"Been charged wrong multiple times, today went in for the 3 for 7 rockstars was told the date had passed and I asked it to be honoured since the sign was still up and the sign was right it actually goes to aug 29th so he tried refunding me but still didn’t refund me enough money and wouldn’t do it over debit"

Been charged wrong multiple times, today went in for the 3 for 7 rockstars was told the date had passed and I asked it to be honoured since the sign was still up and the sign was right it actually goes to aug 29th so he tried refunding me but still didn’t refund me enough money and wouldn’t do it over debit. Suggested refunding the whole transaction and putting it through again so it would be correct and he just gave a toonie back even though the difference was 3.25. Not the first time I’ve been charged incorrectly and had a disagreement with the staff and them realizing they did charge me wrong in the end.

I have had great experiences here. Store seems clean. They apply the right discounts and the staff are very friendly.
