After only being hired for my racial profile, they specifically wanted an 'aesthetically pleasing white australian female' i have now lost my job after injuring my face and the boss messaged me saying 'i dont want my customers to see that' because i have a small graze on my cheek. After being unpaid my award rate AND the minimum wage national standard, i have also been ripped off super annuation and all of my 'tax' has NOT been paid to the ATO, it has been pocketed buy the owners. They are disgusting people they under pay all of their employees, they are tax evaders and have the health department up their asses threatening to shut them down. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

One of the worst bakery in hobart, there croissants and others pastry shape looks creepy taste is just ok and customer service not that good. May be they don't get legal pay by owner so there works look just so so. I can tell that this bakery shop don't have much experience staff all the good reviews looks given free coffee and make them to write something good. If you travel to hobart don't go to this bakery and make your holiday bad. There are many good and quality bakery in hobart. I'm so unhappy with there service and attitude

Saddest bacon and egg roll ever, and I've even eaten at Hobart Airport! Literally chucked it in bin after one mouthful. Very minimal bacon and the eggs have been so overcooked they could survive a nuclear blast. I would upload a photo but I don't wanna be put on a terrorist watch list. The coffee is completely fine in a pinch, but it does nothing to make up for the atrocity I witnessed this morning. You're better off going to maccas if I'm honest!

Sitting on a cold, uncomfortable metal chair shoulder to shoulder with some old dude made me think that perhaps I'd made a rare mistake in dropping into Zum for a quick brunch....fortunately the coffee was so good I'd quite happily sit on the floor to drink another. And the chocolate croissant was delicious too!

A nice place to stop for a coffee or pastry. I was surprised to see a previous reviewer moaning about the high prices, so I assume they are a time traveller from the 1970's, as I found this place to be very reasonable, especially the quality of their products. Well worth a visit if your ever in North Hobart.

Worst cheesecake. On first inspection it looked good in the window. Upon opening it was hard, tasted like old cream, The slice was cracked, dried out and quite obvious that it wasn't fresh, I was going to return it but this shouldn't be something that happens in a place that serves food.

Lovely little find while walking our dog along Elizabeth street, the staff were really friendly and polite, great Brekky wrap and coffee, the bakery bread and sweet treats look great too! We will definitely be back.

Was hoping to sit back and enjoy some breakfast instead got shoved a cold quiche (was surved as hot) and a terrible coffee in a take away cup. The staff seemed very into there own business and not the customer.

Bought lemon cheese cake. 4 bites and in the bin. Was grose. No flavour and like cement. Yuck. Also had a milkshake that was so sweet barely drinkable. Will not return. Wouldn't recommend.

Coffee is excellent, the cake is a bit sweet but still okay. Haven't had a coffee this good for a long time. Just wish the place have more room to sit.

Wet early morning, walked in and was greeted so politely. Coffee was quick and nice and the egg breakfast wrap was really tasty. Cheap and satisfying.

Grotty.......Glass counter cracked for months now. Place needs a clean and keep smokers away from doorway. Won't be back...was a regular

Asked to buy "that berry Danish", but after leaving realised it was a jelly Danish. Who puts jelly on a Danish?!? Gross!
