Matt and Chris did a phenomenal job installing a new water heater in my home. The day after my initial call, they came out to complete a thorough evaluation. Based on the results of that evaluation, they offered me a range of potential solutions and described the costs and benefits associated with each option. There was absolutely no pressure to choose the most expensive option, which is a common practice with other firms. A few days later, they were able to add me to their schedule. They removed the old water heater, repaired a very dangerous gas shutoff valve that the previous homeowner had left behind the water heater, and then installed the new water heater. The price was incredibly reasonable, the quality of the installation was top-notch, and the communication throughout the process was stellar. I highly recommend the Workman team and will definitely be calling them again.

Matt and Chris came back to handle new work in each of my restrooms and kitchen sink. Complete professionals, they wear covers on their shoes, work quickly and leave everything clean when they're done. I will never look for another plumber as long as I'm in their service area. ***** first review below *** The team was in time and quick to do the work. Quick response when I reached out for help - shutting down gas and water lines to an apartment and got a range of prices for the work which I appreciated because I at least wanted to be prepared for the sticker shock. After the work was complete I was told I had the best case scenario and paid the lower price on my range. Even if it had been the top end i still appreciated knowing what to prepare for. Team was reliable and I’ll have them back for my next project.

Amazing. I wish we had found Matt’s services years ago, rather than wasting time and money with other plumbing companies. Matt came out to fix our gas lantern (which was “fixed” a year ago by another company) and within an hour our gas lantern looked better than it ever has. Later on in the afternoon I notice a strong gas odor (also “fixed” a year ago for $$$$) and Matt came right back out and detected a strong leak. He adjusted a few things and retested with zero leak, and refused payment because it was such a simple fix. The company that worked on it last year had us out of gas for days, a torn up yard, and charged an absurd amount of money - and they never even fixed the problem! So grateful to have discovered Matt and his team! I’ll be recommending to all of my neighbors!

As a landlord, I got a call about the only water heater in the house leaking, and it turned out it needed to be replaced. Oh man - the last thing you need to hear!! I called everywhere, but everyone was booked for two weeks! I called up Matthew with Workman Plumbing. He was able to come by the next morning, and 1) Replace our water heater, 2) Reconfigure the weird plumbing, and install a leak detection device, and new valves. The level of communication and professionalism on the phone was just amazing; this is hard to come by, as I have worked with MANY VENDORS restoring this 100 year old home!! Our tenants were also so pleased with the timeliness of our resolution, all thanks to Matthew. A month after the work was done - NO issues. Thank you!!

Can’t recommend Matt and his crew enough! They came out to assess adding plumbing for an addition to the house and found that the current sewer line was in big need of replacing. Gave a honest assessment (we got a second opinion which only confirmed all that Matt and his crew had told us) with photos of the collapsed line, followed by a detailed quote and scope of the job. We scheduled a date to have the work done and it was completed on time and as quoted by Matt and team, no hiccups or delays. Honest, on-time, very clean and caring for our home while they were completing the job and left the place in great shape inside and out. Reliable, friendly, clean and very reasonably priced…we’ll definitely be using them again!

Bought a new washing machine the drain pipe was old, couldn’t handle the discharge of water when draining, the pipe needed to be replaced, I called workman plumbing talked to Matt he came over to check it out, it was a very old drainage pipe, it needed to be replaced, inside of the pipe it was the size of a dime, there was built up inside like the pipe swelled up in the inside, he was able to change it out with new ABS pipe, and it works great, it drains without filling up to the top, like the old pipe did, it’s great to have a good plumber nowadays that is knowledgeable in his work, he has good craftsmanship he works really clean,I would definitely use him for my plumbing needs.

I lost my grandmothers medallion down the shower drain late one evening after work. Hardly got any sleep the night before with the thought of losing something with such sentimental value. Matthew is amazing! He knows his job very well and likes his job also. It definitely shows in his work ethic and knowledge of the situation. We had 2 other estimates that quoted over $5000 said we had root damage. Matthew showed me via camera that there was a piece of tile that the floor company got in the line when they replaced our floors. Matt and his team were great. Super friendly, very professional, even helped adjust my sink drain without me asking (or charging me). They also saw my wife pulling out the trash cans, and offered to help. My one maybe downside is the cost - $375 to replace a Moen shower cartridge seems high, BUT they did provide the quote before they came out, so it wasn't a surprise for me, and they fixed everything in 20 min. I think their professionalism and friendliness outweighs any additional cost I may have incurred.

I called for a yard leak that might have been plumbing, might have been irrigation, couldn’t tell. Apparently I asked him too many questions and he ended up storming off why I have no idea. Very strange encounter. Guy acted like a real jerk. One day later I had a sprinkler guy out who took about 10 min to figure out I had a main water line leak off a 1.5 in pipe, nothing to do with irrigation. Now I need another plumber out. Guess I should be grateful if you don't want to work I will get someone else.

I called Matt to fix a mess I made while replacing my garbage disposal myself. He fixed it, made some recommendations on how to move forward, provided me a clear and fair price, and even made a follow-up visit to finish things off once parts came in a few days later. I'd gladly recommend Matt to anyone. I call the big plumbing services, and wait an hour to be told they don't have appointments until 4-7 days later.
