February 15th 2023 at 7:45pm 4 employees were working and none of them greeted me when I walked in. It was intentional too because they clearly saw me, they just knew they would have to help me if they did, which is why they did not greet me. I stood patiently by the lottery section for about 5 mins. All at once, I’m seeing the female employee trying to put on a band-aid, a male employee wiping the hot dog/taquito heater, another male employee walking around with a scanner, and the 4th male employee closest to me was walking around the front cash essentially twiddling his thumbs. Why did I have to take initiative and ask for help in order for them to do their job? Then the employee twiddling his thumbs had the nerve to tell me “have a good night” in the most condescending manner as I’m walking out. If your miserable working at 7-Eleven, then quit. Until then, make sure your customers aren’t the ones doing what you’re paid to do. Negative 6 Star experience.

There is one white old lady working here. She is so arrogant and racist . She always act like she own a place. But the mentality level you have , you can’t own anything. She is the only white lady i met till now, Who loves to put someone else down to be seen. I mean i would love to tell you the truth “ it’s not worth it” lol. Racism will never gonna be lead you anywhere. Just calm down for your own health. Hi, lemme tell you something, you will end up alone with your negative energy. This is not the age to look for attention . So you don’t have to be racist. I am talking behalf of so many who doesn’t know how to use a phone and put a review. So be nice with everyone , doesn’t matter if that person is white or not .And pleaseeee be nice from heart at the end that will matter. I wish you the hate you giving to others will come back to you .

Its 10pm and they tell me I have to pay first before they will cook 2 mini pizzas that cost $5 because they close at midnight. I have since updated review to 5 stars because I go there quite often and every other experience since then has been great since. The staff there are always helpful and greet you every time you enter the store. Not once have I not been greeted. The place is well stock and there's always deals highlighted with in the store to use for bonus points on the app. And I use points on the app all the time to get free sandwiches and coffee and I actually prefer the coffee over other big franchises.

Workers are extremely helpful and friendly. The manager of the store? not soo much. On various occasions at this store, I have witnessed the manager treat the employees disrespectfully, in front of a line of customers no less. There are also homeless people in the neighborhood that occasionally beg for change in front of the store, and I just wanted to point out the irony of hearing the manager threaten to call the police on them, then months later having the audacity to run a salvation army campaign. Although the money is going to a charity, it is obvious that it is performative.

Hot day today. Sunday afternoon. Treated myself to a Slurpee. The store was very busy. The staff are very friendly. I was very disappointed because the Slurpee machine area was gross. It looked worse than the floors at Walmart. I do realize since it is a self-serve area it can get messy. This wasn’t an isolated spill incident. This was multiple spills on top of spills. Where is the staff? Clean your floors. Frequently. This not only a health issue, but a Safety one as well.

It's hit and miss here. The "new" assistant manager Kim is rude, immature and seems to think that it's funny to be rude and inconsiderate to patrons. Furthermore when Kim the assistant manager was rude to my wife, we tried to make a complaint and we were asked not to make a formal complaint by one of the other staff. It seems that some of the staff here will cover for others. This is not the first time they have been rude, it has happenned several times.

I do not visit 7-11 stores often, however I have visited enough locations to very well say this particular one is probably my favorite. Newer concept location, big and well run location- Diane the manager I believe welcomes customers in the store with a friendly greeting. Clean and well stocked along with a large coffee bar. No its not 24 hours a day operating hours, however it is very well run none the less

Seems like there is never more than one person working at a time. Had to wait while they were looking after baking cookies. When I asked for a lottery ticket I didn’t even get the through saying which one I wanted before the cashier rudely interrupted by saying “which one?” with a exaggerated arm shrug and everything. Last time I stop in at this location.

Normally I have pretty good service at this 7-11 location, but tonight I arrived after midnight to find it closed. My understanding is that 7-Eleven prides itself on never closing. Why then are the hours here 5am to midnight? The convenience store from my youth is suddenly not as convenient.

Great service and lots to choose from. All of their hot products are always fresh and they have plenty of ingredients. It seems they also take pride in keeping the store clean and fully stocked - I feel this location is one of the cleanest in the city :)

I love the location of this store. Just a stones throw distance away from my den I am always very warmly welcomed by the staff. Robin seemed to be quite swift and ended the whole lineup in a minute. Keep it up guys. This location rocks

The Milk was expiring the next day. I mentioned this to the clerk and was hoping that he will pass it on to the management. It happened twice this month. Other than that incident the store is quite good including staff and selection.

I visited the store yesterday evening and was presently surprised by the warm welcome and fantastic customer service from the staff the particular staff member that tended to me was Deepakshi was particularly friendly and helpful

Great location for a slurpee, but my chicken was kind of cold. My fault, he offered to make it fresh and I didn't want to hold the line up anymore. Other than that, staff were very quick and knowledgeable. Good job guys

This is our favorite 7/11 to visit. Staff are always friendly and always greet us when we enter. Considering how busy it usually is, the staff do a great job keeping it clean and serve customers at a great pace. Well done!

The absolute worst 7-11 in town, I would rather go to a sev thats five minutes out of my way, than to go to that one, the absolute worst staff, the rudeness is off the charts, even to my 8yo, …

The best place to get a amazing quality slurpees, I’ve made some friends with the employees there I have been a daily customer to this 7/11 for years and always will be I am rating this 7/11 a 10/10

The staff at this location are very friendly. The store is modern, and kept clean. I come for the coffee bar which offers lots of selection and is kept fresh.

Live nearby and usually have great service.Was terribly disappointed to find this evening they closed at midnight! All I wanted were some late night snacks.
