I rented this storage when it was still Life Storage I was never told they were going to change names .. know I have a different rate I’m here waiting outside for the past hour the office is close in Buisness hours that suppose to be from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm , I’ve been trying to call customer service and as I tell them the situation I get disconnected.. … I also hired 2 movers that I’m paying $85.00 for each one pr hour .. I also been trying to get in touch with district management since last week and until know I don’t get a call back .. this is very sad and disappointed… I just need to pay get my stuff out of this place and Never again make Buisness with them .,

Do not and I mean do not have a trajic event in your life and not be able to pay that month. They will add 150 to your bill and they will not care one bit about it. Customer service is good when you are becoming a customer but once you have become a customer, they could creless if you keep your things or not. It is sad when you are willing to pay your space and some of a fee but they will not budge on it. They would rather you lose it in auction. Do not rent from here. Go across the street or down the street. There are plenty of older storages that will actually make you feel like you have just as much value as they do!!!!

worst place, they are committing fraud. they change your payment due date to over charge you and collect on late fees. my payments were due on the 19th every month they kept changing it to the 1st... and would say i was a Month late even if i paid on the 9th or 10th. All the managers even the Regional were horrible, they still owe me for overcharging me but I don't want to bother with them anymore, they also lock the doors to the offices even when they can see people waiting outside. This has to be one of the worst businesses around.

Worst place ever rented my unit on the 1st and today is the 4th they said they were gonna be here at 2pm today it is now 2:30pm…no one has been at this location for almost a week why even have this store honestly such a huge waste of time and effort! I’m getting my money back don’t waste your time here EDIT Now Brandon the “area manager” is lying saying he was at the store at 2pm lol nice try buddy I was waiting right in front of the door for 30mins I’m going to get my money back either way no reason to lie about it little bro

Stopped in to early on Saturday morning, the employee James opened up and immediately jumped on to my reservation went thru explained each unit and pricing. And what was the most accessable beneficial unit to my needs. Was a pleasure to work with great personality for this position. His good nature made a bad morning of moving into a easier move with his great customer service. A++ to James!! Units clean, secure, climate controlled inside. Only need a accessable potty for us after office hours.

This place has no employees! We have not been able to access our unit in 3 wks because our unit was vandalized. Someone destroyed the hardware and we couldn't get in. We called and called and called and called and called. No answer. The door has a sign posted saying "We will be right back". No one is there! For 3 wks!! Called customer service and they said someone will calls us back. No one did. 3 wks and we still can't get into our unit! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

Be warned. This place will rent you spot at a reasonable rate then crank the price up over the year. Our unit has gone up 30 dollars with 2 price increases in 8 months. Now climate controlled units the same size are available 20 dollars less than what we're paying. The office at the location give you a number for corporate office however the person answering the corporate phone says they have no corporate employees hence nobody to discuss with.

Used storage unit for just one month. It's a bit pricey compared to other storage units but it is very worth the extra cash. Units are very clean, no crickets or critters. Always felt that my possessions were safe here. Customer service is very kind and friendly. Answers any and all questions I had on the unit and very patient with me when I visited the office. I will be using life storage in the future if I need them again.

I got a very nice climate-controlled unit to store the final remaining items pending major home renovation project. The facility is brand spanking new so its very clean and the temps in the climate controlled areas are nice! The facility is very well secured and I just love those fast-swinging gates. No waiting on old chain-link gates to open / close. Staff is very professional and helpful Five-stars across the board!

Office hours do not exist. I had time to kill but no one ever showed up. I spent 1 hour and 29 minutes waiting during business hours. Mulitple customers drove up and parked trying to get help from someone in the office and complained that this is the norm. My suggestion is to do anything online or over the phone. Seems like those are the only two ways to reach someone.

After months of being there it was changed or sold to a new company and I never received any notice the insurance I was paying before didn't switch over and now my unit and several others are infested with roaches and spiders my brand new furniture most things that have not even been used and they say they are not liable complete waste of money don't bother with them

We have 2 different units in 2 different areas and both units have been BROKEN INTO in the last 3 months. Call it coincidence however the employee was watching our every move while packing our items in the units. But I feel it's an inside job. No one else has been BROKEN INTO but ours. GO ELSEWHERE AND SPARE YOURSELF THE HEARTBREAK AND ANGER!!!!!

Then when I actually got to life storage Kameron Williams, store manager, was just as sweet and helpful as the representative on the phone. The facility is very clean . I highly recommend this place. The service is really professional and it just shows that the man there in charge and his staff really like their job. It’s clean and safely lit at night when I’ve been there. It got dark once or twice when I delayed there and it got dark out but I didn’t feel scared at all thanks to the many large LED lights around the entire place

DO NOT RENT HERE. ZERO STARS. TWO MONTHS I RENTED HERE. TWO BREAK INS IN TWO WEEKS. THEY HAVE NO ON SITE MANAGER. THEY HAVE NO SECURITY. CRACK HEADS ROAM THE FACILITY. AND AFTER 45 DAYS THEY SENT ME A LETTER THEY WOULD INCREASE MY RENT 20%. WHAT A JOKE! YOU'RE BETTER OFF STORING YOUR THINGS ON THE CURB THAN IN THIS FACILITY.

Too expensive and if you pay online they charge you a $4.95 service fee Office Hours are only till 530pm So I never get there on time Also their customer Service is really really BAD No one seems to know what or how to answer any questions I got 5 different answers for the same questions they really need to improve this

I came in with my requirements of my storage space, and walked out a happy camper. I reserved a climate control 10x10 and wasn't expecting much due to past experience, but this one was really clean! The place isn't outdated either and I feel more secure with my belongings at this facility. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and had my storage unit in no time at all. Thought it would be a lengthy process but I was wrong. Very clean and even check the locks everyday to make sure they are properly secured. I left mine unsecured on the first day and they called and immediately put a temp lock on it themselves. Thank you.

Came in looking for a Climate Control storage unit and Erika Martinez at the front desk took great care of me and my family. They had plenty of options to choice from not like other places we went. We were in and out in a timely manner and not to mention the price was great!! Keep up the great customer service!

Good. Secure...except something that happened. I was there this week with my daughter picking up stuff.she needed to use the bathroom when we knocked the 2 people inside didn't want to open the door. Is not like we were coming from outside. We were inside the storage.we are customers...

I am so happy that I found this place!! The staff are absolutely amazing and this place is well maintained!! I love my unit and the price is pretty affordable for my first storage unit ever!! I'm so happy with this place!! I just wish they had another bathroom in the back!!

Would be 5 star but the office was closed for a number of days. When someone was finally there, he stated he was a floater and moved to different stores. Why couldn’t they have him there sooner. Other than that. Top notch facility.

These managers or person in charge is mostly never there. I have called the customer service to help with the account and closed our access gate code on their mistake because they are charging me from a previous account.

New management is non existent trying to contact ANYONE.. and have not been able to in the last 3 days. 2 people are waiting in the parking lot and the UPS driver .. it's 1pm and store hours say they are open .

This place needs better management. There’s never anyone in the office. They are very expensive. Do not expect anyone to be there if you need anything the one on Roosevelt by pica pica has no staff whatsoever.

Initial renting experience was good. Note that the contract allows rent increases any time. My experience was a 4% increase after 6 months in.
