Moving! Einstein moving company have discovered the special general relativity of moving. Simply put, they’re genius. :) A few things you can expect on moving day. 1) Friendly and communicative team that will notify you when they’re en route. 2) A clean and fully stocked moving truck. 3) Quick walkthrough of your space and review of the moving contract. 4) Protecting the entry way with pads 5) Protecting furniture with quilted moving pads, shrink wrap, and bands. 6) Tools to disassemble furniture that needs to be taken apart in order to be moved safely, like beds. 7) Items placed where you like at the final destination 8) Lastly, contract review and closer. Finito. Overall, a great experience from beginning to end. Below, are a few tips for the novice packer. If you have leather furniture, please clean and condition it at minimum the day before the move so the leather has time to dry. The movers will place quilted pads on the furniture and then seal it with shrink wrap. If you’re placing your leather furniture in storage, I highly recommend you tear the shrink wrap in several places so the leather can breath. Moisture and non-circulating air will be disastrous for leather. Mold and mildew es no bueno. Last suggestion. Moving is hard work. So please consider having some cold bottled water ready for the movers. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it. Alright. Hope this review was helpful. The Einstein Moving Company in Houston rocks! They literally rolled out the red carpet for us and we are grateful to Sam and Ulysses for an awesome moving experience. We have hired other movers in the past, but now we know the benefit of working with a truly professional company. They have a fun onboarding experience, a transparent payment procedure and they provide their teams with additional training and equipment to handle any situation, along with a truck that unloads from the front (side) and back to unload quickly on narrow streets. They also put up blankets to protect our main doorway and rolled out the red carpet to protect our newly refinished floors. Sam and Ulysses were very respectful of our time and took great care of our items. They got right to work, quickly wrapped EVERY piece of furniture and loaded a truck to the brim and then took the extra effort during unloading to carry each box up several steps since the house was elevated and they still finished over an hour EARLY, saving us money! We are glad we found Einstein Moving Company, they are our go-to movers. A smart, well trained and prepared team really does make moving easier and saves you time and money, they are the BEST in Houston!!

There’s no way that I’ll ever move again during a Houston summer, and that’s mainly bc the awesome guys at Einstein Moving Company just don’t deserve that!! Johnny and Brandon were absolute champs during the whole process, despite a broken freight elevator. They wrapped and thoroughly protected my furniture and did it very quickly to empty out my old space. Even had an awesome TV bag since I forgot to buy that kind of box. Everything related to time and billing and was clearly explained and they hustled from start to finish. Very highly recommend this company — competitive rates to others but a win for me as it was accompanied by professional customer service. They understood my concerns and kept me in the loop as time went on. They even figured out where I could place the bookshelf I thought wouldn’t have a place in my new spot! 5 stars all the way.

Einstein will be my moving company for life -- I can't say enough good things about them! I called Einstein because three friends had used them and all had good experiences. Einstein's communications throughout the process -- both during scheduling and the move itself -- were great. I knew what to expect and when. They also sent a list of the movers and packers in advance, with links to their bios, and the movers called me each morning (packing day followed by moving day) when they were about half an hour from my house. They had the right number of movers each day to get the job done well and efficiently. The movers were very professional and a real pleasure to work with. They made a stressful experience far less stressful. I have a lot of china dishes and glassware and all made it intact. I recommend Einstein without reservation.

I'm telling you, when you find a good moving company, you need to hold on to them! Everything from scheduling the move, making changes last minute and the day of was a BREEZE! DeMario and crew arrived punctually, were extremely professional and amazingly efficient. They finished a half hour under what was quoted and they didn't break a thing. They were careful with our stuff. They didn't need a bunch of help, they weren't lazy and they put things exactly where we asked. We asked them for 4 guys and when they insisted they only needed 2, we were hesitant. But wow, they did an awesome job. We would absolutely use Einstein movers again and that is our preferred movers from here on out. If you want moving done professionally, go with them!

we have used this moving service a few times before and it always cost about the same. fairly priced usually. we have about the same amount of stuff as last time but paid much more this move because of a clearly new employee. he stopped to ask every few seconds if something was right or if it needed to be wrapped better. some times seemingly not knowing what to do next. causing the move to take much longer than prior moves. I understand people need training, but at the customers expense? this move cost us a couple hundred bucks more than our last. next time i would request no new employees. all this being said, Einstein did reach out to me and refund a bit of the difference. it shows they appreciate repeat business. which is great.

We've moved twice in the past few years and have used Einstein Moving Co. both times. They are AMAZING! Their service is professional, respectful and honest from the moment of inquiry until they pull out of your driveway after the move. They were upfront about all costs, estimates, etc. and provided a lot of resources to help with the move. The three guys that helped us move most recently (Joel, Alex and Roderick) were friendly and incredibly fast and hardworking guys. They protected all of our items, moved very efficiently and were great to work with. I would recommend them time and time again for anyone that needs a move! These folks get 5 stars, TWICE! Crazy circumstances… had to unexpectedly make TWO MOVES in 5 DAYS... Eisenstein exceeded expectations both times. First crew (Joshua & Elliot) were great… Second crew (Joel & Sam) were even better. Arranging service appointments was simple and straightforward. Communication leading up to and after the moves was excellent. Once they were on site their guys were very professional, personable, efficient, and careful with all our items. Einstein was definitely a bright spot during a very frustrating, stressful week. Well worth what we paid. I’d hire these folks again tomorrow. Definitely a Smart Move.

We moved my Dad's belongings from Houston to McKinney before going into assisted living, and we could not have been more happy with our experience. Sam and Severo were professional, polite, and helpful. They took the time and effort to ensure that my Dad's belongings were protected correctly, and would not be damaged. They took the same care while unpacking and assembling pieces back together at the destination.They were a pleasure to work with, and made a stressful situation as smooth and easy as it could be. I would highly recommend Einstein Moving Company to anyone looking for quality movers.

Used them for a recent move, apartment to apartment. 15 mile between the two. Edgar and Francisco worked fast and diligently. Even when it started raining they kept the pace up. They were flexible on tossing some old mattresses and worked with me to unload/re-load after our HOA didn't want them at the local dumpster. Of note, they had a traveling manager in the field who swung by to check in on items. He stuck around for an hour or so and really pushed things along (packing/wrapping himself) at no cost. Everything arrived safely and in one piece, I'd use them again.

"It's Einstein," someone yelled, "they'll treat our stuff like it's their own!" Einstein's board selected two of their best movers for the job, Joshua J and Thomas A. and then they brought a third to pick up the pace. These guys are amazing and the pricing is straightforward. They took such great care with my belongings, pat on the back to all three. The next time you move, be smart and call Einstein.

Best moving experience I’ve ever had. Diego and Hector were very professional, efficient and well organized. They had wraps, carpets, dollies and a whole bunch of other equipment to move all items and furniture without damaging the usual suspects: doors, walls, the items themselves, etc. They both made moving very stress free and kept checking in with me regarding how much time had elapsed and to confirm next steps and destinations. Will definitely use Einstein movers again! Can’t recommend them enough!

FIVE OUT OF FIVE. Our movers were incredible! They were professional, fast and great communicators. We didn't have to ask them to be careful with any fragile items, and they knew when to wrap furniture and remove furniture legs to make the pieces easier to place in the truck and to move into our new place. We have had to offer movers more guidance in past moves, but not with them! I've moved a few times in Houston, and this was the most seamless experience from the booking experience to the move.

Einstein moving company did a GREAT job on my move. Joel did a great job explaining everything to me and being available for any questions I had throughout the process. On the day of, Paul and Edgar did a phenomenal job throughout the entire day. They were very kind and great to work with. They took great care of my items and wrapped everything very well so that it didn’t get damaged. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! From the moment I booked with Einstein, to the moving day itself, it was an amazing experience. The agent I spoke with to book the move was professional and courteous and we received email notification about our move. The 3 movers that helped us were efficient, kind and extra careful with all of our belongings. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other companies I had called. Setting up the move was easy, friendly and courteous support staff that answered our online query very soon. Confirmed all the details with us before the move and were very timely. Sorry for the late review due to the power outage in Texas yesterday. Einstein Movers was great. The service was very good despite the low price, the communication was quick, I had two last minute changes to my schedule and they handled it quickly and honestly I wish I had tipped them a lot more. We have used Einstein Moving Company for local move in Houston (30 miles radius). Because of my job, our family had quite a few moves in the last 2 decades and by far this is the most stress-free move ever. Nick and Mitchell did an excellent job and great team work. Nick made sure every box goes to the correct room at the destination place as well. Very professional and great work ethics!!!

Our move was spread over two days. The folks on the first left a lot of packing for the second day. Great work by Kelvin, Tom and JD to catch up and go the extra mile. Kudos to Alan who showed up to lend a hand. Overall, a very professional enterprise. Joel kept me in the loop about all the details and everything was done on time. They are pricey but worth the peace of mind.
