I honestly do not often put reviews but dr Alex, Janet and team deserves a mention... Having moved suburbs and my previous dentist moving on, it was hard to find a local dental that I could trust but thanks to a recommendation from a work colleague, and a preferred HCF member, thought I'd give it a try. From first appointment they certainly greet and treat me like family. Very professional but not 'in your face' service. They really do try to care for your tooth-being and they are even happy to perform free checks against the insurance cover so you know exactly how much you will be paying up front. The clinic is new with lots of brand new equipment. But fair pricing. Certainly no fine prints. I basically decided to have a filling done and Dr Alex was certainly full of care and ended up (hate to admit) one of the most "comfortable procedure" ever had. Not a single pain. Janet was also very down to earth and lovely to talk to.. It's very family oriented to make all patient feel comfortable. It's my kind of clinic! I am sure lots of people would have their preferred dentists, but if in doubt or if you are looking for a friendly local dentist, please give this place a go. You won't regret it. The only issue is that while the centre is still growing, there might be a waiting list for appointments, but that's the same anywhere really, esp the popular clinics. Sharing my experience as a patient looking for urgent assistance with my toothache ... As my dentist whom I've visited over 20 years not in the country while I had a bad toothache, I was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr Kim Phong. He did a thorough check and then provided the appropriate treatment. Before I left, I also booked a follow up visit. After two days, the pain went away. Then I received a call from my dental clinic advising me my dentist was now in town and could see me. With good knowledge of my dental history, I ,of course, would like him to see him as a follow up. The nurse also reminded me to request eDentistry to release the X'ray and medical notes as they are important to understand my current dental issue and treatment received. So I called up eDentistry and explained the situation. Matt, who answered my call, was very friendly. After hearing my request, without further questioning, he guided me through the process, which was easy to follow and cancel my next appointment. As I would be visiting my dentist the next day, he told me that he would keep an eye on my release request in the afternoon. This was so supportive and professional. So I highly recommend eDentistry, where I've found great dental care provided by a team of professional medical and support staff.

My family has been seeing Alex for over 7 years. He is an amazing dentist , very gentle , kind and very thorough . I trust him with my four daughters dental needs and my children trust him. Alex educates and empowers my children to take care of their teeth. I remember Alex gave them a teeth flossing lesson .They were all standing along the wall copying Alex flossing his teeth with lots of laughter. One of my daughters had a terrible accident at school that broke her arm , grazed her face and broke her front tooth. She was so afraid to have her tooth fixed but Alex was so very gentle, compassionate and cared about her we'll being. He listened to her and talked her through all the procedures .Then referred her to a specialist . He has removed teeth from my children and now we are going through braces. I normally see Dr Alex at edentistry and his always been wonderful, patient, gentle and talked me through the process however my last visit I booked with Dr Jacqui, I was nervous but new I would be in great hands with the clinic and I was not mistaken Dr Jacqui was wonderful I explained my nerves and the reassurance I preferred during the procedures and she delivered. Dr Jacqui was amazing making sure I was comfortable, I felt so relaxed in her hands. And for someone who needs a lot more work done I know I am in safe hands having anyone from the clinic work with me. Look forward to seeing Dr Jacqui again later this week.

I’ve been holding off on going to the dentist for so long because of my constant fear, but after my visit with Dr Kim, I’ve never been so comfortable. Stepping into eDenistry I was greeted by the most friendliest receptionists that already put my mind to ease, they made me feel so welcomed and assured me that I would be alright. Through the whole procedure, Dr Kim walked me through everything he was doing and had such a gentle and caring approach. I would most definitely recommend eDentistry to everyone! Especially the ones who are terrified of the dentist like I was!!

A big thank you to the team at E-DENTISTRY - I have been taking my elderly mother who has dementia to the clinic for dental assistance and the entire team (from reception to the medical professionals) have been so accomodating and warm and welcoming to her. For the first time in her long life she is not scared of going to the dentist and it is so wonderful to have someone bilingual who can speak to her in her mother tongue. I have the biggest fear of the dentist, but seeing Michael has made me feel so much better. He explains everything, has a great sense of humour, lets you do things at your pace, offers whatever assistance you might need, and makes you feel so much more at ease. Knowing that sedation options are available, but they also provide TVs, stress balls and an aromatherapy spray to make you feel more comfortable. I broke a tooth on a public holiday, and used the clinic messenger chat service to ask for an appt as soon as possible, and was thrilled to get a very quick reply . So grateful when they offered me an emergency appt for the next day , and Dr Daniel Fan then spent a lot of time skillfully repairing my tooth . I know this took much longer than the appt time that had been allocated, but no one rushed or complained about running late. I am very happy with the end result! Thank you for such great service .

My first visit here and I left feeling so comfortable and happy. Dr. Jacqi Vaidya was so patient and understanding of my intense anxiety and phobia, she walked me through everything she was doing, asked permission for things, and just took as much time and care as needed to make sure I was doing okay. She was genuinely wonderful, and at no point did I feel “lectured”, rather understood and accepted. I will happily go back to her for a follow up, and for the rest of my dental treatments.

Dr Kim Phung, has been our family dentist for over 10 years, he is now closer to our home in Ferntree Gully , so we are happy to come to his new location. Kim is the kindest, gentlest dedicated dentist I have ever had and a true,gentleman, I happily recommend him if you are,looking for a great children's or,adults dentist he has been wonderful to,all members of our family. Dr Alex Loh is the perfect dentist to see if you're a bit uncomfortable with having dental work done - he is friendly, patient and professional. He takes the time to explain what is happening with your procedure and to reassure you, with breaks as you need them. His team are just as lovely and his clinic is clean and bright. I have been seeing Dr Alex Loh for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Alex Loh is very good with children. He is very gentle and patient and clearly explains each step of the way without frightening the child. He has thoroughly thought out ways to entertain the child while performing procedures. He gives professional advice and listens to any concerns you may have weighing out the pros and cons. Overall he is are very warm and professional dentist!

As a fellow dentist who runs another dental clinic, it is reassuring to know that the quality of dentistry is high here. Infection control standards are also strictly adhered to. Alex has been my dentist for a few years now and his wealth of experience and knowledge encompassing a wide scope of practice, clearly benefits everyone he treats. I was really impressed with the care I received by Dr Alex and his staff. I was quite anxious but he made me feel very comfortable with his friendly demeanour. Alex is the best! The other dentist in the practice are very good too. I had gum disease that was treated completely in 2 treatments and consultations. We have been a regular for the last few years and never miss our appointments. Highly recommend eDentistry.

My son (12) was so comfortable getting his 6 monthly checkup, was able to watch what he wanted on the TV too. Dr Alex was extremely gentle and told my son exactly what instruments do what and why. Dr alex explained everything to me in ways I can explain.
