Since moving here to Austin and being a customer of Woodforest for over 10 years. It appears as if this bank lacks the friendly, smiles and thank you for banking and keeping funds in our bank service that has always been a part of Woodforest. In business perception is EVERYTHING! And whrn you walk in. They should greet you, not make you feel like you are bothering them. Make accomodation to make you feel special for banking and or visiting their branch. Also for longterm customers who keep LARGE SUMS of money in the bank, say about 15k to waive a wire fee of 35 dollars without me asking seems more like we want your.money, no we will not give you any consessions, we make money on fees. Thank you. If you.go.here have low expectations, do your withdrawal and keep going. I truly hate visiting this branch.
I am very disappointed with this location. It used to be my favorite branch. They were always nice and courteous. This morning I go in and an employee comes up to me (I'm not sure where he come from but he wasn't standing in an area close to the bank where he could be seen and greet customers)and says his back up hasn't shown up so he can't open , he is not sure when they will get there and I can go to their next closest branch. I am assuming he was talking about the branch manager, what branch manager doesn't show up to work on time and doesn't notify their employees of an emergency they may or may not be dealing with.
Horrible customer service for a bank. I was quoted a price for a replacement card, told it was the woman's last day and she must have checked out. Then I was charged a higher price than the one she quoted. I asked to be refunded the $5.00 difference...$5.00 to someone who is homeless is dinner for a week. I need that money. This is how a pretentious bank worker sees the world. $5.00 to me is the difference between not eating and sleeping well. Thanks a lot Tiffany
Went to get a business account and Tiffany was very very helpful, nice and funny too. I highly recommend you go out and see her she can help you get threw the process easy and even give advice about taking classes around here in the community to help the business.. your awesome lady thanks again for all your help . I have the most up respect to this ( Forest National ) Bank. Main General manager, has the BEST Staff. I have ever done business with. The whole team go Beyond their duties. To make one feel like family. Nothing but ( Respect, friendliness, and caring. ( ALL CUSTOMERS ). Thank. Juan S Posas
I was pretty disappointed to hear the staff tell me that they were going to charge me $5 per page to get my bank statements printed. Seriously? So you feel good about charging someone $120 for 24 pieces of paper? Absolutely ridiculous and truly disappointing.

located inside walmart they have an atm with a $3 non bank user fee. the employees have always been friendly to me. ive never seen a line or, really, anyone at the bank.

I just moved and trying to call different banks to get information on opening a new account and no one answers I get an answering machine to leave a message.
