It all began six month ago when I came across an XK series Jaguar at a local dealership in Destin Florida. I fell in love with the car but it had high miles and in average condition. After literally searching for several months on Auto Trader, I came across a low-miles XK in the Fort Worth TX. area from a dealership named ADL Auto Sales. Although no imagery was available because car had just been acquired, I contacted the dealership and had a most remarkable and gratuitous experience. My initial contact was with Ben-a very kind and warmhearted sales professional. He immediately sent to my phone-within minutes-detailed pictures of a low mileage XK Jag from all angles along with a later, detailed conversation of every aspect of this car as well as blemishes. I was so impressed with the pictures and verbal details that I decided to purchase the car pending an independent review by a third party. All arrangements were made for a pre-purchase inspection which confirmed my expectations that this vehicle was an exceptional example of a Jaguar XK. I purchased the vehicle and each part of the buying process was just a text-book model of excellence of service and attention to detail. The complications of purchasing and shipping a vehicle from Texas to Florida were made to seem rather simplistic and easy by David the Sales Manager-I know the many complexities attached to this task! I thank Ben, David, and Kelly for the splendid experience and exceptional customer service I received while purchasing my dream vehicle at ADL Auto Sales. These folks are consummate professionals!

Update: my husband fixed my A/C with 2 amazon parts for less than $70. Thanks for nothing. I bought a GMC Acadia from them back in September 2022 and got the “extended warranty” that per the owner they would cover a/c, motor, transmission etc, two weeks after I got the car my rear a/c went out, we took it back to the dealer & they told to come back when it’s warmer & they would fix it, I took it last week & they weren’t taking warranty repairs for two weeks, I told them I would be okay waiting to wait 2 weeks then they changed it up and said they weren’t taking any repairs “due to not having enough mechanics”, they sent me to another repair shop that takes the warranty, I took it there and the warranty denied the claim, I called back and spoke to David and he was asking for a letter of why the claim got denied, so now I have to wait for the letter to get mailed while my kids are dripping sweat in the back seats. They already knew the a/c wasnt working, the turkish man even said it would get fixed & no one is doing anything to help me. Even Frank said it would most likely be an $60-80 job and warranty wouldn’t cover became it wouldn’t be worth the $100 deductible, so if its a $60-80 job why can’t they fix it?

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE! We traded my husband's truck and bought a used truck from ADL and on the way home that evening (we live 2 hours away) realized the truck had NO HEADLIGHTS! And shortly after realized there was NO air/diesel filters in the truck, which caused the high pressure line to bust. These are literally the basic needs of a vehicle, so how is it that it was overlooked? And the fact that they allowed us to drive away with our children in a non road worthy vehicle is appalling. I have been calling almost every day for a week and been told they will get back to me. Today I had the pleasure of getting the finance manager who informed me that there isn't a warranty, (which I am aware of) so there isn't anything he can do and the owner is out. Apparently he is always gone, but he was there when we were buying.. Now we are out almost $1500 with lights included and the truck has been sitting in a shop for over a week before we can even make the first payment. I am beside myself at how they are treating their customers. I never would have thought this would happen everybody was so nice in the beginning, especially our salesman. I guess lesson learned.

Got a car here 2 months ago 2009 Ford Mustang, I got the car and noticed the steering wheel exceeding shaking at 55 mph and up due to a crack in the driver side front wheel. Wheel was damaged so I took the oem SVT wheels off my old car and used them FOR MY OWN SAFETY. Drove the car for about a month engine started knocking, I dropped the car off at ADL auto for them to fix it because I’m not paying for a car that I can’t drive with catastrophic engine failure, they said a “”freeze plug popper out and was hitting the flywheel”” , I took it to Another shop that confirmed rod bearings where toast, not a freeze plug, I was quoted 11k for the repair, I was sold a warranty called wynns when I first got the mustang… due to new exhaust TIPS AND WHEELS warranty was denied. Stick to buying cars cash and never use ADL auto to buy a car, they put nice cars up front to bring you in, but they will sell you a ticking time bomb. I’m super upside down due to these people taking advantage of me don’t let the same Happen to you!!! They take advantage or first time car buyers.

First of all I made the mistake of co-signing for someone 7 years ago, who completely DESTROYED my credit. Not only did David and Fernando get me in the truck that I got there to buy, but David also explained exactly what dealerships and financing companies look at when it comes to credit for a vehicle purchase. No run around, no jumping through hoops, and no waiting for hours to hear back about an approval. I did the application, they told me I was approved, I got to the dealership and I WAS ACTUALLY APPROVED!! The truck I got ended up having a small issue that they were unaware of, but they took accountability for the vehicle that I purchased and repaired it at no cost. Hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. This was the first vehicle I had ever been approved for by myself with no cosigner. I am so satisfied with my truck, I am recommending them to ANYONE and EVERYONE, and I promise you I will never buy a vehicle from somewhere else. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! And you now have a customer for life!

DO NOT SHOP FOR A CAR HERE!!! Worst car experience ever!! My car salesman was the ONLY good thing about this place. Frank is a good, genuine guy and he deserves to work at a place better than this. The owner was sooo rude, shiesty, and all he cares about is money. He does not care about his customers, their satisfaction, nor the condition the vehicles on the lot are in. I thought I got my dream car from this place, only for it to be a total nightmare instead!! I turned the car over to CapitalOne because ADL had no interest in helping. All he cared about was printing of the contract I signed, reminding me what I already knew, that I purchased the car as is. I understood that part, but the car total to get out the shop was over $14,000 and ADL did NOT care. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Runnnn!!! And if you do, take a mechanic with you to make sure the car is a good one, bc again, the owner DOES NOT CARE!! He is a money hungry, scamming, shiesty car lot owner! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I first would like to address the level of customer satisfaction ADL has to offer is OUTSTANDING!! I originally was interested in a luxury suv for my new family. And I was extremely impressed with the other options ADL had when I decided not to go with the original set of wheels. ADL showed me 3-5 different SUVs and also took into consideration of my finance budget before we started paperwork! To me, I thought that was extremely considerate of them to do and make me feel like I was buying from a family member rather than buying while feeling like I was just a profit deal. ADL I am truly so happy with our deal leaving with something better and cheaper and came with great quality tires great interior wonderfully well kept engine!! ADL has so many good options!! I will DEFINITELY come back to get another vehicle! Daisy was amazing and welcoming and not pushy at all!! I promise you, this is a great company to consider checking out!!

I purchase a car a month ago from ADL auto now the fuel pump and water pump has gone out. They came and pick the car up to fix and it been 2 weeks whenever I call the salesman Kojack is constantly giving me the run around. He has not called me once since the car been there I been calling and calling the car still sitting up waiting to be fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I paid $5000 down for a problem they did not fully inspect the car before they sold it to me. I’m very disappointed in these car salesman if it ain’t worth selling take it off the lot or fix the problem before selling it. Bad business This is the new fuel pump they say they changed this fuel pump looks like was on the vehicle when it was made. Not only that but they sent over paperwork to the warranty company for payment stating customer wouldn’t sign it. Red flag the work was not completed so why do you expect to be paid. Greedy world we live in

When I say this dealership went ABOVE and beyond my expectations, I MEAN IT! Daisy was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with whatever I needed. I was looking for a particular car, of which they had two on the lot. She was patient with me as I tried to snub the second car. She knew what I was looking for and allowed me to be as picky as I pleased. Turns out, I fell completely IN LOVE with the second car and took it HOME with me!!! I would also like to shout out to David who probably needs a couple of stiff drinks after dealing with my challenged credit and finding a way to get me into my dream car. NOTHING short of a dream come true!! The entire experience was way better for me than for them :) But, they stuck with it, and even gave my trade-in new home. Hands down, 10 out of 10 experience! The car that was purchased was a good deal. Frank was great in the purchase process. The car itself, I had to buy a new battery and oil change after just 4 weeks of purchase. I did ask if everything was up to date and was told yes at the time of purchase. Misleading for sure (don't lie in your reply please), but the car works nonetheless. When going to get my permanent plates, the workers there were being unprofessional as well. Most need to brush up on Customer service 101 bad day or not. Thank you Frank for your amazing help and to the dealership for a car. You're the only reason for even a 3 star rating along with your kind father. Customer service needs to be worked on. I personally would not recommend anyone I know here as I experienced too much disorganization for paper work as simple as things can be. Others may have a different experience. Just a genuine and honest experience.

Will never go back here and I advise anyone looking to not look here. Very unprofessional and not the friendliest. Josh one of the car salesman become upset because I declined the one car offered after I was not approved for the one I want. He went back in to look to see if I had been approved for a vehicle else where as I advised him that I went to mortiz and got approved for a car over $20k. He then begin texting me unprofessional things saying should jump on the offer being that my credit was trash and that’s why I didn’t get approved for anything more than I did. Once I declined business all professionalism went out the door. I give this place a 0 from the moment I stepped out of my Vehicle. I have never had a salesman so unprofessional-*******Do not go here*****. Update: this is the response. This response alone shows how much professionalism they have..

Worst car buying - or should I say non-car buying situation I've ever experienced. After expressing interest in an older F150, negotiating terms, and coming with my own financing to pick up the truck - I'm told that the dealership did not have the title on hand to sell the truck in the first place! Then I'm told to check back because MAYBE they'll get the title in the next day or two. Every time I asked about it I was ignored, until I finally received a text saying that the title isn't in but you're more than welcome to come look at other vehicles (of course more expensive). Also told not to use my bank for financing - which I've used for my last 2 cars without a problem! Just felt like the old bait and switch - extremely disappointed that this type of treatment still exists.

Bought a corvette from this place a while back. The car ended up costing 9k out of pocket to “fix”. Damage underneath the vehicle not listed on carfax, was not told about this at the dealer. Multiple leaks in the engine bay (rear main seal, valve covers, oil pan gasket, clutch master cylinder completely out of fluid), A/C did not work(bought in winter) . Torque tube was bent from the collision underneath the vehicle (2k new from gm). Literally concrete embedded in the frame of the vehicle underneath. Broken front subframe, cracked rear leaf spring. This was basically a totalled vehicle. After all repairs car still isn’t right, suspect a bent frame. It should be illegal to sell vehicles like this to a consumer. Do not buy from this place.

Buyer BEWARE!!!! NO fuel in auto when I drove away, oil change light came in when I went straight to the gas station. I was driving back to Midland, no navigation as promised by the manager and sales person. Still today, months later no working navigation, there is zero customer service. I did my research and drove in to purchase the car. Had I not already sold my existing car, so I really needed one, I would have waited. I also had my own financing. I was a sales persons dream. When I called back about the oil change, no fuel, and non-working navigation I was told that it was sold as is. Yet the navigation was listed on the sale listing. What dealership doesn't change the oil or put fuel in a car? Never again...do not go here.

I had the most wonderful experience with this small carlot dealership. 1st Jennifer upon inquiry immediately had someone to get in touch within the next 10 minutes! Next David contacted me within another 10 mins (after viewing my credit app and sending a proposal). Iwas truly amazed at the quick responses. I am from NLR, AR and when I got to the carlot the next morning David went above and beyond my expectations. He explained everything and to our delight we drove home with no problems. We got a really great deal with low mileage. I am so glad that Car Gurus has their business as I will be purchasing other vehicles in the future from ADL Auto. It was a pleasure working with David and Josh.

Would leave zero stars if I could. We inquired about a vehicle over the phone before we drove all the way over, and the salesman I talked to a week and a half ago is still trying to blow up my phone to get my mom to come look at a car that we have no intention of seeing. He was trying to pressure us to have my mom complete a credit application before we even looked at vehicles, and that was a huge turn off. We will not be taking our business there ever and I would not recommend giving them your information, including your phone number. I have blocked the salesman's phone number and he is still managing to leave voicemails and he has contacted me off of a different phone number as well.

Sells broke down vehicles with warranty so the customer could use the warranty to fix them. Instead of fixing the cars before they sell them. Then will try to give you what they want, not what you're looking for. They will argue and hollar at the customer if you address a concern with your vehicle. After you spend your money will lie like they gave you the option to trade it in. Your customers will tell you what they want, not you telling them. Then you can not reply on here. They don't even fix the car under the warranty. They will hold it for a couple of weeks, rig it up and call you to come get it. Do not go here. The cars out front is to trick you to come in. Good marketing scheme.

Worst dealership I have ever been too. They push vehicles that that have missing parts and one blew smoke out from under the hood when cranked. Even after being told that we were not interested, they still continued to call and text with other vehicles that we were no interested in. I had a trade in worth 6000 and they still pushes trashed vehicles. Told me I had no say in what vehicle I got. Worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. I did not know that a Ford explorer was a high end European luxury car. Guess I learned something new today. And I have already been financed with another dealer and got put a much nicer car then the one you all had.

Post carbecue (yes, my car literally went up in flames), I rolled into ADL Auto. Niko greeted me. Not with a sales pitch, but with the confidence of a zen master. She didn’t push, she guided…. Me right into the sportily clean Audi Q5 3.0T. With no pressure and all pleasure, It was less like buying a car and more like making a friend who just happened to have the keys to your next ride. Long story short: If you want a hassle free experience that's as smooth as the ride of a supercharged Audi, ask for Niko. The anti pushy patron saint of car shoppers. Five stars for the great deal, and infinite stars for the the experience Niko provides!

They really took care of us and Tom being as patient as he is and great at what he does in finance got us to a place where we wanted to be and offered extra options that made it more comfortable for my wife. I've been shopping for a used Telluride. I got there later on a Saturday night to test drive a Telluride they had. They waited and worked on getting me in my car past their closing time. They were up upfront and honest. I didn't feel like I was getting pushed into buying something that wasn't right for me. They gave me the highest trade-in value for my car and got as close as possible to my monthly payment amount I requested. I just want say that our experience with ADL was as good as it gets. We worked with Niko in sales and it was outstanding! Niko explained all aspects of the sale. My son was one buying a car and Niko was so patient as we worked through a way to make it happen and in the end it all worked out. That was Friday last week, today's Tuesday but I had a problem trying to post a review of Niko's efforts so that's why this is a tad late. I was looking for a car and son went with me we were looking at different dealership and I call ADL Auto and I talked to a sales person Michael who told me come out .So I did, and I very happy I did because they have some very nice cars with low mileage very expensive cars at a good price I brought 2015 LEXUS IS and I very happy with it and I could not have had a better deal . The person that handled the paper Tom ,went right to work getting my car finance and I got a good deal on that I was very happy. If you are looking for very nice cars that 's place to go with low mileage and good prices and nice people.

Everyone at ADL auto was amazing! We found the exact Subaru we wanted on car gurus and I was a little nervous to buy from such a small dealership but it was amazing. Everyone walked us through every step. Communicated the whole process and even walked us through how to get a new copy of our title for our trade in. Even stayed late to make sure they could take our trade in since we had to drive from Denton. All around a great experience! My husband even left his phone in our trade in and Daisy went out of her way to help us get it back! — wonderful people!

Very courteous and customer friendly. But keeping their word to follow up on details and getting you financed and sending information to you, they did not do. More trying to pressure me into getting a car that clearly showed it was in an accident and not repaired properly. I was very disappointed and just asked them to shred all my information. This isn’t my first or second car and I felt they treated me as I was supposed to accept whatever they said and chose for me. Not happening. Just be careful and listen to everything that is being said and done.

I would 100% buy from these amazing people again. Deisy and David went over and beyond for us. We dont have the most amazing credit or even good credit but David worked his magic and got our payments where I needed them. To be completely honest car payments scare me and after sitting down with Deisy and David I felt soo much better. Had been researching and calling around to find the right vehicle. Everyone was having me jump thru hoops. I called and spoke with Isaac at ADL Auto Sales and he made it the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had! Found the ride I wanted went up and test drove it, and a short time later I was heading out with my new ride. He even had it detailed and put the temp plate on himself! Great guy and great place to do business. He even helped me find great insurance. Cant say enough about Isaac and ADL!

I came into this place last saturday just driving by and spoke with Josh although i did not purchase a vehicle that day, the atmosphere was nice and friendly and Josh was very professional and knowledgeable he guided me on what i needed and what was best for my situation, and got me quickly approved! Got my 2016 Ford Fusion a year ago, and haven’t had any issues with ADL. Their customer service speaks for itself. I was homeless at the time, and saved up enough to get a down payment. They did everything they could to work something out for me. David and the mechanics made sure everything was perfect for me to get on the road and back on my feet. MashAllah The owner has definitely put together a perfect team to help the community.

I was a little unsure about purchasing a vehicle from a used dealership, but ADL Auto had exactly the car I wanted at a good price. I purchased a warranty because the car was several years old. Wow! ADL has been wonderful to work with and the service excellent. They have a full service department. Frank, the service manager, has been particularly helpful. His mechanics are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ADL.

I’m so glad I found this place!! It’s how I like to buy cars…no hidden fees and no bullshite sales gimmicks. Straight forward, fair, honest people that want to help you find a car that you will fall in love with…great owner and employees. But most important, great cars and great prices. There are some gems on the lot but everything was priced oh so good. We bought two cars in two days…fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

The sales people here would lie to their family if it made them one extra dollar. Find a dealer that wasn't ran out of town for making false promises. It's very sad you had to move across the metroplex to avoid in-person customer complaints, it's hard to sell cars with people coming in to complain all day. I'm always ready for a new sarcastic ADL response, it brings out your true colors.

My daughter purched a car jan 16th paid 5000 down got home 2 days later battery acid leaking. Took it back replaced battery 2 days later brake pads fell off. They paid for brake pads we did the labor. Now we just noticed an oil leak and he refuses to fix it. Michael and frank are awesome , as for the owner trash and their vehicles are trash don't recommend buying a vehicle from here

David was the most honest transparent auto sales financier that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He was able to provide my wife and I with numerous options from financing to leasing. Highly recommend!! When this journey started I had horrible credit. David got me approved on my first car it was a very nice reliable vehicle. Then about a year after that I purchased my second car through ADL which got financed. My credit has climbed a lot over last couple years. Last week I upgraded first car to a much better vehicle. David and crew always treat me like family.

My daughter and I stopped with the intention of just looking for a car for her and within a few short hours, my daughter bought her first car. I bought a Golf TDI from here at a good price. I took it one week later to an auto shop that specializes in Volkswagen and the mechanic mentioned how it was in great shape and had tons of service records. James was my salesman and was super professional and did a great job. The finance manager David will get you into a vehicle. It’s all numbers and he will get you right.

My salesperson Thomas was very great. Diligent in finding the right vehicle for me. Was not miss leading; straight forward and courteous. My financial officer was also straight forward. Bought my 2013 from this place. My dealer was a young knowledgeable man. The finance guy(David) will help u finance your vehicle, however, if you can, DO NOT DERFERR YOUR DOWN PAYMENT. My Tt&L was damn near expire by the time I received my tags. On top of that, I had to drive from my home town to ft. Worth 3x trying to get my tags from him...
