I was a member at this gym for over a year. The staff are GREAT. Good selection of equipment, clean facilites, and nice perks for the premium membership. I used the heck out of the hydro massage beds and I also enjoyed taking advantage of some late night deadlifting from time to time. Most of the low ratings you’ll read about this place have to do with the following: 1) Misunderstanding the contract. Yes, there is an early cancel fee. It’s reasonable for a for-profit gym, and I don’t mind supporting local franchisees. They state this clearly in the contract and shouldn’t take anyone by surprise. 2) Hard time cancelling membership. You do have to send a letter to the gym to cancel your membership. But reference your member number in the letter, send it a month ahead of when you want to cancel and they’ll take care of it. Again, clearly stated in the contract. 3) Busy gym. Legitimate criticism, I think. During peak hours it’s a wait for most machines or stations. But the administration knows this and are working to expand the square footage to accommodate more people. Tl;dr: Great gym, worth the money. Read the paperwork :)

I love this gym, it has all the equipment I need to workout how I like. But, the only problem I have is that people tend to camp out on machines. I’ve find myself very often waiting an hour to get on a simple leg press. The area where you can workout on the Matts is always crowded and people will stay in that small area for over an hour and I’m often walking around the gym, pacing in the bathroom waiting on my turn. I have to leave early at least three times a week due to never being able to finish my workout because people like to camp out or hog certain areas. The only thing this gym lacks are signs that have a time limit for machines and areas. Other then that the staff is friendly and helpful and the gym is clean and takin care of. I love working out here just wish I could finish a work out each day I come.

The staff's here don't even understand the company policies and they are very rude. I called to talk to one of them on tbe phone about a fake charge on my account he told me it was maintainer fee. But I told him no one told about this fee when I register and he got rude and hang up the phone on me. This company is a scammer. Scamming people of their money. I'm not surprised now looking at their rating at their rating. Please stay away and go to planet fitness because it's better in price and they have more equipment for you to workout.

Loved the gym while I was using it. Moved so I had to cancel and did so properly in the club. They proceeded to take money out of my account for over a year. It has now been 2 maybe even 3 months since I notified them that I discovered this. 12 calls with management ALL agreeing that the years worth of dues should and would be returned... every time saying it was taken care of and would just take 10 days to hit my account... I don't know what to think is going on at this point but gross incompetence or knowing theft...

Stopped going here 3 years ago. Card kept getting charged. Whatever, that’s my fault. Never signed a contract. Got a new debit card, they couldn’t charge the old one, and now I have a delinquent account on my credit report from ABC financial. Still haven’t been in the gym in easily 3 years. Absolute scam. How can you try to charge someone $250 for a non contract membership they weren’t using and stopped paying for? Heck I payed them for 3 years $30 a month and never even used the gym. ABC FINANCIAL ARE CROOKS.

I have been at this gym for a few years now, at first it's seems like what I wanted but I realized the management and owners are greedy. The employees are underpaid and are miserable. They go through staffing every 6 month. They refuse to fix broken bathrooms, equipment, mirror, and water fountain. I would not recommend this place for positive reinforcement. There trainer does not even know how to train I took pictures and videos of him while he was trying to train. This gym needs a lot of improvement.

Starting with Brandon and Connor, everyone here has made me feel so welcome, and for someone that was very apprehensive about working out PERIOD, much less anywhere, I feel so comfortable coming here and starting my journey to getting the body of my dreams, and I can't thank the guys enough. The quality of the equipment and the facilities is top notch. Spend the reasonable price of $29 per month and change your life!!! This has become my home away from home, as well as my new happy place.

A respectable amount of equipment and friendly staff. Criticisms: some equipment remains broken longer than it should be; for basic membership level, the price is higher than a major gym competitor. And finally, cannot stand loud music playing all the time. Totally understand the loud music when they are holding a class. But it plays non stop. I wear headphones playing my own music or I watch their TV and the gym music bleeds over to where I can hear it. It's very bothersome.

It is an amazing facility. I don't understand the mirror thing. You never know if there is someone on the other side...lol. But the equipment is very very very nice. The staff are really helpful and considerate. Respect is everything and they have got that down to the T! They have personal trainers and like 3 tanning beds and a few stand up ones! The best part....the hydro massage chairs! These things are so amazing! I recommend this gym to anyone in the vicinity of one!

I feel very safe with all the disinfectant stations placed around the equipment. Love all the equipment choices there too. There.is something for everyone regardless of your experience. The staff is the best! Fast forward 6 months and I am still thrilled with my experience at 24/7 Hermitage! Can’t say enough about the trainers knowledge and professionalism. Also during these covid times I am very comfortable with their protocol and sanitation routine!

This gym could've been great, but so much wasted space. Especially the back left were there could've been some incline leg press machines and more benches. There are a few meat heads on test, and they love to groan. So you've been warned. The workers here are very lazy and don't wipe down the machines so make sure you wipe before each use. Bathrooms are always gross on weekends. This place has so much potential its a shame.

This place is stupid crowded during morning and weekends! Only a small ( very small) part of the rear is usable with equipment. Over 80% of gym are unused treadmills and ellipticals. Canceled! I wish Mount Juliet had larger gyms llike Murfreesboro has. However the staff is friendly! Spoke with Manager and he informed me due to this being part of a chain they have to have all of the unusable items!

I have been to other locations of WA but this one the by far the biggest and best one. They have a lot more equipments than what you need to get in shape. I would like to see a few more Stair Masters but thats the only negative that I see. The staff is very helpful and keeps the gym very clean. Free towels is something that you wont get in a different WA location.

First day to use this club and it was a disaster. Couldn’t access the club and tried calling the door access issue number seven times and the call disconnected each time. Not happy standing outside this club at midnight and not able to access. Cancelling and going back to my previous gym. Not a good way to start with a new customer. Disappointed to say the least.

Convenient location. The gym is clean and has everything you need for in a gym. I used to go to Planet Fitness but they only have machines. Workout Anytime has a real squat rack and benches for barbells, plus a deadlift station. They got a lot of cardio machines though not as much as at Planet Fitness. Plus their basic membership fee is only $15.

I love this gym. Super sweet guys working the front desk at the old location hopefully they are still there. Tons of equipment and free weights. They do offer personal training. As a personal trainer myself I can speak to the fact that they are awesome, knowledgeable, and not judgmental in the least bit. Highly recommend this gym.

Equipment was fine, but impossible to cancel your membership even at the end of the 1 year term since I moved to another state. They automatically re-enrolled me for another year without my permission and didn't respond to emails asking to cancel. I had to take it up with my bank to deal with these fraudsters.

When I signed up they sold me on the idea that they would be moved to a new facility that is bigger. Management stated that they would not be closed during the move. They are currently closed and I have no place to workout. Terrible, sorry excuse for a facility that can’t keep their word. Inexcusable.

Honestly, one of the friendliest gyms I’ve ever been too but also will push you to your limits. I would recommend the hermitage branch over anyone I’ve been too as well. The manager Brandon and all the staff are very personal, professional and will always kindly help with anything that they can

I've been coming to this gym since I moved to Hermitage in 2019. I have no complaints. I love that it's open 24 hours to members since I come in really late often. The staff is friendly, and Austin is a staff member that interested customers will really enjoy meeting if they join.

99 dollar cancel fee they do a great job of hiding to you when you sign up for a membership. If you want to come here for a couple months DO NOT. Extremely expensive cancel fee, super packed during normal hours. Just go to another gym that doesn't have a extreme cancelation fee.

I have been a member for 2 months. I just canceled my “19.99” a month membership. In those 2 months I have spent $160. Didn't know what I was signing that much money away. Do not bother with gym memberships, they’re vampires. Workout at home. It doesn't cost $160.

Went here as a guest since I am out of town. Austin and the entire staff were super personal and helpful. The gym was very clean, members were respectful and they had every piece of equipment you would need, for any type of workout. Highly recommend.

Update: I realized today while canceling that i had just been getting lucky with staff. Waited almost 20 minutes at the desk to cancel my membership because i want a stretching room and classes and found them at Trufit nearby. Then the guy

So disappointing!! They were very racist, will not recommend any Hispanic person to go to this Gym since they believe we are not humans just like they are, who deserve to attend a gym with them "white people" just because of our race!

Clean and well maintained. I don’t like the idea of having to sign a contract, but there are limited options in the Hermitage area. I had to pay $100 for canceling before the contract was up. I only used it for 3 months.

Well we just wanted to come in and out just to sign up. Couldn’t do it. Staff member completely ignored his line 99% Of the time Having personal conversation instead. The 1% response was as we walked out the door .

I have been working out here now for over a year. The gym has helpful staff who keep the facilities clean and have a great assortment of machines and free weights. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Good luck getting out of your membership. It is an entire process to basically lock you in for as long as possible without any explanation and they will continue to charge you fees throughout the entire process.

I love this gym and the facility is beautiful! Well stocked with new equipment and the bathrooms are always clean. Customer service is quick to respond to any concerns and the staff is always friendly!

This gym is a great, quiet place to get your reps done. You can also get plenty of friendly help from other people if you don't know how to use a machine. 10/10 better than PF and Gold's combined!

The new building is great! So much bigger and so much more equipment. Only drawback is no dedicated area for floor exercises or stretching and the free weight area can get crowded in the evenings.

This is a clean, organized gym, with up to date equipment. Great staff! If you want to bodybuild, trim weight, tan, massage, get a personal trainer…. Workout Anytime Hermitage is where it’s at!

Still waiting for 2 refunds of 180.00 each since Dec 20th and still no call back even though I've called multiple times. Management has no idea what they are doing. Poor communication.

I believe the price here justifies the experience. Nothing very fancy in the gym but all the equipment is usable and relatively well maintained. It can be busy during popular hours.

Finally a gym where you don't have to feel cramped while lifting, and plenty of areobic equipment that there's always something open. Really like the modern cycles too!

It has the main workout machines and essentials but It’s just busy and really small! If you wanna keep your cost low it’s great for that.

Good hours and location and price. Cardio machine mileage is way off (doesn't adjust for intensity level), no towels, no sauna.
