I was getting frustrated with other car hire companies with ridiculous rates and with little options in terms of cars. I dealth with Sne from reservations who started my process and was just brilliant she put me at ease. She referred me to Desigan from Umhlanga who was just as the best. He made it all happen within few minutes, great and friendly service. I would definitely be using Woodford from now onwards. Thank you guys

I am very unhappy with my rental of August month 2023. Long story short my invoice showed to return the car on the 08/09/2023. I was then told I needed to return the car on the 06/09/2023 thus I had to pay for 3 days. The consultant made the mistake and the customer had to pay. Very very disappointing although I rented a car again for the month I thing the Woodford team need to look into this matter.

After several comparisons over the years, Woodford definitely comes out on Top!! Their commitment to service is exceptional, and their vehicles are of pristine condition. Not a happy client , forgot my sunglasses yesterday when I was taking back the car and next thing they’re telling me that there was no glasses in the car when I know for a fact that my shades were in passenger seat :( very disappointing to me when the service was so good only for my glasses to be stolen at the end!

Fraudulent company they scammed me of 9k and refused to pay it back!!!!! Do not recommend. So many hidden costs they do not tell you about when booking you’ll only see when they debit from account. Zero transparency zero professionalism from staff especially Sanelisiwe at King Shaka

Great service. There was a mistake at first with the wrong vehicle they ordered for me to rent. But it was resolved immediately. The vehicles are better specifications than the ones shown on their websites.

When I arrived at Woodford I was informed that they only accept credit card and not debit cards. Many other places accept debit cards and it wouldn’t been nice if they had informed me before I arrived.

I booked a car on 21 July 2023 for a period of 6 days, my pickup date was on 26 July 2023. Woodford Umhlanga branch gave me a call on the 25th telling me that the vehicle I booked is not available.

The manager was very helpful and service orientated. Price was reasonable. Only one thing, I should have taken any car besides the Renault kwid. Although this was a new car, the drive was pathetic.

The members of staf were professional and yet friendly. The vehicle was neat and upto spec. I forgot my laptop and Shaun Nair helped me to get it back. I would recommend Woodford Car hire anyday!

Terrible experience car switched off not even 500m from collection. We waited half an hour for the car in the first place then had to wait another 45min for a replacement.
