We have only been at this storage unit for less than 2 weeks and it has been a bad experience from the beginning. First off, nobody ever answers the phone. Secondly, When we first arrived there was no employees during business hours and we had to wait half an hour for a lady to show up. When she finally arrived, it turns out they gave us a confirmation for the wrong unit. She opened someone else’s unit for us, and didn’t know why there was stuff in there already. A couple of days later we come back to get some things from our unit, and the system is down. We can’t get in. I ask the lady inside for assistance, and she tries for a little while but then walks into the building without providing us any alternative solutions or updates on when the problem can be fixed. The employees here have been unprofessional, customer service is unreachable, and we’ve run into inconvenience after inconvenience. We will not be recommending this location to anyone.

This place is so horrible my unit got flooded last year do to there pipes busted I lost so much sedimental things alot of my kids shoes clothes and games have all water damage I was told to fill out a form and they will reimburse me the money or what they can for my belongings that got water damaged December will be 1 year since it happened and nothing has happened they left me in the dark I have pictures and copys of all my paper work for my records I was not the only unit that got affected every time I would go up to the office to speak to someone about my things the office was always locked no one in there it's so sad I lost so many things when my daughter was a baby now she is ten I had it saved for 10 yrs up until their pipes busted and all my things got water damage I did not want to put a one star. I would give zero but I couldn't put a review unless I put one star

I went to rent a storage for my business in firearms they told me I couldn't rent a regular storage I have to rent an office storage so I did I paid the $1,000 for my first month's rent and deposit a little over a thousand actually. I went downtown to get a certificate of occupancy which took me about 2 hours I went to my insurance person to get insurance for the building office I also went to get my signs made and my shirts made that I was going to sell at the office I spent a total of $2,400 plus the $1,000 of rent in one day only to hear back from them that they changed their mind and I couldn't do my business out of the office space.

Well before Mr. Luis Salazar there was Mrs.Sammy and she left of course I still miss her don’t know where she went but I met Mr. Salazar and they both been very nice and have super great customer service skills and Mr. Salazar has gone over and beyond whatever I have needed to try to help me since meeting him these past few months although I have been here a long time while Mrs. Sammy was here and she had super great customer service skills I have to give credit to both of them because they were the super sweetest people that I have met with helping me and my storage needs to the fullest. Very disorganized, they chain the gates without notice, can't access your belongings. They can't meet the minimum requirements as per the agreement. The storage has a camera system that has not worked over 8 months. Several break-ins, and they do not notify their tenants, and no video to know who is doing it ornto give leads to the police. They do this purposely not to notify them of their upper management. Very poorly ran. Yet they expect to get paid in full every month, and we are not getting our moneys worth.

Sammie and Micheal have great customer service and friendly staff helped me out tremendously with resolving the call center complete error. On the other hand call center started my experience off badly and Peter the District Supervisor added a negative when he spoke to me in a a**hole tone and implied I was lying about pricing information that was provided during my reservation with the call center. Sammie and Micheal awesome customer service is the only reason i went ahead and rented.

Sammy and mike are fantastic with making you feel at home at I storage they work great together getting all your needs and concerns fixed for you to make sure your property is safe and in good hands . The property is nice and clean and very orderly . Sammy and mike have such a southern and warm hospitality you will feel great leaving istorage knowing how safe and good hands your property is in . I would definitely recommend ISTORAGE to my friends and family .

The lady in the office is so nice and really did go above and beyond. I made it 10 mins before closing which in a lot of cases people would rush you or turn you away. She didn't. She thoroughly went over everything assigned me a unit and even took the extra time to make sure it was cleaned and ready for me to move in immediately. I highly recommend this place. It is monitored and secure and access is available from 6AM to 10PM which is so convenient!

Man… Luis is one of the best guy that take his job extremely seriously. I have gone to multiple places to get room for my personal belongings. Because I travel all over the world. I can’t remember when I felt like I was welcome to a place like I was family. I was able to be get my moved in truck and my storage for my things.. and he keeps me updated on any questions or issues I encounter.. really good guy. Keep him or give him a raise.. Thanks Luis

On July the 11 2023 my travel trailer was stolen I drove by the storage unit to get some items from my rv only to notice my trailer was not there I also found out that the camera by my trailer wasn't working they also never answer there phone are there not in the office if you have and rv ,travel trailer , boat etc.dont bother renting a space there chances you'll unit will be vandalized or stolen .

We are delighted in finding this facility to store our company vehicles. We found this place to be affordable and the location is exactly what we needed. The office staff is prompt, professional and great at answering any questions we had. We are more than satisfied with their service and willingness to accommodate our business needs. Best storage ever !!!! Very Clean . Staff is very helpful. Sammys the best. Im a drummer and this is the only storage facility that welcomes musicians to their facilities. Plus they even had a wall taken down so I could have a 15 ×30 unit available for my music studio. IN THE A.C . . you guys are awesome thank you so much . oh PLUS I HAVE 24 HOUR ACCESS.

Help and discounts galore! Sammie here at the Rigsby location was very helpful. When told about our moving expenses and issues with finding a storage and truck she hooked us up with deals and did it with a smiling face! The unit looked fantastic and temperature control was astounding! Would recommend to a friend as long as Sammie is at the front desk.

Sammie the property Manager is so friendly and down to earth and she works with you and ready to help you with whatever problem or concern you may have . Prices are the best . I went to rent a unit today they gave me one price online then when I went to pay the manager Patty wanted to charge me double of what I was quoted online. And then didn't even what to see the online reservation that I did. She was very very rude.

Easy to deal with..no issues. Well possibly 1 ...it seems after thinking about it that having to pay extra to get 24 hr access is a pretty cheesy thing. While I may never need to get into my unit at 3AM ...I shouldn't have to pay extra to do so.
