I have been to the D.D.'s in Brookhaven several times. I recently shopped at the one next to Burlington @ Windy Hill on Cobb Parkway. They had the scrubs i needed for work, in the color and material I wanted (black). I found just what i needed, and at a great price. The only issue I had happens to be a big pet peeve of mine. The girls at the register barely acknowledged me as I was checking out. They were in a very heated discussion regarding their manager. They contined to talk smack about their boss right in front of me the whole time i was being rung up! I find this most unprofessional & rude. If you dont like your job or your subordinates, then find another. Never, ever should any employee complain about their boss or job in front of customers. I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask, but never even had the opportunity. These two girls were extremely unprofessional and made my experience less than enjoyable.

Bargains bargains!! Reminds me of ross but has more inventory with better prices. This location is aggressive about bringing bags into the store probably for good reason. However it needs to be more polite about the approach. Loss prevention watched me like a hawk. I was a little nervous to put things back in fear she would think I've stolen it instead. Not my first time feeling this way with loss prevention at this location. I ignored her and enjoyed my shopping experience once I concentrated on the cute items and savings I found.

Associate 363758 needs to be trained over his customer service skills is none existent. I had to look on the card reader for my total and grab my own receipt. He did not greet me or acknowledge me besides ringing up my items. I really did not want to leave a negative review, but his lack luster customer service skills is deplorable. I work in retail when I was younger so I understand it can be stressful, however there is no excuse for poor customer service. The line was not long and the store was not busy.

The cashier has no customer service what so ever. Got in line with everybody else to get checked out. Manager comes to the front to get his buddy. An went to the back of store. We asked the girl if she could call for back up. She looked at us.An didn't say anything. No customer service. I put the items down an walked out. I will never shop this location again. There employees don't have no customer service experience.

The store really has to stock up. Very empty shelves. Yesterday 02/12 I went to this store and I took a star off and the cashier on the phone with his mask off was just the worst. He was on the phone talking and texting and basically the CUSTOMERS were not being acknowledged and spoken to. They need better or at least good customer service.

This my store! Granted there is no set inventory so you never know what you will find. Sometimes I just go in to see what I can find and never disappointed except for shoe sizes availability. Some size 10 or 11 would be great but I suspect they get snapped up quick. Oh well. Guess I just need to visit on shipment day #,I got issues

You have to come early to get the good stuff but you can still find nice stuff! Affordable love shopping here found everything I needed! I got many compliments on my outfits i bought from here! Look forward to shopping here again!

Although the website says 10:30 pm I went in about 9:26 pm and they said they were closing in three minutes. Just be aware and don’t go in so late.

Great place to shop. Great employees who don't mind helping you find what you are looking for. Great prices on things you are looking for.

I love dd’s. I shop this store a lot. This specific store has clothes fully stocked and house items but the toys and shoes are scarce.

Only one cashier, very long line. Prices good. And the cashier was pleasant. She absolutely deserves a raise!
