As I haven’t had any interaction with a customised jewellery showroom I was unsure as to how the process would work. I phoned Xennox and my calls was answered by Clint, who quickly and professionally explained the process and I was able to make an appointment that day. On arrival, I was greeted by a polite and kind person who offered me a drink and a seat while she went to let Clint know I was there. After greeting me, Clint directed me to the end of the counter where we could sit and discuss what I wanted to do. I didn’t have any pictures for reference just the idea in my head as to how I wanted my pieces to look, one if these pieces being the engagement ring left to me by my mother after her passing a couple of weeks ago. Clint was patient, compassionate and gave me both encouragement and advice. He was straightforward and honest about costings, what the final products would look like and helped me navigate the design side so that I ultimately will end up with what I want. It was a delightful experience in what customer service should be like and without any hesitation I would recommend Xennox and their talented team.
