I redeemed my points but was wasted. Went there last fri oct 16 to redeem my free pizza for my family. Went straight to the cashier to show my app so there will be no hassle while i look for other items and will be cooked by the time im ready to pay it wasnt busy at that moment yet. Asked for all meat and if is available and 'maybe' was just an answer totally a sign of bad cs. Until im done paying and found out they gave me the wrong kind of pizza at home it should have been a red flag to me when i heard she said to her partner ' that's the only pizza we have' she could have shouted it out at me while doing rounds and said all meat wasnt available. Now the pizza wasn't barely touched because my kids and husband doesnt like Chipotle chicken. I understand it all went busy afterwards and one guy is new but just saying the pizza the customer wanted is not available would be appreciated.

I recently ordered from skip the dishes they didn’t had food items available at the moment thats is quite understandable but they took my money around 20$ and they didn’t gave the courier the food saying i cancelled the order as I didn’t got any refunds yet no food nothing the worst experience every never ever ordering back from thia place. The employees didn’t had any initiative to help further for replacing an item or something i am going to bed without any food and i hope it doesn’t happen with anyone else

Have you ever seen a place that sell food that has no washroom? Well those lazy guys that works there after you spend money in the store they tell you that”there is no washroom” in the store and apparently the people behind me in line told me that they tell that to every customer because they don’t wanna clean it after This is against the law and if no manager or supervisor wants to take actions I will thru my lawyers This is illegal!

Good location, 99.9% great staff. Have sadly seen a few of my favourite staff leave over the years. Open always and they always have sufficient stock! Never leave without getting what I intended to grab. Only complaint: One employee is just way too peppy and wanting to be everyone's friend and it drive me crazy. I try to avoid going in the evening when she mostly works.

Fred manages just a great 7-11. The staff staying for long periods reflects well on management. There are some newer staff over the last several months but they appear to be fitting in well. I find all the staff friendly and efficient. It is always nice to say hello to Fred, Winsome and Shannon when I stop by and they are working. My favourite Sev for sure!

This seg is run by lazy bums. Its been this way for the past 10+ years. Now, if you order from there through a food delivery service, they miss half the order and ignore their phone when you call. Fokking useless. Now I gotta go there tomorrow in person.

It was disappointing to see none of the staff wearing masks. Stocking, walking the isles, at the till; the only precaution to reduce the spread of the current pandemic was a temporary piece of plexiglass covering a few feet of the counter.

The night shift guy who is prolly in his 20s refused to sell me tobacco saying that the ID which I provided wasn’t mine because I had long hair in the photo but bald now. I wonder if he did the training on his managers computer on not.

It's a decent 711. Most employees are quite nice but this one new guy started working there and he's weirdly passive-aggressive and just sort of snarky. Honestly when I see him working there I just sort of want to leave.

that new fat guy steals your change. the one that is slow and looks like hes on downers. make sure you count it. he gave me a handful of nickles and when i got home to count it, he shorted me half my change.

Fred and Winnie are amazing people. I legit look forward to seeing them every morning. Coffee is always fresh, and they are the most friendliest, personable folks I've ever met at a 7/11. Best 7/11 ever!

781 corydon- Fred and staff are wonderful with me and our son who has autism spectrum disorder. Mistakes happen and very understanding and accommodating.

I was here last night to get a drink and the cashier was such a slow person took almost 20 mins to serve me. I haven't seen such a lazy guy in my life.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and are always willing to put some beef taquitos in their toaster oven for me. Not every 7-11 will do that...

This location is great. It also happens to be the closest I've ever lived to a 7-11. The staff is always pleasant and very friendly.

10/10 best 7eleven, was havin an off day and they made it better in a snap. Can tell Fred is a great leader :)

Probably the best 7-11 in the city. I enjoy going here. They get my bus pass done quickly and efficiently

Been going for years. I've been to three 7-eleven locations, In my opinion this one is best.

The slurpee machines are clearly avoided cuz theyre always liquidy.... annoying
