Completely disappointed with this store. I specifically askes them can I pay extra to expedite my order. I was told NO by the store manager, Antonio and Christine. I spoke with customer service via chat because they have my email address wrong so I couldn't track my order. Plus the freaking shipping address was wrong after I wrote that down for them‍♀️ So I was told by customer service I could only do it at the store now if I don't get my shoes by my birthday I'm gonna be pissed!! Over the years they have gotten worst and worst!

I would be very surprised if this store makes any sales/profit at all with the level of salesmanship displayed here. The sales woman was so rude and unwilling to accommodate request from customers. Why don't they just replace her with a salesperson that actually WANTS to do the job. The entire time she acted as though she was being bothered with any question asked. Very poor performance and only gave 2 stars because I have shopped Aldo around the world but this one, you need to stay away from.

I shop here a lot. Once I returned my shoes at this store and didn't get refund in my card. When I checked my card I saw I've been charged again instead of getting refund. I spent 2 days and about 4 hours total to call the store and the headquarter and my bank to square it out. The store manager (forgot her name but she is a black lady) was very kind and helpful and I don't think I could get my money back if she was not there. 2 stars only goes to her.

I have been at the mall since 10am WHEN THE MALL IS SUPPOSED TO OPEN. Waited outside this store for over 30 minutes and it still has not opened. Saw someone go in and come out but locked the door so no one can shop. So annoying when i came here before work to get some shoes for a dinner i have tonight. Big Inconvenience. If you’re going to charge people $100+ on your items at least be open and worth the price when you are supposed to !

Service from cashiers was so shocking , never have I ever seen anything like it. Yelling at you while trying to explain something, hand gestures all over the place, arguing back, told me to go and have a good day, doing TikTok dances while talking to her.

Muy mal servicio por parte del personal , creo que nunca volveré a esta tienda , jamás había recibido tan mal trato en algún lugar, ellos no quisieron ni buscar mi número de zapatos, fueron muy racistas!!

I'll be honest I didn't shop there but, I did walk past and saw this cute little Philly with a smile that would make me spend my whole check. Keep doing you girl, your gonna go far

Wonderful experience, got an entire suit at Belk's for an amazing deal! Belrose was very kind and helpful. She help me find what I wanted.

No wide widths of shoes in the products that they sell. Over priced inventories.

Did not see any shoes I really liked. Prices to high for cheap quality.
