We used Geny's flowers for our wedding on 11/07/2020 and I could not be more pleased with the experience. They did my bridal photo shoot and wedding bridal bouquet and I absolutely LOVED both. The flowers were stunning! We also used their workshop space to make our own table arrangements and bridal bouquets for the wedding- such a fun activity to do with the girls! I told Geny's what we needed to create and our color scheme, and they ordered the DIY flowers for us wholesale! Our wedding planner Shelby Reece from Social Key Events (also amazing) came to give us a little lesson on flower design for the arrangements and the bouquets- it was so fun and all turned out amazing! I love flowers, so it was a really cool way to spend more time with them rather than just see them day of- and they felt more meaningful seeing them knowing we were part of the creations! This establishment presents itself one way but is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of a courteous, friendly, professional service. They violated their OWN policy and debited my account for several thousand dollars WITHOUT yielding a receipt. Following the transaction and after several days and calls to them, I was FINALLY sent a receipt that was $505.00 LESS than what they took from my account. After I questioned this, I was later sent a nearly illegible 'receipt' matching the previous illegible one, with a note stating that the 'last' receipt was 'omitted in error'. The totals on the receipts are not accurate and NONE of the dates on the receipts match the date of the transaction. (NO APOLOGY, either) I find them to be shady, under-handed and greatly lacking in integrity.

For those of you that do your own flowers or have always wanted to do them. Genys gives you a place to learn as well as a place to work and store the flowers for your upcoming event. I am a floral designer and my relationship with Genys has been long and my what I love most is how they give you what you need to design your event. Whether it is having a table to use, a staff to condition your flowers, clean up after you make a mess, store your flowers in the cooler space or give you some professional advice... there isn't another place in Nashville like what they have to offer. The staff backs their product and takes the extra steps to make sure the flowers are at their best when you receive them.

So happy I called Geny's! I was in desperate need of a corsage at the last minute (TODAY) for Homecoming and Geny's came to the rescue. I've been calling all over Nashville to no avail. I knew it was a shot in the dark but Geny's didn't even flinch. They were so incredibly helpful and understanding. They made a loyal customer today. So if you also have a teenager, who despite you asking them all week what color corsage or boutonniere to order, that doesn't tell you until the night before it is needed, you may also be in luck! Only wish I had called them first. Would have saved me so much time this morning. THANK YOU GENY'S!

I've been a freelance floral designer for the past 10 years, and Geny's has the highest quality flowers you can get anywhere in Nashville. I love being able to rent a table for the day/weekend to work on my projects and being able to store my finished designs in their coolers so they stay super fresh, and having supplies right there for purchase is so convenient. If I have a problem with my flowers John can fix it, and Joan offers top-notch advice on color combinations, floral mechanics, or anything else where I might have a question. Geny's is my go-to place for all things floral.

Horrible customer service. I called about setting up a consultation for my wedding flowers. They said they needed to check to see if they were available on my wedding date and they would call me back. Two days and no call. I called again and explained that I never received a call back. They didn’t apologize for not calling me back and said they had to check on my date. Three days later and no call again. I ended up booking with another florist. Don’t waste your time trying to get in touch with Geny’s. They don’t want your business.

Just wanted to say Geny’s Flowers now have a customer for life as a male going into a Floral shop I had no idea what to choose or even witch directions to start with after flipping through the photos the crew said hey put it in our hands!!! And we will make sure your fiancé gets something nice. It was delivered the same day as discussed and my fiancé was surprised and absolutely love the arrangement so speaking 1st hand you can put your trust in Genys Flowers thanks again guys!!! You did exactly what you said what you do

I visited this shop for the first time on 4/21/2023. I was in need of a corsage for my son's prom date and when I walked in I was greeted and once I asked they delivered. There happened to be an extra one made and this all was last minute. The lady at the counter told me she was gonna sell it to me right then and i was elated! We had been everywhere searching to no avail.The corsage was beautiful and the lady even adjusted the corsage to match my son's date's dres. Thank you Geny's

My wife always received her flowers in the morning on Valentine's day when I ordered from other florists. It was out for delivery at 12:20PM. At 2:30PM still no flowers, so my wife did not get the enjoy her flowers on Valentine's day. They were rude, disrespectful, and interrupted me on the phone. They should not take orders that they cannot fill in a timely manner. They would not refund my money. Never again. Worst florist experience ever!

Beautiful cheery arrangement, and very helpful friendly staff. Vanderbilt Medical Center hasn’t been allowing flower delivery to room due to Covid, so florist kindly called my mom, who was visiting, to come downstairs to get the flowers. Worked out perfectly, and we didn’t have to burden the nurses or hospital staff to do delivery. Five days later the flowers were still gorgeous. The yellow roses were incredible!

So happy I called Geny’s when I needed to have flowers sent to the hospital there in Nashville. I live in Denver and had to order over the phone. Kathy and the entire team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond and made sure to put together the perfect arrangement! SERIOUSLY AMAZING FLORIST! Nicole worked with me for my wedding in October and I was absolutely amazed at the result of all of the bouquets that she made. She truly made my dream come to life and made the wedding day THAT much more beautiful. She was so helpful to me and so thoughtful in her work. My grandmother had surgery this week so my family and I decided to find a local flower shop near her to deliver her flowers to wish her a fast recovery and Geny’s Flower Shop did not disappoint. I don't live in TN but I have a client who does and I have used Geny's multiple times for birthday and other events and their arrangements are always lovely and elegant. The latest order I placed on Monday for a Tuesday arrival was beautiful, delivered on time, and my client loved it. When I have had to call the shop, they are always friendly and helpful.

I had the best experience at Genny's! I am not a professional florist but was purchasing for a baby shower. The owner took me around the warehouse helping me select the perfect florals and supplies to make my dreams a reality. He even gave me tips on how to make the arrangements. It is rare to find someone so intentional these days. It was so refreshing.
