Ive been with woodforest for around 15 years, Christy Piña has the best customer service ive received yet. She was very easy to deal with, told me to call if i had an issue. I did have an issue and when i called she answered the phone very quickly and remembered me. She took care of my issue no problem. Great customer service!

I didn't noticed the staff closed at 4, I hot there at that time, and they still have me service. I really appreciate it that great customer service from the teller christy.
