I haven't purchased a car in 10 years and had so much anxiety about buying a new one. Terence Shaw at the houston location was a dream. There was no pressure, he was polite, with some of the best customer service I have ever had,and he explained everything in fantastic detail. I loved how patient he was with us with our million questions and his communication was excellent. We ended up going to another dealer and after 2 mins we knew we would be going back to drivetime. We purchased the car in houston but it was located in Dallas, and we got the absolute pleasure to finish our purchase with Joseph and Blake. Again the best customer service, patience, and communication. They kept up the same great energy Terence gave us and im literally sitting here signing the paperwork as I type this lol I plan on coming back to drivetime to get my future vehicles.

Seamless process. Never had a car buying experience been more peaceful. IN NO WAY did we ever feel pressured. Not once When we arrived we walked around peacefully looking at vehicles. Fully expected to be approached by high pressure sales at any moment (as this has always been our experience at any other dealership.) Upon finding a vehicle we would like to test drive we walked in and were greeted with all smiles and genuinely friendly and helpful attitudes. After test driving and discussing options. DriveTime was great. From the time to fill out the app online to getting into the store and purchasing the vehicle everything was quick, efficient, and easy. I like not having to worry about paperwork, tons of questions, etc. So much of that was taken care of by screening ahead of time. The main reason we loved it so much were the people. Josh and Laura Scott at the Fort Worth location we went to. Laura was kind, courteous, and took great care of us through the process. She was efficient, professional, and quick. Had us in and out within about an hour. She is a blessing and we were grateful to work with her, would recommend this location to anybody because of her service! She should get a raise!

Had an issue with one car and didn't like what I had found and came to this location and everyone here did everything possible to make it right and very helpful and friendly. I did a even trade for a better vehicle and I couldn't be more happier. I will say that the Arlington location is straight trash and disrespectful and will not help you, for the Alta mere fort Worth location is far more professional and friendly I highly recommend the fort Worth location hands down. This was the closest dealer to me besides CarMax. I really needed a car like yesterday since my my old one went up in flames. And I was getting tired of the TRE real fast lol. If I didn’t have work I would’ve had the car the same day I went in to see what my options were. Ashley was extremely responsive, but failed 3 separate times to inform. 3 different times my wife went in to get a vehicle and each time was promised everything was fine. The moment she comes in there's always an issue. Having us waste time and money on ubers going back and forth for no reason at all, and simply not caring. Ashley went as far as having my wife test drive a car to later tell her they needed more information. So many chances given but that was the last one. Just be more considerate of people time, that simple

so far very happy n pleased , Mrs Scott was so awesome, I was untill engine light came on after the second day . Then I took back and wasted more time to jst say go to mechanic and make appointment. I was so disappointed I went to a farther place and exchanged it for third time .. thanks but i have to say , they didn’t care. , once car left it’s your problem.

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE. I HAVE HAD MINE FOR 2 WEEKS AND IT IS LEAKING TRANSMISSION FULID , OIL AND THE DRIVES DOOR HANDLE FELL OFF. THE DRIVERS DOOR WILL NOT STAY CLOSED. THEY DO NOT CARE AT DRIVE TIME. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO SOLUTION. 3weeks later and still no one from drivetime can help. Stay away from this place.

Would recommend DriveTime 100 times over, thanks clay for finalizing everything and getting us on the road! The only downside was that the the truck could have been washed, there was bird doo on it at pick up. But other than that, we will definitely be shopping at drivetime again!!
