My daughter is a Freshman at Belmont. She was feeling sad and I wanted to cheer her up. I ordered flowers saying that her favorite color was purple. I mentioned the Purple Passion bouquet on their website. When the bouquet arrived, my daughter described it as pink with one purple flower. She sent me a picture and it definitely was more pink with one purple flower. I didn't want to involve my daughter as she was happy to just get flowers. I did decide to call the flower shop to file a complaint as I felt they should know. Although I tried to be kind and factual, the woman that did the bouquet was very defensive and did not validate my concern. She only defended and argued. Being a business owner myself, I know this is a bad customer service strategy. In her defense, she did offer, albeit fleetingly, to provide an extra purple flower or two if my daughter wanted to walk all the way to her flower shop. However, again, I didn't want to involve my daughter or make her walk there. I told the shop owner I would consider possibly using her again in the future. Again, she defended her arrangement. My last comment was "If you think what you did represents as much purple as your Purple Passion arrangement on your site...." To which she snapped back "You never mentioned that arrangement when you called." (More argument) At that point, I hung up. She effectively killed four years of future arrangement orders with the defensive lack of customer service. To make matters worse, though I think she was trying to make it better, she called my daughter and involved her in the debate that my daughter had no knowledge of. Thanks for that, lady! Another bad choice! Yes, she offered to put more purple flowers in it for her if she would trudge down to the shop. Yes, she did apologize to her. But guess what? My daughter was fine with it until you called, lady! I'm the one you did not satisfy and were defensive with. Geez. In business I always appreciate someone calling to politely speak up about something wrong. It gives an opportunity to hear the customer and make it right. It's a blessing. Oh well. For reference, pic of "purple" arrangement attached. Look up Purple Passion I referenced during my call, which she doesn't remember, on their web site. So, three stars for inexperienced customer service and poor judgement. The arrangement wasn't bad, just not what I wanted.

I recived a Bouquet of Flowers 2/27/2021 for a milestone BDay, a gift from my Best Friend in FL who couldn't join me in Nashville to celebrate. The Bouquet was left on my front porch appx 30mins before I arrived home to bring it in. 1 mylar & 2 latex balloons had already started to fall, clearly under inflated. I took pictures and text to my GF to show her the Gift she sent. When she got the text she called me right away very upset with the size of the Bouquet as she paid over $111 including delivery and had requested a spectacular Bouquet given the BDay I was celebrating. She called to the Florist and spoke w/ Katie expressing Her displeasure to no avail. On Sunday 2/28/2021 the Day of my BDay, I awoke to the balloons limp and 1 of the stems of the Stargazer Lillies had began to wilt not even 24hrs from receiving the Bouquet. By Monday the flowers were loosing Lustre so I myself called to the florist and was told I would get a call back by the end of the day. Monday came to an end with no call back so I emailed in detail with pics about the disappointment for the Gift Giver & Gift Receiptent. Tuesday 3/2/2021 , I received an email in the morning from Katie with an explanation that was less than accommodating or w/ resolve other than a credit of $14.50 for 3 balloons 1 mylar, 2 latex. I responded back requesting Bloom florist credit my GF back for failing to deliver the gift she ordered where it was suggested from Katie that I bring the Bouquet back to the florist and they would replace it but not credit the Customer who ordered with their Florist. I responded one last time that I was NOT bringing the Bouquet back in and to please credit accordingly and here we are with a Bouquet that didn't last 4 days , No replacement Bouquet and No Refund Credit. Bloom you have surely missed the definition of providing a Great Customer Experience and delivering a money's worth work product!!! 5 roses 8 Lilly Stems 3 balloons $111 Fail

I had an amazing experience with Bloom Flowers in Nashville! I wanted to send my girlfriend flowers on Valentine’s Day, but I was calling in about 5 days before and knew that would be tough. The women who answered the phone let me know they couldn’t be delivered on Valentine’s Day, but the day before would be possible. Then the real challenge began: what should the flowers look like? I had perused the website, but nothing looked like what my girlfriend really liked. I told the woman on the phone all of the flower info I knew about my girlfriend, and she took note of all of it! When the flowers arrived, they were gorgeous, while at the same time being something that I certainly couldn’t have designed myself. I really appreciate how nice and helpful they were. Would definitely use them again and recommend to a friend!

My daughter & her bridesmaids are in Nashville for her bachelorette party this wknd & I wanted her brunch at The Ainsworth to have a touch of beauty for the ladies so I found Bloom Flowers & did they deliver!!! We live in Austin, TX & when I called & spoke to both Annie and Eloise they made this request super easy & special. They were both so sweet, patient and genuine. They made sure what I was looking for was created & they made sure it was delivered on time (special time request was needed) & my daughter was so surprised & loves them. Thank you for making the start of their weekend a tad bit more special for them & for helping this momma out all the way from Texas.

Needed a simple corsage same day, so called first thing in the morning. Even though they had the whole day to put one together, they said it required 24 hours notice. And they weren’t very nice about it either. So I hung up, called up a shop near there, A Village of Flowers, and they were incredibly accommodating, put something gorgeous together for me in just a few hours and could not have been nicer about it. Service with a smile is still alive and well, though it requires extra effort to find sometimes. Consider bypassing this business, which operates according to their own convenience rather than their customers’ needs.

I love her unique style, creativity & flower selections! She is prompt, so kind and easy to work with! She has the best heart and is so talented at what she does & is a pleasure to work with! I ordered an over the top baby girl arrangement with balloons. Received this picture from the recipient. I called the florist & she says she thought I said big blooms although she repeated the order to me yesterday with balloons. $239 later after tax & $15 delivery fee, I am livid this is what was sent. Florist just says it was the correct charge since they added up the flower prices as they went. No offer to make it right. Just basically it is what it is. So buyer beware & go in person if you purchase.

Gorgeous flower Arrangement!!! Gina (Owner) personally assisted me with my order. She was patient and understanding with the high end flower arrangement I was requesting for the hospital staff at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I was able to email her exactly what I wanted the cards to say. Gina also ensured on time delivery to the correct nurses stations. I am extremely pleased with the arrangements and will be using Bloom Flowers in the future.

I had a very specific request for a very specific situation with a quick turnaround. I needed Sweet William flowers and they are currently out of season. Called every flower shop in Nashville and gave up on finding them and was already moving on to plan B. Bloom told me they would try to find them for me with about 3 days left on my deadline, and they did! Meant a lot and I will be going to Bloom when I need flowers in the future.
