today and was onsite within the hour! The crew that showed up were a bunch of great guys! Quick with jokes, friendly, professional, and took what they were doing very seriously. They made sure safety was their top priority when it came to moving this beast, all the while making it seem effortless. They have the right tools, the right guys, and the right attitude! We will be using thier services again!!

It was a pleasure having Dan, Tony, Dean, and Michael to assist us with placing a 1200 lb, 1600A Automatic Transfer Switch on the 15th floor of a high-rise building in downtown on May 16th, 2020. Their team navigated a difficult project in a very effective and timely manner which allowed us to stay on top of our timeline. Great group of guys; really hardworking and good at adapting to situations with clever solutions to make the whole thing easier. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

Fraud- please use caution before you place anything for storage. I heavily do not recommend them. They are fraudrster, I have been ripped off, they gave my stuff some to other party without my consent and when I went to pick it up it was not there and they deny to even pay me for the replacement. The cost is up to $2000. After talking to the manager I feel even worse. Forget about the pay they are not even sorry of what they have done. So please guys DO NOT USE this place.

I’m a metal sculptor based in Edmonton. I had a sculpture commissioned by a law firm in Calgary for an out door patio on the 15th floor. It was complicated as a separate contractor removed the large plate glass window so the sculpture could be raised onto a platform Wingenback built on site. It was then slid through the opening and then lowered on to the deck. They took great care to protect all the surfaces moving the 500 lb sculpture. Ryan and his team did a great job.

Wingenback is consistently amazing to work with - they have helped us for many years with storing and transporting our Stampede Parade float, and every time they go above and beyond. They are so careful with properly storing and loading up the float pieces, and even help us assemble/disassemble it on site. Their crew are always professional, accommodating and responsive - highly recommend!

I had purchased a CNC and needed it moved. The cabinet shop near us suggested Wingenback, and they were everything you hope for in a company. They were: Quick to respond, quick to quote, good value, professional in interactions and in their abilities, great follow up with both the billing, and with quality control. We use Wingenback for our float transportation and couldn't ask for better service. From phone calls and emails to transportation day, the entire crew is wonderful to work with. They have always been on time for our float drop off's, even when it's incredibly early! My team and I over at the University always appreciate Wingenbacks hard work and attention to details.

Best installers of heavy things I have ever worked with. They will go above and beyond in most cases. I would highly recommend their used safes and install services. You would be very hard pressed to find a better deal or better installers. I never get tired of watching the installers do magic with soap and puckboard. 5/5 stars, would safe again.

I have used wingenback inc on several occasions and they have been more than helpful as they came fully prepared very safety conscious and there on time. i will continue to use them as they can complete any heavy lifts as well mechanical installations I am very please with their work and their employees nice to know you can rely on them.

In my experience Wingenback was poorly organized and did not communicate well internally. I dealt with them on two occasions involving a heavy property move and both times they quoted and committed to me and ended up changing terms right before the move date. They were polite but I would not consider using their services again.
