So for starters I bought my first car here and Angela was very helpful however I haven’t even had this car for more than four months and I have had nothing but problems including oil leaks which the dealership mechanic was suppose to fix I brought my car back for the FIRST time and not only did they keep it for an ungodly amount of time but when I got it back there were more issues than ther were before… my windshield wiper fluid reservoir wash gushing fluid and it was STILL LEAKING OIL. I took it back a total of three times and things only got worse to the point where mycar was starting so we were sick of dealing with it and decided to go back and try and negotiate something and mannnn. The owner was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. He laughed in our face and was making smart remarks the whole time so when we made the decision to leave it there to get fixed AGAIN and when we asked if I could get a rental he laughed in our face again and said no and that it was my fault for getting a German car so we mentioned that if he’s not willing to negotiate we’ll have to get legal matter’s involved because they basically sold me a lemon car and he totally switched up and said he’s not fixing anything so he tried to kick us out and we asked if we could talk to Aaron and he said no then he proceeded to get aggressive with my father, and I had to record for our own safety because I genuinely thought he was about to hurt somebody then he proceeded to call the police, so yeah due to my experience please just be mindful of where you’re getting your car from and I do not, and would not ever recommend this place to anybody due to the amount of disrespect, we received in a situation that could’ve easily been fixed if they would’ve fix the car the first time Note: the engine and spark plugs are covered in oil and my intake tube is missing ( which used to be there before I took it last time to get fixed)

Would give zero stars if I could words can’t explain how MAD I am…. Well I sure thought I was buy a great car for my daughter who just turned 16 ( I saved money for this day and spent every things I had to be able to get her a a great car on her 16th birthday)but unfortunately not the case this car broke down on her after having it for 3 months and driving it less than 500 miles she couldn’t drive it till we could get everything fixed because the motor was shaking and the check engine light was on and the exhaust was coming back into the trunk of the car ( we did call the dealer ship and they wouldn’t do anything to help) and now after all that the AC went out so yes theses cars have low mileage and look great on the outside but just know it seems to me they rigged it to make it seem like everything was working great on this car but it clearly wasn’t because with a used car with under 77,000 miles it shouldn’t have these kinda issues especially when the dealership said we only sell clean great condition vehicle here. So I would be very careful if buying a car from here unless you just have money to put into a fixer upper in less than 3 months of having it.

Clara and Aaron are really great to work with! Sadly, that is where the positives end. They knowingly sold me a car that required repair, even though their "mechanic" checked everything out ahead of time and the car was ready for sale. Do NOT trust this dealer! -- BUYER BEWARE -- Definitely do NOT trust their mechanic! 1. Any decent mechanic should be able to tell that the engine coolant is low and that the upper radiator host had a major leak. Low coolant light was on the day I drove it off the lot, and Check Engine light came on 2 days later. A reputable shop I used confirmed that someone certainly tried to work on the car, but clearly missed a LOT of things. If you decide to shop here, GET THE CAR CHECKED BY A GOOD MECHANIC before you buy. 2. Be aware that when you agree on a sales price, they still add a dealer prep fee, which is basically part of their cost. Just read the deal sheet, it's all there. So add that to the sales price, and that's what you are actually paying. 3. Do not trust any dealer who lies to you. I learned my lesson with Cherati Motors, and I will definitely not be back. I also know where NOT to refer friends and neighbors.

Trustworthy and kind. Personable and owner has integrity. No lying, no pressure, no drama. You’re not pounced on by salesmen when you show up. Comfortable and non awkward. Worth the 1.5 hour drive out to ft worth. Saw a mustang I wanted to test drive for my son- they let me test drive by myself (twice) and allowed me and my mechanic to review the car in the lot without lurking. Had all the time I needed to review the car, run checks, test drive- and the car was in fantastic condition, as the carfax stated. No bait and switch. Aaron shot it to me straight, gave me much candid information AND treated me very respectfully (which as a woman, doesn’t happen often at dealerships). The couple of small issues I had with the car, he paid to have fixed before I left the lot. He worked with the lender to get my interest rate down and the payment where i needed it to be and was fully transparent during the process. (Please note- he’s not a magician- this may only be possible when you have longstanding good credit) Highly recommend and we will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Man oh man if you are Looking to buy a vehicle here is the spot. These guys are awesome friendly and thorough. Between Steve and Aaron I was able to get into a 2012 Chevy Silverado beautiful they took care of me they spoke up they were upfront about everything and did it quickly. We found Cherati Motors via Car guru website. They contacted us right away and helped us set up an appointment. We went in and the process was easy. Steven let us check out the vehicles we were interested in with no hassle at all. Helped us fill out financing paperwork and was upfront about everything. They worked with the lender to help us get as good of a deal as possible. And even loaned us another vehicle off the lot while they completed repairs to the vehicle we bought. So far I am very happy with our experience with them. Only note of criticism I would make is to clean the cars inside a little more. Makes a better impression on those looking to buy.

Bought a 2013 Mazda from these gents, great car, great miles. Angela was SUPER helpful. She met us out on the lot as we pulled up, gave us the keys and on our test drive we went.
