Update: I’m changing this from 1 star to 4 stars. Hillary, my moving concierge, really stepped up to correct everything that happened. The fees were erased and she rescheduled our movers back to the original time we had planned. She was very apologetic and worked hard to fix things. The movers were amazing! Ramiro and his team absolutely crushed it. They wrapped up all our furniture and carefully moved everything. They were extremely patient and kind. They never complained and were extremely efficient. They enhanced our experience and deserve 5 stars! Unfortunately, because of the packer ordeal, we were unable to move our whole house as originally planned. We did, however, get all the heavy stuff moved. I would absolutely recommend this company. Original 1 star review:I was led to believe the packers would come and make my life easier. I told the company I had injuries and would need help. I packed all I could. My house is def unorganized but ready. They took one look around and said they couldn’t help me. I had to organize more. Then they cancelled my movers that were supposed to come the next day. I am beyond embarrassed and humiliated. I was led to believe that this process would be seamless and helpful. Then I had to pay a bunch of fees for cancelling and fees for them coming over (even the movers coming over fees, even though they never came). I was originally told there were no cancellation fees. So I suppose this place is for people who have money and organization. Not for those who need help and are overwhelmed.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Three Men Movers. Overall, the packing and unpacking of my furniture were handled with impressive cheerfulness and efficiency, showcasing your team's commitment to ensuring a smooth transition. However, there were a couple of minor issues that I'd like to bring to your attention. During the drive from one location to another, the driver maintained a speed well below the posted limit. While I understand the need for caution, driving at 15 miles per hour on a 45-mile-an-hour road felt excessively slow, especially considering the drive time was billed hourly. This resulted in what should have been a 20-minute ride turning into around 40 minutes, impacting both time and cost. Additionally, a minor dent appeared on one of the walls during the move. When I pointed this out to one of the movers, they claimed the dent was pre-existing. However, given that we were moving into a brand-new house, it seemed unlikely that such a dent would have been present before your team arrived. While the scratch itself was small, the response left me somewhat disappointed. On a positive note, your team was swift, punctual, and handled my furniture with care and caution. Despite the minor inconveniences mentioned, your professionalism and dedication to a smooth move were evident. With a bit more attention to communication and a proactive approach to addressing small issues, I believe Three Men Movers has the potential to provide an even more exceptional moving experience in the future.

We have used Three Men movers 4 times over the last few years. However, this last move we got to see a very ugly side to Three Men Movers. We moved from Katy to Houston. The cost was over $1700 dollars. After we get things unpacked we find my wife’s Herman Miller office chair and the Nordic Track Bike Damaged and inoperable. I called and they called me back offering .60 cents (yes- sixty cents) per pound for damages. The chair alone was 2500 dollars and it was broken. Something literally pushed the cylinder through the bottom of the chair. The remedy was an upgrade of 100 dollars in damages from Three Men Movers. They will not help they do not care, they will call you back and tell you they are sorry but that doesn’t repair the damages. You see the chair only weighed 25 maybe 30 pounds. So at .60 cents per pound for damages the customer takes the hit. So all that being said, if you hire these movers or any movers, require them to have insurance to cover your quality furnishings. I will share this story to as many people as I can to warn them about the chance they take when moving. Take the time to find properly insured movers or get some additional coverage yourself because homeowners will tell you that it’s on the movers and they won’t cover it. So Thank You Three Men Movers! For my patronage over 4 moves thanks for breaking our furniture and spitting in our face with your measly 60 cent per pound insurance. Avoid this company like the Plague. You have been warned.

I hired 3 Men movers to move some furniture that I bought from my friend. We set it up for a Wednesday @ 9:00 am. 3 guys arrived on time and quickly started packing the furniture. We left in 20 minutes for my house. My only complaint was that the driver drove the moving truck really slowly between the two destinations (I was leading him to my house) and more than once I had to drop down to 55 MPH to allow him to catch up. (65 MPH speed limit) Now, I am glad that he wasn’t a speed demon, but I would have liked him to at least drive the posted speed. Enough of that…the guys were polite and professional and moved with a sense of purpose, even in 100 degree heat. They were careful while handling my furniture and pleasant to work with. They placed the furniture where I asked and loaded up my old furniture to take to Goodwill. We drove down to Goodwill (slowly) and dropped my old furniture with the Goodwill team. Altogether, I am VERY glad to have called 3 Men Movers. Prices were a little expensive, but standard for the industry. I would recommend them.

This was my first time to use 3 Men Movers but it was a fantastic experience! Gerson and Crew did a wonderful job with our move/project from Houston to Beaumont Tx. We had school desks, tables, chairs, books and other items we were donating to a school in Beaumont. Gerson, called me the day of the pick up & move, well in advance of his time of arrival, to confirm details and other logistics. Once, they arrived they were fast, respectful of the items they were packing up and in loading them onto the truck. They brought all of the moving items needed to package up lose items. It was a so reassuring to know our items were in good hands to trek to Beaumont. Once they arrived at the school in Beaumont TX, my contact at the school confirmed they were very patient, professional, and very helpful with the move in of items. I will be requesting Garson & his crew again for future moves like this.

Jose and his crew were amazing. The helped my move my 4b/2b home. From the minute they started they did not stop to rest. They kept it moving and with much creativity were able to get the entire home packed in one trip. At the end of the day not only did they put our furniture where we wanted it they set up our beds. Jose is truly an angel on this earth and my family and I are grateful to him and his crew for all of there hard work and for going above and beyond to end my day knowing that everything was delivered without damage and there efforts made it super easy for us to put our new home back in order. Mario Salazar and his crew arrived on time. They were very pleasant, professional and efficient. They would ask you what your preferences were and would fulfill them. They would also explain what the next steps were as we had a multiple site move. The move was slightly longer than 11 hours. Even though it was already getting late and they were all tired, they still spent time figuring out how to assemble the arrangement of a modular sofa set. They worked with us in trying to make the pieces fit and not rush through things. They also unwrapped and picked up all the plastic wraps they used for the move. We would definitely work with them again.

This was my 2nd time to use 3MM and I only have great things to say about them. Rodrigo and his crew arrived very punctually and stayed in communication with me. They were extremely professional and skilled. We had 2 stops along the move, and they just made everything so easy and quick. I was honestly surprised we got it done as quickly as they did. They made what is already a very stressful situation run very smoothly and took out all of the stress from moving day. I have used 3 Men Movers for three moves and have had absolutely top-notch service every time. The office staff is responsive and helpful. (The estimate for this move was two hours. The move required two hours. Nailed it.) The crew was punctual. They were very careful when packing then moving the goods into a storage unit. Months later, the next crew was just as conscientious when reloading the truck, then delivering, unpacking, and setting up the furniture. The "3 Men" worked steadily. They also were friendly, quite polite, and helpful with arranging the furniture. I strongly recommend hiring 3 Men Movers for your next move.

Crew came on time. And tried to work as fast as possible. In ahoy day. Sweating all over - wish they had come prepared for the houston weather @ 100 F. ..with extra towels 1. Many damages. In doors , wall and dinks on the refrigerator 2. Had to file claim after move 3. Got quick call back. But disappointing to know for $1000 worth damages. Texas law allow moving companies to compensate ~ $0.60. Cents per pound lbs only So if they will calculate the door weight Ex 20’lbs and and pay $12 And for LG ThinQ refrigerator. I just moved into an apartment and had Alam and his crew from 3 men movers as my movers. They were very courteous, they knew exactly what they were doing, and they were fast!! And I moved into an apartment on the 3rd floor! They treated my stuff very well-they wrapped everything in blankets and shrink wrap that needed it. If I ever move again, I would absolutely use 3 men movers and ask for Alam and his crew. Don’t hesitate to book them. It’s worth every penny to not have to worry about getting your stuff where it needs to be.

This is the 4th time we've used 3 men movers. Again, the crew did an amazing job. They really took care of all our 'stuff' so nothing gets damaged in the process. The crew was super friendly and very efficient at the same time. They reassembled our bed and one of the tables, and removed the cover plastic from the wrapped items. Scheduling was easy and the crew sent a text when they are on their way, including a link to track their location which is very useful. They have the moving process down to a T. Highly recommended!

The team, led by Ramero Perez was punctual, professional and worked well together. They loaded a 26' truck in a precise and timely manner. Moved our entire house over 250 miles and unloaded and placed everything per our request. Nothing was chipped, broken or lost. Couldn't have been a better experience! Fernando team was outstanding, showed up on time they were extremely fast on there feet and very careful at moving everything and wrapping my valuables! He had 12 years of experience so chose his team and I defiantly will be using them again moved all my most heavy furniture like couch and dresser and dining table took it down from two story apartment and moved it up to two story apartment they even dissembled my stuff and put it back together! Entire experience was amazing! Highly highly recommend. I had another company cancel on my last minute so I called 3 men movers and spoke with Glenda and Maria. They helped coordinate my move. I had a moving pod coming and was not sure exactly what time and they promised they would make it work. They seriously did! Jose and his crew came to unload and they were the best! I’ve used 3 Men for my last few moves and they are always great. I recently used them to move out of a home and into their storage facility and then again out of the storage facility into my new home two months later. They were punctual, careful with my belongings, and wanting to leave all my boxes as organized as possible to help me when I started unpacking. I really appreciate them making the moving experience as stress free as possible.

We have used 3 men movers about 8 times now between myself but also for my grandmother who has precious collectibles that are very fragile! They take such good care of everything and they are extremely professional as well as they are bonded and insured! They are also trained and held to a standard and all movers are hired in house and not outsourced or hired help! They are extremely professional and I’ll never have anyone else move me!

3 men movers were amazing. They were very accommodating for my move out of the city and into another city. They were very fast and punctual. The movers took excellent care of the stuff and even wrapping the fragile items and furniture as to not get scratched or broken. The truck arrived exactly on time and fast. I cannot recommend enough. The crew communicated during the day on the ETA and arrived punctually. They were really fast taking everything out, lent me a big box to pack spare things and protected the big furniture with quilts and plastic wrap. The crew was really friendly, professional and trustworthy. They even carried my plants, all my belongings arrived in perfect condition and in record time. They are truly expert movers.

The Junior Velasquez crew was very fast and very efficient. They wrapped our stuff very well, which was a good thing because it rained off and on. Bulmaro Rangle and his team were exceptional. They wrapped all my furniture in blankets and shrink-wrap and worked hard the entire time. I appreciated that they did not visit among each other as I was paying by the hour. They were courteous and pleasant to be around. I just had new flooring installed and fresh painted walls. They were very respectful of this. I would highly recommend them.

Three Men Movers was absolutely fantastic in my complete home to new home move. Abraham and his crew worked quickly but very carefully getting the entire move finished in an efficient amount of time keeping costs as low as possible. I was very impressed Start to finish! They picked up the phone first ring, had me scheduled with just a couple days in advance. They called the morning of moving and offered to come earlier. These guys are worth every penny! Daniel Salas in his crew had my apartment loaded, drove across town in 9:00 am traffic and unloaded in just under 3 hours. I live on the 3rd floor and have seen other movers take all day just to load the truck for neighbors but these guys were moving so fast I was struggling to keep up. And nothing was damaged!

The Three Men Movers crew was extraordinary!!! Texted they were on the way; worked diligently and carefully with my furniture and left my house looking wonderful! Highly recommend for any moving needs!
