I was searching for a florist for my wedding, and went into several other places first, all were extremely rude and condescending to me as I mentioned I had a strict budget. Walking into A Village of Flowers was such a breath of fresh air in so many ways-pleasant staff that were excited to work with me and to stay within my budget. Kala did our flowers, and was very patient with me as we went through my non-traditional floral arrangements for the reception (I wanted small, elegant and tasteful), along with the lovely bouquets and boutonnieres, all while staying below my budget. Every time I contacted Village of Flowers, whether by phone, email or in person, everyone was friendly and helpful. They delivered the flowers as arranged at the church and reception, and I was very pleased with the professionalism and expertise with which they operated. My bouquets were in shades of light blue, white, purple and violet, and were absolutely stunning! For now on they will be the only florist I use or recommend to others.

Beautiful arrangements! A Village of Flowers is my go-to (and only) place for floral arrangements in Nashville. I very much appreciate how they include photos of the actual arrangements on their website. I live out of state so I can't pop in the shop to see any arrangements in person and I've found many other florists use a generic/stock photo on their websites, so it's hard to tell what quality to expect. What you see on A Village of Flowers website is what you will get - no disappointments! The arrangements are also different than what you see at other shops - and their "designer pick" options always end up splendid. Wonderfully artful arrangements, friendly (and very cool) staff, and eminently reasonable prices. I have purchased countless flowers from this store for my girlfriend and they never disappoint. I usually name a price range, select some flowers, and they work within my budget to come up with something truly special. They are extremely generous; your money will go very far. One quick anecdote: it was Valentine's Day last year and my debit card, unbeknownst to me, had been cancelled by my bank due to a security threat. Rather than turning me away empty-handed, they let me take the flowers, without paying, thus saving the day. I returned a few days later to pay them back, but, truth be told, what they did for me was worth much more...

We were in the hospital with our new born, when a young man brought in this beautiful floral arrangement. We were most impressed with the unique flowers and the way the different flowers complimented each other and even played off each other in the arrangement. We found out they were from the village of flowers, since then we have used them for weddings, birthdays, valentines, anniversary and special occasions. Our son turned 13 and went to his first dance and VoF was there with a boutonnière and corsage. My now husband and I planned a last-minute elopement to Nashville this past weekend. I realized a week before I should probably find a bouquet. Our hotel, the W Nashville, recommended A Village of Flowers first. They were right. My order was taken with excitement, despite less than a week notice for a bridal bouquet. We were running a few minutes late, as the shop closed at 3PM Saturday of our wedding. But they welcomed my husband in with excitement at 3:03PM announcing to the team it was, ‘the groom’! My husband Facetimed me because this business made me two different bouquets so I could decide which one was more my style. What exceptional service! Best flowers in Nashville! I never knew flowers could smell so good, I thought it was a myth or something. In the past I’ve smelled flowers and they just smell like plant.... Village of flowers gave me a custom bouquet of flowers for my anniversary with same day delivery all for $100. They put in these pink tropical leaves I’d never seen before in there that look like hearts, it was great! Not only that, the flowers smelled so good we kept them even after they started to die. It smelled like we had just sprayed febreeze all the time! Best flower experience I’ve ever had. P.s. I did this all over the phone so I didn’t have to go in and pick out anything.

We were referred to Village of Flowers by another florist we contacted about getting some florals for a small elopement. We got several boutonnières and a couple of small bouquets for family members, as well as a bridal bouquet and cake flowers. All I can say is wow. They exceeded my expectations! They were so friendly and responsive as we discussed options and shared ideas. They were exactly what I wanted! I was even sad to leave them behind to go on our honeymoon, but my mother put them in water and in our refrigerator, and to my surprise they made it 10 days until our return! Just received a delivery from my fiancé at my office in downtown Nashville today (I know, I am a lucky girl). When I saw the card I actually hadn’t heard of A Village of Flowers, but wanted to leave a review - if my fiancé picked it, it must be good because he is picky and knows what he wants! The delivery person waited until I arrived at the security office instead of just leaving my flowers unattended, and the arrangement smells lovely! The vase is awesome too. I had a wonderful experience with A Village of Flowers. The gentleman who delivered my flowers, I believe his name was Asher H., had to go the extra mile to deliver them to my office at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Finding our office is no easy task, and since he took the time to call and text me I was able to guide him there. Awesome experience from start to finish! The young lady that assisted me was so sweet and took her time helping me during their busiest time of day. Explained it was for a St Patrick’s Day birthday and she totally knew her flowers that were Irish origin. Beautiful work done with pride and class! Not your standard florist. We just came back from our son's wedding weekend in Nashville. I needed flowers for a rehearsal dinner and our contact at our venue recommended A Village of Flowers. I am so glad that they did! After talking with Claire and Jade multiple times by email and by phone, we came up with a design. They were wonderful to work with and the results were exactly what I wanted and stunningly beautiful. I was so pleased and highly recommend them.

Called this morning, said I needed a corsage for a grandmother’s 90th that evening, after the first florist I called, Bloom, snapped that they required 24 hours notice. On the other hand, this shop was incredibly accommodating, put something gorgeous together for me in just a few hours and could not have been nicer about it. Do yourself a favor and give these kind and talented people your business. Service is still a thing sometimes.

Beautiful flowers, personal and exceptional service. This is the only place I will buy flowers for an occasion. I was astounded by the service, from my conversation over the phone to nail down the perfect bouquet to the delivery driver who called me personally and went to two locations to get my order to my girlfriend on her birthday. I ordered an bouquet for my friend, how had emergency surgery! I called from Michigan so I ask if they would text me a picture of the finished product! We worked with Danielle and she took our very basic knowledge of what we wanted and turned it into a breathtaking experience for us. I ordered flowers from this shop for the first time today. I've been in Nashville for 18 years and this was the first time I didn't use Emma's, which has lost all concept of good customer service. Talking to "A Village of Flowers" was a very pleasant experience and they got everything taken care of right away and was about half the price that was quoted to me by Emma's. This is my new goto shop.

Recently, I have noticed the quality of work has subsided significantly. I hope they pick their game up because in the past, they made beautiful arrangements. The florist totally missed the mark on the last arrangement I ordered. I also feel a bit slighted as a very similar arrangement that I received is listed cheaper on their website. I will be considering other florist for future business.

Every time I have walked into the shop, there's someone there to help me put together a nice arrangement of flowers for the occasion. And they are very helpful when you need to be conscious of your budget! Which, for me, is most of the time. They always have fresh beautiful flowers, and they last a long time! Melissa and her staff are top-notch.

I had payed for a delivery service recently and the whole experience was way better than I expected. Highly recommend choosing this place as your florist. The person was very surprised and immediately fell in the love with the roses. I have never seen such perfect roses and the presentation was amazing. Very satisfied and well worth it!

Substituted a few flowers likely due to availability but definitely of equal quality. Delivery was a *little* steep but very happy overall. Delivery was prompt in morning of day requested.

The store looks haute but the staff is skilled and friendly. They're patient and will make sure you leave happy on any budget. There's a wide selection of vases & individual flowers, and they'll produce an excellent arrangement whether you choose your own stems or just give them a vague direction.
