Ordered a gingerbread house on the 3rd. I went to pick it up a couple days later and they had closed the store earlier than usual. I believe the sign said they closed at 3 that day. Anyhow, I kept promising my daughter that we were going to make a gingerbread house. At that point, after having put it off for a few days already, I decided to go to Walgreens instead because that was what was open and not crowded. Like my email stated, my order should have been returned several days after purchasing. I come to find out I have an email asking how my purchase was. I never picked up my item. Now customer service is telling me my item is fulfilled. It's only $14 but I never got my item so I deserve my money back. I understand mistakes can happen, especially with new staff around the holidays, but even online customer service hasn't been helpful. Shoutout to the cashier that rung me up for a later in-store purchase on the 27th. Probably the nicest cashier I've had there. Update: one of the managers (Carey?) was able to fix it for me and was understanding and apologetic.

Ordered 1 bag of coffee for online pick up. Not furniture or multiple items, just a bag of coffee. Stopped by store 1 hour later since I was in area & asked if I could just grab it. Rude manager told me the wait was averaging 5-6 hours because of 20% off coupon. I got the pick up email TWO DAYS later. Sat at curbside pickup for 5+ minutes & employee brings me the wrong coffee! Said she’d go back in & check, where she disappeared for an even longer time. I finally went inside & was told they didn’t have it. Then she didn’t know how to cancel my order in the system & had to ask somebody for help. Total time I was waiting from when I first arrived was 20 minutes. I have a feeling it sold out by the time they processed my order & it probably WOULD have been available when I stopped in 1 hour after ordering it. Total waste of my time.

Worst management in the “employee only” office I experienced today. Extremely rude. Im clearly very far along in my pregnancy and knocked kindly on her door to acquire the restroom code and she was blatantly peeved that I would ask. I said thank you as she finished entering the code and she kept her smug facial expressions and went back in her office, closed the door, without saying a word but her face said it all. Gross. Big fan of World Market products BUT had to leave after this experience just felt wrong to further support such a terrible attitude with continued shopping. Highly disappointed.

I absolutely love this place! They have so much stuff here, and a lot of it is from different countries around the world. I can spend hours just going from aisle to aisle looking at everything. I see so much stuff that I want to try. I love that they have nostalgic candies and sodas. You will find something awesome around every corner. Prices are a bit steep but it's to be expected since most things are imported. They have pretty much everything you need for your home. I would recommend checking this place out. What a neat place! Very cool selection of fake flowers. While we were there, I checked out the furniture. Some of it was pretty high priced, but some are very reasonable. I came very vlose to buuing a coffee table. They have some unique goods in the back of the store that I just haven't seen in other places. When we went to check out, the young lady was very nice. Overall, it was a great experience, and I plan on future trips. Thank you!

Absolutely love going in here! Staff was very friendly, disappointed in a set of butterfly earrings that were ONLY the left side of the butterfly.... Repeated. I don't think butterflies have two left wings. It also would drive me nuts talking to a person wearing two. left. wings.... Anyways! Found this adorable soup pot and a few other things I honestly did not need but now have because it oinks.

World Market has some surprisingly unique products, stuff not found at the usual tasteless shopping sites we frequent. It's always a great place to roam around and discover sights and flavors from our past, finding things found nowhere else... Who remembers the Pier One of 20 years ago? Great gift finding at World Market. Wonderful wine, spirits, tea, and even soft drinks found here.

Clean, organized facility with helpful staff, good selection, and nice atmosphere. Prices are a tad high but hey, they got stuff. On this day, we 'found' some sardines, olives, coffee, some kitchen/table items, and some fun items like a glass candle holder on triple strand chains. World Market is one of our 'bad' stores - we can't get out of the place for less than $100. ;)

Always spend to much money on things I don't need but definitely enjoy having. Pricing is resonable and even some food items are below costs of the local grocery store. The food products from around the world is what brings us back all the time and we always end up finding a few items on our way through.

I stopped by there to look around didn't by anything! The store has changed, you don't carry the sangria anymore that I used to buy there. I used to buy cases of it so I don't really shop there anymore it's sad but I'm sure the store could use the business just not mine anymore.

I love this place. I am a member and got a coupon for free necklace, today only. By the time I got there the necklaces were gone but there were cute earrings offered. The line was so long with only 1 cashier that we just left. But, usually I get through the line right away.

Beth and Tim at Cottonwood Commons in Albuquerque are the kindest, most hard working, considerate leaders I have met. They make going to this store so much fun! BTW, enjoying my chair:) Always so many great worldly options from food to furniture to choose from.

I really enjoy going to the World Market. This place is full of goodies from furniture to toys to food that you cannot find at other stores. You might go into this store for a nice bottle of wine and stay there for over an hour looking at all the neat stuff.

World Market is one of my favorite places. I have lived overseas and it's nostalgic to be able to go and get some of those hard to find European foods and snacks. My family also loves to try new things as well, so that can be fun to do together!

They always have yummy little treats in stock and eclectic cool pieces of furniture and decor options each season. Many on if their items are trendy and unique. Great place to find gifts for home goods and little snacks and treats

Bought couch in box requiring easy assembly. Box too big for car. Female manager helps take everything out so will fit. She suggested. And recycles box in trash compactor. Easy awesome customer service.

I just love the unique stuff to eat and home decor at this store! My daughter bought yummy snacks we don't find anywhere else all in one place, and I bought the cutest teacups ever!

I like their 20+ oz. bordeaux wine glasses. Only $6 each, and great for almost all wines. The wine selection is kind of pedestrian/grocery store, but there are wines there I like.

Such a cool place if you want to buy furniture or try snacks from different countries me and my friends and family go here sometimes to grab some snacks or to just look around

Christmas shopping, the line was to the back of the store. But they kept that line moving fast and they were all super friendly when we made it to the front. Love it!
