Went in to make a complaint about rude service from sales lady Rebecca and ended up getting cursed out by the so called "Bossman"........ so yea that's the type of integrity their business has which is none. I do appreciate the service I received when I got my car from salesman Richie at the 28th street location, but I don't feel there was any need to be verbally assaulted for complaining on being treated less than by an employee! I had 2 initial incidents with their sales lady Rebecca that involved her telling me I would never have a bank approve me and I was always told I didn't make enough money even though I could prove I made at least the 2000 that they advertise is all you need for them to work with you beside valid ID. This 3rd and final incident involved a friend of mine who went and tried to get a car from them and wasn't even given the chance to be put through the process of trying to get approved before they told her that her check stubs were invalid for reasons that didn't really add up in my opinion. I went in the following day to complain of the treatment for my friend which I witnessed myself to be less than it should be in which i discussed the matter with their salesmen Richie, who did explain to me reasons they felt my friends information was not able to be taken. I did appreciate the information because the actual response Rebecca had gave was that the bank did not approve even though she never called a bank at all. HOWEVER, I wanted to know the name of the initial saleslady (I was unbeknownst to her name until after this incident) because of the way she did business. I did plan on doing a report of the matter to a higher office or business bureau and I did let them know that. Once I said that their so called "Bossman" came from the back yelling and cursing at me about how dumb I was, that I was a MF that they don't care about, that I am alot of other curse words, even telling me I was accusing them of being racist. I never once mentioned race at all by the way, only the matter of how they go about doing service. I asked salesman Richie is this regular service of their customers in which he replied there was nothing he could do about being cursed out by "the boss". I lastly asked if I could have the "bossman's" card in which I was met by more insults and cursing and told to leave which I did. I wouldn't trust a company who feels that this is a way that a customer should be treated that comes into a professional business setting! It's one thing to try to accuse someone of something and tell them why there are accusations, but it was definitely taken to a very rude and disrespectful point for the simple fact I wanted to bring up a issue in their service with customers.

I’m going to give only 2 stars because I did get a car, was it the one I wanted no, but I needed a vehicle and had been going back and forth on my own for a week. So I sent docs in to Stephen on a Monday he told me he’d call me back the next day that didn’t happen so I called he was off no big deal ok, so the next day called spoke to him and again said I’d get a call back but didn’t. I didn’t get to speak to him in depth until that Saturday. Convo was good and promising so I went in waited for awhile which was normal and was assisted by crystal, here’s where it goes bad. Her overall demeanor was horrid. She acted like she didn’t want to help me, answered questions short sand crassly. And looked at me like I was the scum of the earth. Finally she says come back Monday cause this other bank will be better so I’m annoyed cause again I’m ubering there and they are not cheap especially on weekends. She showed no concern or remorse was trying to rush me away. So Monday comes go over the car o want and etc and it’s a no go so I did get at 2018 escape overpriced YES! Radio didn’t work bumper was messed up and interior was crazy! I know you can’t control previous owners but they didn’t attempt to try and fix those issues before I text drove it, talked to Kirk and he was rude honestly it was pick another car since that was too high 332 every 2weeks he wasn’t really trying to be nice tbh, and crystal just uggh rude rude rude gave inaccurate information and got mad when I questioned cause it mad not a kick of sense. Needless to say I needed a car that day so I put 1k dwn and got it they fixed the bumper or rigged it and put head rests in it, but said nothing else about the radio as they said, Stephen sealed the deal professionally and apologized for crystal and stated this happens before and I believe it’s with like melanated customers honestly. Her vibe was just ugly. Anyways as they guaranteed 6mnths and I can trade out of it so I’m holding them to that cause as a single mom tagging my paycheck every two weeks 333 is crazy but they don’t care all they want is money and it’s credit repair so I get it but if people are in need help Them don’t hang them and put them in worse financial strains to line your pockets, and passively justify it as “helping”. I wouldn’t refer anyone hear after that experience.

Don't Buy From here. We came in to purchase 1 vehicle. During the process because of the equity and value of our current vehicle they promised we could trade in our current vehicle and walk out with two vehicles. So that is what we did. During the process one of the vehicles funded and the other had not. We received phone calls from the lender stating everything was done and everything was set to go on the second vehicle. The following day Watson said we had to return the vehicle. That it had fell through. At this point we had both vehicles for 2 months. State law is they have 10 days to request the vehicle back or secure lending. Or else they are required to carry the agreement. During this process we also found they were running our credit for the full 2 months which severly hit our credit score and legally they are not allowed to for that length of time with out signed agreement to do so after so many days. We tried to contact and attorney and Watson sent someone out to file a case against us while we tried to find out what our rights were. Because we didn't want any charges against us we surrendered the vehicle. Watson Auto group refused to give us our refund back on the vehicle. Every time we call Kirk the owner hangs up on us and refuses to come to resolution. The second vehicle we purchased the touch screen stereo was broken. They said they had it on order and would replace it as soon as it came in. They have still yet to replace it. I have it in E-mails I have recordings of them stating they were going to make it right and replace the stereo and they still refuse to fix and or replace the stereo which is not cheap. During the conversation Steven also asked me for permission to relist the vehicle we had to surrender back to the original mileage of when we purchased the vehicle two months prior. I too have that all on recording. We have simply asked they return our deposit to us and replace the stereo as promised and they refuse. We will be taking this public. So watch yourself, as who knows what other scams this dealership is commiting as they asked to commit odometer fraud.

Kirk is an absolute monster!!! Extremely rude and yes I will say racist!!! That whole staff need to be investigated !! I have screenshots the way he talked to my cousin and threatened her over his misunderstandings! I’m rushing to her job to pick her up because he caused her to have an anxiety attack!! Her car broke down 2weeks after she had it and without a car for a week and they made her pay a $200 deductible to fix it which should have been free because of the lemon law! The staff literally told us to our faces that they don’t care about her having to pay for an Uber for 7days while they had her car and refused to contact her back! But oh because she was late on her payment because of the unexpected charge they blew her up! They are crooks and demons! I’m reporting them and looking into getting her out of that damn near illegal Interest rate! It’s illegal to charge 30% in TX and they skate by, by going to 29% on raggedy cars that will break down then want to charge you for fixing them and say it’s a warranty deductible. They are inhuman and the salesman brag about them being millionaires and work out of chop shops, no wonder y’all are so you say. Stealing and taking advantage of lower class minorities lining y’all’s pockets! RUN AWAY PLEASE!! Try a reputable dealer like Clay Cooley who doesn’t charge interest over 10-13%. The actual finance company are nice or seem to be but Kirk and his whole staff at the macart location need help, especially that diabolical demon Crystal!

I purchased a smart car from Watson's and the check engine light came on as I was leaving the car lot. They agreed to fix it but they have no waiting room in their service department loaner cars or staff available to drive you to just a place to sit and eat or shop. Be prepared to walk and make several trips. When I purchased the car I was not given a copy of the contract or told what the payment terms were. When I asked the staff, I was told to wait until my plates arrived, then we would go over the contract. The day my plates arrived and my payment was due (I think), the car broke down. They towed it in, however, would not even look at it until I paid the tow fees. It has been over a month and I still have not heard a word from them about when it will be fixed. They have made zero effort to contact me and laugh each time about the car not being ready. The service dept. Lady, Diane I think, even argued with me repeatedly, accusing me of jumping off the car when I do not even have cables. The absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. I'm giving up on the car as my credit takes another hit and filing a formal complaint with the BBB. This is the reason good people have credit issues... Places like this taking advantage of people in desperate situations.

Went Thursday and was told that I was approved but had to wait until the bank opened Friday, was told I'd get a call back and never did, went up there on Saturday morning and was told employee verification and to expect a call Monday morning, waited Monday, texted and called Monday never got an answer, went this morning and they had no actual sales people and had to have someone come from another dealer, also couldn't find my paperwork so had to fill out all of that again. Looked at a few cars and all of the ones I looked at had bad tires, wrecks, etc. One car displayed on the website clearly has a blown airbag and is listed for sale. Had to call a manager of a different location to be told I was declined on all fronts and would need a cosigner. Left me waiting for 4 whole days and wasted my time and money trying to get this done. If you are not going to communicate with potential customers, don't be in business, it's that simple. All of the cars had body damage(a certain amount with used vehicles to be expected but not to the extent these were) interiors weren't clean, this is bottom of barrel but I was really trying to give the benefit of the doubt here. They don't finance in house which is the ONLY reason I went there.

I have poor credit. But they really abuse the system and sell me a car that's worth $3000 for $14000 and finance it at $440 a month . The car has alot of issues ..pulls hard to the left.. needed new tires. Brakes. Oil change. And body damage. But it was the best they could get me into over 80000 miles at the time. And I took it because even thou it is a standard and needs transmission work I needed a car... They don't harass you. But. The car is still running and I just think they are really unfair on prices. They promise you can trade it in for a better one in 6 months but they don't really mean that. They want $1500 down for a better car But they advertise No down payment send you a email and say you personally qualify but I have them $700 just to get into this one.. not happy but I'm mobile with a strong left arm holding my car on the road. 1 year they promise I could get a better car they lied. I can't trade the car. My credit is bad they said.. Well isn't that why I'm here?!?!

Going to be 100% honest I wouldn’t refer anyone to this dealership if my life depended on it. Regardless I was able to drive off (which I did) but some issues occurred I was still blessed elsewhere with a way better vehicle. The experience was overall horrible. Nobody in this company has patience nor respect for others. Everything is clearly about money. They put me in a car with a seatbelt that didn’t even worked, cracked mirrors etc. Kirk Watson himself & Crystal weren’t really nice people. Their nice at first, to butter you up but not so nice when it comes down to it. They show their irritation and the man was rude as hell when my family came to speak on my behalf. The whole entire thing is a long story, this is not to bash the company but I will not dare lie about my and my grandmothers experience. Went elsewhere like god said so. Same day less than a few hours, Brand new 2023. Be careful how you treat others, it’ll catch up to ya.

I purchased my vehicle a couple weeks ago from here. I dealt with Crystal her office is towards the back. When I was there she was the GOAT! She had her office full of people, the front office had people waiting on her, 2 people outside were there for her too. The lady I was talkin too outside said Crystal was there before & went on vacation but Crystal is the only person she will deal wit. My experience with her was almost as exciting as gettin in my new car fr. She was one of the coolest people. She kept a great attitude even be’n swamped she kept a smile & always kept everyone informed. I called yesterday & Crystal picked up the phone answering my questions it just reminded me I needed to put a review! She definitely deserves one! Thank you Watson Auto Group & Crystal for getting me into the car I wanted!

Horrible customer service. I got approved for everything before getting to the dealership. I get to the dealership and stand there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Then, there was an African American male who was extremely rude was not trying to deal with me at all and sent me to someone else. The other guy had some white residue on his nose, cut me off while I was talking and said for me “not to tell him anything until he finished paperwork.” I sat and wasted all of my time only to be told that I wasn’t approved when that issue should have been discussed to me by one the 4 different sales representatives I had communicated with prior to arriving to the store. They were literally trying to get me out of there. The experience was not pleasant at all, and the representatives were extremely rude.

This place was alright. They did good by me to get me in a decent car. At first I thought it was just a car that had been sitting for awhile and that's the ones I was being offered. The gentleman we worked with (his name is Rick) was very upfront and honest about the whole deal. He said I'm only going to show you cars that will be dependable. And he was right. I looked at one that wasn't one of the ones he recommended and it was not good. I test drove it and didn't like it, there were issues with it that I didn't approve of. Now they do check credit. The reason I rated 3 was because I was originally told zero down then when I got there I had to pay the ttl for my past credit issues. I can see that and all but it was disheartening to be told zero down and still have to pay.

Twice I have tried to buy a car through this place and twice I didn't. They are very misleading in that they tell you that you are 100% approved with nothing down only to get there and you aren't and they try and put you in their special program car for 6 months (the cars they out you look horrible and have maintenance issues) they call it their second chance program in which you have to come up with your tt& l up front ..... That isn't 100% approval with "0" down.... That's bait and switch which is deceptive and violates the "Truth-n-Lending" Laws. I will never attempt to buy a car from these people again. They aren't a buy here pay here they are however a buyer beware here place.

We’ve bought cars since 2014 from Watson Auto Group. Seems like we go to dealerships and get a NO then go to Watson Auto and always get approved. Every situation is different, we’ve had no problems with some banks and we’ve had to put down a little more with others to get into the car we wanted. All our situations and we’ve never driven off the same day because they like to get the best deal possible but within a week we always get our vehicle. Kirk, Bobby, and most recently Bruce have all been great to us. Will definitely keep spreading that word and sending people up there. Thank you for doing our Friend’s Son right and getting him in to a 2019 Nissan Sentra!

I was approved for zero down and then it didn't work out due to me being self employed. That's fine. I understand. But then I was contacted by someone from there, told they had found a bank willing to honor the zero down. She asked that I email her my bank statements for bank verification. It's been three days. Noone will respond to my emails. The phone just rings, no answering machine. I became concerned that perhaps I had been scammed. No one will verify if the person that called is with their company. These people either stole my information, sold my information, or just decided that I wasn't approved and didn't deserve a response Buyer Beware

Crystal’s sense of humor and personality light up that office! She and her boss Kirk Watson really made my experience a wonderful one. She greeted me like she had known me for years at the door and said “come on girl let’s get you rollin” lol! I was there maybe a hour/hour 1/2 last week so this review is late lol but I can’t tell y’all enough how much I love these people! Kirk Watson is a absolute hoot as well and seems to truly care for his customers going the extra mile. I over heard him ask a few times “how can I help”? Anyway enough of my rambling lol If your looking for a Car!!! CRYSTAL AND KIRK ARE THEY WAY TO GO!!!!!

They were patient reasonable and understanding to all the questions we were asking, as they were very outstanding with their answers... my dad recommended me and my wife to look at a vehicle with this company when my car was giving me problems, and though we weren't looking to walk out with much of anything Stephen, Willie, and Kirk went above and beyond to not only secure us with a great vehicle but our daughter with a vehicle as well..so thank you Watson Auto Group.. and looking forward to recommend and others to your locations

if i could give 0 stars i would . worst dealership i have ever been to in my life , everyone who works there is a scammer . was told i was approved and drove off the lot with MY car 1 week later i was being ask to bring the car back because i wasn’t approved . was told if i brought the car back my deposit of $2500 will be back onto my car however DAVID WASTON lied and blocked my number from even asking questions . employees are by far the worst employees i have ever laid eyes on very rude and unprofessional . will be getting family lawyers involved to receive my money back . I went there to get a car they told me I was approved when I wasn't but had me come back the next day to tell me I wasn't approved.I live in Dallas so I'm almost 45 min to a hour away , it was okay that I wasn't approved because I went somewhere else and I was approved. The problem is I gave them a 100 dollars to go get the car I was interested in from their other car lot it was suppose be refunded placed back on my card since I was unapproved it's been a whole week and I have yet to get my 100 dollars back everyday it's an excuse please return my money and I will get out of yalls hair! I DO NOT recommend getting a car from here! First off it doesn’t take 3 days to get no car after being APPROVED! I kept getting told my check stubs were fake even after showing ALL the proof that they weren’t, I even showed my bank account and that I get paid by the company I work for and it all MATCHES LITERALLY! I even called my boss so they could possibly work something out and STEPHEN hung up on my boss and all he did was ask for Stephen’s name so he could know who he’s speaking with! It’s a 1 star from me cause that was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY 3 DAYS!!!!

This is most unprofessional place I have ever been they do not put customers first.This place has been giving us the run around. We gave them our deposit and we never got our van. We asked for our money back and they still haven’t gave us our money back my husband been waiting for about 2 hours. They told him Friday to come back on money we can get our money back and we been calling no answer my husband is still there no one will help him. This is the worse place we could have went. I will never refer this place to anyone. We will be taking them to court

Great experience. I was able to inquire, submit documentation and get my loan approved and even left with a vehicle in the same day. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership and left with a car that fit my needs and budget perfectly. My salesman, Stephen, listened to my request and did not stop until he located the right vehicle for me. Stephen was a great advocate when my car was in service for cosmetic repairs and made sure the job was done correctly and I was not left without a vehicle in the meantime. I appreciate everything he did to help me!

We got a call from Pam just as we had left another "let down, no good" dealership.. she asked what we were looking for. Told us where to go as we were already driving and looking. We showed up at Watson, started talking to Steven and Kirk. Thanks to those two gentleman who worked their butts off to get my husband into the truck he really wanted. They were up front and honest, caring and yes, it took most of the day because they were outrageously busy but still got us an amazing deal on the best truck they had on the lot! Thank you guys so much.

Sent me home with a car and weeks later calls me back and says financing didnt go thru!! They want to recontract now. Worst car buying experience ever. The rear tires had a leak and sensor was on and salesman says just add air!! Tires needed replaced and upper intake was missing!! For $21,000 and to get told these things, UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! THERE FINANCE PEOPLE CALLED MY MOTHER AND TOLD HER SHE WAS A CO SIGNER& THREATEND ME WITH A VOICEMAIL SAYING THEY WOULD KILL ME IF I DIDNT RETURN THE CAR. LOTS MORE TO THE STORY!!!

Stopped here last November to buy a 2015 Jeep Renegade for my wife. Dealt with both a salesman as well as the owner. They were very friendly and professional. But much more importantly. They got us a great financing deal and warranty on the Jeep. And we are very happy with the Jeep itself. It runs great and we have had no issues at all. I will be coming back to buy either another Jeep or a truck for myself before the end of the year. If you need a reliable vehicle, stop by Watson's and see what they can do for you

I would recommend everyone to go here Bruce was outstanding and he helped us get the car we was searching for and went above and beyond just to get us the right price they are very friendly and very helpful they also have ways of helping just about anyone to get into a vechile and the monthly payments aren't too bad at all. Thomas is awesome he went above and beyond to help me out with a couple minor issues! Watson Auto group as a whole is a good company. It's sad that only disgruntled people want to leave reviews for places when they don't get what they want. It's hurts the business and makes em look bad when in fact it's 99% the consumer with the issues on their end. Pull head from a** and realize not everything will go your easy. Biggest jerk sales man ever. I don’t think they have integrity. I had a pre approval but live out of town. He told me everything showing online has been sold and he’s too busy to help someone not in front of him when asked to email me their current inventory. Unprofessional and inefficient. I’d suggest going somewhere where they have customers service. If someone like this guy sales you a car, it’ll probably be a lemon. Can’t trust these kind of folks. Disgusting

I was able to get into a vehicle same day. Kirk did an awesome job! I totally recommend this place. All personnel were friendly and I totally believe they did me right!!@ As of 11/2- had to return original car i got because of title issues . Now i am due a credit because of over charge on my accounts on down payment. But after leaving 2 messages and 2 text messages and not having any acknowledgement I think I am being ignored. Will update outcome...

Went in needing a car and Melvin made sure i was leaving with one. Very friendly and AMAZING service!! Staff was all great. Very casual but they make sure you are taken care off. I very strongly suggest getting a car from here. Not your typical pushy salesman. 5 out of 5 stars. Got into a car that fits all our needs and is amazing looking. Ask for Melvin at this location and you will not regret your decision!

Kirk and Steven once again have done an amazing job for my wife and I. Second vehicle in 2 and a half years and both times they were very quick with no hassles!! Kirk Steven may still be awesome but their service department is absolute garbage. While they may have fixed my car, they managed to leave grease prints on my seats and all over my expensive seat covers. Just blatant disrespect for my property.

I went in today for my very first time and was in a position where I really needed a quality vehicle for myself and my son . I did buy a cracked from this spot. I do not have much to say good about them . The car sales man lied to me several times and got caught up in them . He also threw a ridiculous monthly rate at me which he lowered after I walked out and left the premises. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Unless you can stand up for what you want . Not just settle for what they give you.

The best customer service. Stephen and Kirk made my first car buying experience awesome and easy to understand. They answered all questions I had and were able to work with my budget. Crystal and Kirk hooked my wife up and got her in a 2020 equinox with ZERO DOWN. Found them online went and looked at the McCart location they brought the equinox from Burleson. Within an hour her and Kirk had us approved and ready to test drive and keys ready for us same day. This is definitely where you want to go for the best car buying experience.

They made me believe I was getting a car and didn't end up getting one. I also put $30.00 in gas in the car they said for sure I was getting and they haven't paid me back. I had to go to different places and drive cars back to them like I worked for them and still didn't get in a car. Courtny was nice but just a good talker. They lie to much.

If there were zero stars! Thats what i would give them. My friend drove us all the way from burkburbett texas to just be lied to. I brought what i was told and he just looked at and said i cant use that after being told they could! He didnt even care thT we drove all that way. He was rude and i will never recommend to any one.

Stephen needs a big raise, he did a fantastic job, ive been to the franchise dealerships and they wanted 7 thousand down and were very unatentive. Stephen went above and bryong and i got into exsctoy what i wanted with 0 down and incredible payments. Would recommend anyone who wants someone who doesnt BS ask for Stephen!

These people are scammers and take advantage of people in desperate/hard times trying to get a vehicle. No car fax report think it's ok to charge people 610$ a month for a 2010 lemon that's been in flood and two previous wrecks ect.. My worst regret coming here. Do not recommend at all! Be warned if you are accepted in there chase acceptance program. The vehicles on that program are not legal to be on the road, wreaked air bags deployed fire damage I can go on. I am glad I didn't pay no money down before seeing said vehicles. Wasted a 30 mile trip plus fuel to go to the mccart location

The only thing I didn't like is that they have appointment schedulers calling and saying that "you are pre approved for zero down" but that may not be true.. I was approved, had a small down payment and now I'm riding. Kylon really looked out and took good care of me!
