Use a different moving company. Used this moving company because of the great reviews but had a lot of communication issues. At first, I spoke to James and he is so amazing with customer service. I had a small window waiting for a container to be delivered from 2-4 and Pinpoint only had a 3-7 window to unload. They were kind enough to book me and I paid for 2 hours of service. I asked if they could wait until the container was delivered so they wouldn’t come and there was nothing here for them to unload they agreed and said it was fine. The day of service: Pinpoint called me and said they finished a job early and wanted to come “asap” and I told them I am still waiting on the container to be delivered (it is only 1pm at this point it’s still way too early). They rushed me and told me I only have 2 “options” that they would come at 3 and start the timer of 2 hours of service and start overcharging me if I went over which I don’t think is fair when they gave me a 4 hour window. I was very stressed because I can’t control when the container is getting delivered. The container ended up coming before 3 (before the window Pinpoint booked me for) and then Pinpoint said they are still working on another job and won’t come until 4… They called me and rushed just so they can take it back because they were still working that could have all been avoided… Pinpoint rushed me for no reason and made me really stressed. I wish they were more patient and understanding of my situation. I felt like I was being respectful and doing my best to work with their time but they did not respect my time. The container ended up coming before the window and the movers were able to unload everything but the rushing was very unnecessary. The movers themselves were nice and efficient. There was a hefty 2 hour minimum charge and the movers only utilized one hour to unload my belongings. I wish they would refund me for that hour not used but they pocket the money.

I chose this company based off of the great reviews. They definitely didn’t disappoint! To the nice lady who answers the phone. Thank you for calling me back so quickly with an answer to my question about my move. To the gentleman that scheduled, sent the documents for me to sign, and suggested I buy the moving pads and tv boxes (which were super helpful and appreciated), thank you for making scheduling with you all go smoothly. I called them 2 weeks before my move date and they were able to accommodate me. Day of the move. I received a phone call 30 min prior to my start time from JOSE (who is amazing and the main reason for this 5 star rating), stating his ETA. Let me tell you, him and his partner not only arrived on time, they didn’t even need instructions on how to find the service garage and elevator (there’s nothing more annoying than trying to give someone directions when they’re lost). This was a major convenience to me. Jose and his colleague work so very swiftly, efficiently, and carefully. There weren’t any hiccups. I moved from Houston to San Antonio. They packed everything in the truck and drove 3 hours to SA and unloaded very quickly! They were professional, courteous, respectful of me and my belongings, and prompt. I couldn’t be happier with my service, especially when moving last minute is a stressful time. I would recommend them, time and time again!

Pinpoint Movers made my out of state move from Texas to Arkansas stress free. From my initial contact and quote with Danielle to my actual move date with Jose and Carlos. Danielle is sweet, kind and funny! She was quick on getting my quote together, confirming my move date was scheduled and answered a multitude of questions. Jose and Carlos were my actual movers. I think they smiled the entire time even when they were sweaty and likely exhausted. They were both very nice, professional and quick. Any out of state move can be extremely stressful and expensive. Pinpoint Movers charged a fair price without any additional fees at the end of the move. My furniture items were wrapped and secured in the trailer so they were not damaged. I received all of my furniture, boxes and other belongings with no problems at all. If you are moving to another city in Texas or out of state from Texas, I definitely recommend this small family owned company! I called about 15 different moving companies before I came across pinpoint movers. They had the best prices. 3 men 2 hours $417. Perfect. No hidden fees or anything. I drove from Baytown Texas to Houston so I could pay in person by choice because I don’t like to use my card online or over the phone. James met me at the door and he walked me and my girlfriend to the office because I had a hard time finding the office. James was very nice and personal, also very patient because we had a lot of questions. We paid and he walked us out as well. The movers showed up . 3 men with smiles on their faces. They introduced themselves by name brought up 2 dollies and began the job right away. They finished 10 minutes early than expected. They also made sure not to damage and property and made aware of any damages prior to starting. Today the owner called to touch base with us , and even prayed for us over the phone. You can’t put a price on that type of service. That’s why I gave 5 stars.

My family and I had an amazing experience with Pinpoint movers. Rey came out to my house and gave me an estimate and was very quick to turnaround and give me a quote. I had regular updates prior to moving day and was given a timeslot when the truck and movers would come. On moving day, the truck and 4 men arrived right on time to start the move. With the amount of stuff we had, it took the 4 men about 11 hours to load, disassemble, unload and reassemble. Not once did they complain about anything or feel tired. They kept working for 11 hours straight. Hats off to Jose, the team lead, Carlos, Victor, Jesus and Santiago for the absolutely amazing work they did for my family and me. A big thanks to Rey and James who managed the entire move and ensured it was successful without even one glitch. All of my stuff (it was a lot) was delivered and assembled without any damage at all. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone who is looking to move.

I hired Pinpoint for a move which I assumed will take 2 hours since most of my things were packed already and the drop off location was a storage unit 8 minutes away from my home. After it took them about an hour to load everything to the truck, I gave the driver the address of my storage. He confirmed he would not be able to drive there as fast as me because he was loaded with my things. A glitch in google maps sent the driver on a 50 minute detour that the driver initially charged me for. Understandably they 3 men had labored for 3 hours but I felt like the delay wasn’t my fault and shouldn’t have to pay for it. Pinpoint refunded my money after I explained my situation. The staff was very professional from the movers to the management team who took ownership of the situation. Their prices are transparent and easy to understand and there are no hidden fees or nasty surprises. I will definitely be using them again for my next move!

Highly recommend. I had a last minute move to prepare for as my apartment had an issue and my complex was nice enough to allow me to relocate. I called Pinpoint on short notice. The Office was friendly and the rate was very reasonable. I had a 3 man team lead by Henry arrive 20 minutes early. They surveyed the lay of the land. And let me tell you. This was not an easy move. Third floor apartment with only stair access and three very tight landings and steep stairs to navigate. I was very impressed at how careful and delicate they were with all my furniture making sure everything was wrapped securely. They were incredibly polite and worked quickly. It was an absolute brutal day with high humidty and mid to high 90s temperature outside. They were incredibly polite and new exactly what they were doing. I was in great hands. Fantastic service, great price and all on short notice. Highly recommend.

I called late at around on a Friday night minutes before they were set to close because my friends and I couldn't get 2 couches up to my 3rd floor apartment (super heavy electric recliners) and the lady who picked up got cut off, she immediately called me back (5 star service). The woman who got my appointment setup was extremely professional and courteous, she explained every single piece of information I needed and answered all of my questions. The movers arrived early which was even better for me. They were professional and had all the necessary tools to get my sofa up the stairs and it took them less than 45 minutes. I used them for a move back in May of 2022. The two guys were very quick don't get me wrong but when you hear "es muy fea" (she is very ugly) as one of the workers says to his buddy thinking I don't know Spanish, it becomes very difficult to give this company any credit. I was so offended and it took me a while to leave this review out of hurt. I was leaving a very toxic situation for this move and to hear both men snickering about my looks during the job was uncomfortable as hell.

Oh man! After dealing with an incompetent set of movers (different company) who loaded my furniture, I was scarred and scared! You do have to pay a deposit to satisfy the 2 hour minimum etc., (paid). The guys Byron and Erin/Eric arrived as they said they would and got straight to work. To give it context, I live on the 3rd floor and within 30 minutes, these men had already brought my sofa set, bed frames, and one of my mirrors upstairs! I was impressed! I went ahead and ordered them some Arizona tea and Gatorade because it was hot and they were working their tails off. They were done in less than 4 hours!! I was highly appreciative of their work and if I ever need movers again, I will contact Pinpoint!

Would NOT recommend. Me my dad and brother would’ve done a better job at moving my things! This is sad for a professional moving company. My dresser was damage by the movers, they brought it to my attention and then lied about it. These dresser cuts wasn’t there the night before when I wrapped it. they left items in my apartment, left my door open, left with my items and didn’t tell me they were done and on top of that to start it off I was schedule to move 9-10am. Nobody came, I had to call them to tell them Movers never showed up. So then they sent new ones at 11:30am! Again. I would not recommend. Spoke with the manager hours after and my issues were resolved the proper way. Thankful for that.

My experience with Pinpoint Movers was awesome! I had them scheduled to arrive between 1 - 5 pm and they were able to arrive earlier than the scheduled time. They notified me by calling and estimating they would arrive in 30 min. Our two man crew included George and Juan. They worked extremely hard and were very cautious with our furniture. They wrapped any items that were not boxed. None of our items were damaged after loading and unloading. They also offered to help us put some of our furniture together. They were so professional and efficient, and I’m grateful they were able to help us move during this Houston heat! Definitely recommend using this company for your move.

I don’t usually write reviews but great service is not only when things go exactly as planned. I made a reservation and unfortunately for my time slot, the truck broke down. Malfunctions can happen to anyone. I started to panic and wondered if my stuff would even get moved the day of as I had taken the day off. I got a call back with a plan of action. In a matter of 10 minutes and later a call back with a closer estimate time of arrival. When the movers arrived. They were courteous, helpful, kind, task driven, and just got to work the instant they walked in. I would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work Pinpoint Movers!!

I did some shopping with other moving companies, and I had to goooo with Pinpoint Movers for 3 REASONS 1. Customer service was professional and Excellent ✔️ The Agent Dimitri sold me. I felt as if I had booked a flight for a great vacation. lol, it was an awesome experience I gave him a 10 ✔️ 2. The mover gave me a heads-up for the arrival man, and they moved my junk. These are the hardest working guys I've ever hired. We hired them for our out of state move. They worked tirelessly--never took breaks, were never on their phones. We thought we needed two trucks to move and they did magic and managed to fit our belongings in one, thus saving us money. They repeated this at our storage facility where we had 2 buildings on hold and they saved us money by getting everything into one!! Their packing skills are phenomenal!!! Courteous and conscientious!! I highly recommend them. I might add -- I called 4 different companies and Pinpoint outbid them all, saving us MORE money!!

This is my second time using Pinpoint Movers and I am so glad I did it again! They are very professional, and I always have nothing but positive customer service experiences with both moving staff and phone staff. Today Cesar was in charge of our move out. He and his partner were diligent and they were cautious with our items. We moved from a 3rd floor apartment to a 1st story house. They finished extremely quickly and none of our items were damaged. They don’t charge for mileage, and they have reasonable pricing. If you are moving in this area, I would absolutely recommend using Pinpoint Movers!

Best decision I ever made! Worth every penny!! Highly recommend! Yesterday I used pinpoint movers to move from a 1st floor apt 2bed×2bath to a 3rd floor 2×2 on the other side of town and let me tell you.. Jose and 2 others that helped did an AMAZING job! Pinpoint Movers are the gold standard of moving. Everything from customer service, timeliness, professionalism, care with items, and flexibility were above and beyond. Everything was perfect from the start to the finish. Working with Ray was the best choice I could have made for my precious items. He was kind throughout the whole process and available at any time for any questions I needed or changes I needed to make. He and his team were amazing from start to finish. If I need to move again, I will not hesitate to use his services.

While I wasn’t planning to spend over $1k on this move, it was well worth it. I hired a 3 man crew, and they showed up on time, and worked their butts off until 4:30. It’s worth noting that it wasn’t the move that was pricey, but rather the fact that my home was hardly packed, and they did it all along side me. Very polite, friendly and courteous. I don’t think they were expecting such a large job either, so I highly recommend that if you have underestimated your move, buy your crew lunch, and provide them with lots of water!

Only issue I had that was with the scheduling staff but the manager assured me that she will train the scheduling staff and refund me for the amount I think is unfair. Pinpoint helped our company with moving large coolers inside and taking out the old coolers in the Houston Airport System. The move was easy to set up. Then two man crew did an exceptional job of protecting and moving goods from a rental home to storage. They worked efficiently and courteously. I could not have asked for better service.
