I went to buy a F150 Lariat that was priced fairly good with Amvic inspection as advertised on Kijiji and shown to me along with carproof when I reached there. Jim was nice to deal to and he gave me the keys to the truck. When I started looking around, I noticed rear two tires were bald; then one of the rear shock spring was missing (two major safety issues) and couple other items such as broken/cracked light and bumper missing a piece. I brought the two safety issues to him; he said he will replace tires but the missing shock was ok as truck had lift kit (one side had the shock and one didn’t) - I asked how did it pass inspection with two bald tires and I am now suspecting the mechanic who did AVMIC inspection and also said missing one shock was ok. He said to take a test drive and see how it feels and then went to grab the mechanic in next shop who did the inspection; i took a quick drive and wanted to talk numbers and updating the two safety issues but before I could say anything; Jim grabbed the keys from me and said I was right; he will get the two issues fixed and give me a call and walked away…. didn’t give me an option to put deposit. I tried calling after couple days and he did not answer and then the ad was removed. *****I suspect he sold the truck to some one else with the false or incorrect AMVIC report to save money (the Ad says stock X-52) - I have pictures of the ad and the safety issues on my phone, I had the option to report to AMVIC but hoping I was a one off client who had a bad experience…. I will continue to see reviews; If I find other people complaining that any vehicle had passed Amvic inspection but had issues then I will definitely report to Amvic with the pictures of the ad and the truck so they can stop this unsafe selling practices.

Purchasing a vehicle from Xion auto has been nothing but a positive experience. I live in another city which made it hard to physically see the car so I had to rely on pictures from their website. Had a good experience at Xion auto. Ronnie assisted me and was helpful and courteous through the entire process. The vehicle was an out of province sale and had a third party inspection completed to be registered to Alberta. Days after purchasing, the engine light appeared. Ronnie and the team were kind to take a look at the problem and it ended up being a loose or incorrectly fitting gas cap triggering an Evap system sensor for a leak. They covered the costs of labour for the diagnostic and replaced the gas cap. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I would recommend this dealer for your vehicle needs!

Sold me a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, guy was super nice, made it seem like I was getting a good deal, 1 week later I have several problems with the vehicle, probably have paid 4K already to fix things. The mechanical inspection he gave me had to have been fake or old, told me the car is clean of accidents but took it to the dealership and they say otherwise. Also had an oil change and they found McDonald’s wrappers in my hood? Clearly don’t inspect and lie about their cars.

He tried to sell me a vehicle that was not up to code. It’s a real shame because he’s a nice guy. He lied about what was wrong with the vehicle we were looking at. I’m not sure if I am correct or not but it seems like he buys write off’s and auction vehicles and then fixes them up to sale to the general public

I brought a Ford Escape from Ronnie in September . He open his shop after hours, he was kind and made us feel comfortable. He explained about the car and let us take it for a test drive. He told me that the car would be ready the next day which it was. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car.
