I went into the Madison TN store and picked a living room suite off the floor that they had just put on the floor. The associate was great on that day. But when it came time for the furniture to be delivered that was another thing, my friend waited for my furniture to be delivered cause I had to work, the driver called saying they 20 minutes away. As soon as they pull the couch off the truck it was broke, the driver informed me he called the store and let the manager know and I told him ok, he asked did I want to them to leave the loveseat and I informed him that I did and to have the couch reordered for me. I called the the next week to see when it will be in and they said the truck comes on Thursday, so I called Thursday to see if it had came and what would be a good delivery time either Friday or Saturday. They informed me the truck was delayed and they would call me on Monday. Of course Monday came around and no call so I called them and the associated informed me that the truck still hadn't came in and that's why they didn't call me. I said okay and hung up. So I called yesterday and the associate went to ask the manager about the couch not knowing she didn't put me on hold and I heard the manager say" thats the couch on the dock that was broke upon delivery and also said let me order this couch." She never put the order in upon them informing her I wanted that particular living room set. I got disconnected and I called back told the asaociate I heard their whole conversation and they can come pick up the loveseat and I never had this experience before. She said that they can come pick it up on Wednesday and I said that was fine. I have already reported it to the email. Never had the experience before and I this is the only store that I have had this experience from.

Bring Gallatin Aaron's back. Worst customer service I have ever received and I will continue to let people know not to take their business to this location. Also, BIG MISTAKE buying washers & dryers from this company, on my 2nd set and it STILL isn't working and have been waiting on the "re-ordered" one that was apparently never ordered in the first place for months.. Always have respect for my Gallatin crew there though Nani and the store manager and the delivery guys were the best but forget every single last one of the no good Madison employees, they will never follow up phone calls, don't know anything of what is going on with your order or situation and then had saved a card that WASN'T MINE and I had no clue about it even being on my account and without my authorization and MOST IMPORTANTLY without the authorization of the person's card I had used previously months ago, they took a payment out. Disgraceful business practice and after being a loyal 4 year customer spending money from bedroom set, sectional, TV, Xbox and washer & dryer..they will never ever see a penny from me again. Don't bother on responding this comment - I am already expecting a phone call from your Regional or District manager!

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! They dont do what they tell people they gonna do. I had ordered a bedroom suit to help with my disability from this location a week ago. I had done paperwork and everything. First the price that was quited on thier flyer they tried not to honor and they tried to persuade me to take something more expensive. They tell me this the day before it was supposed to be delivered. Then on the day it was supposed to be delivered they call me while Im at work to tell me that they only have a USED Mattress instead of what I ordered a week ago. Then 5 minutes after they were supposed to deliver tell me that they didnt load anything on the truck and it would take them another 2 hours to get to me and that they were gonna give me the display on the showroom floor that everybody has sat on. Admitting they never ordered my suit to begin with. I guess my money was no good to them. And I guess that they didnt care that I explained to them that this was for medical reasons to accommodate my disability. This is How they Treat New Customers. Never Shop At This Place!!!!!!

This has been one of the worst experiences that I have had! I ordered my furniture last week. Living room set, washer and dryer. All from the Madison TN store. We explained to them it has to get here as soon as possible, they said they couldn’t have it for a week. We said that was fine, it was scheduled to be here on Tuesday. Here it is Thursday and we still have nothing. We have to call them, they DO NOT call us to tell us they aren’t delivering. I have take the last three days off of work so that this furniture can be delivered. Everyday I call the promise it will be here the following day! So their new solution is I come pick it up. The ENTIRE reason I ordered from Aaron’s is they deliver!!! The ONLY ONLY reason I ordered from them was so that it could be delivered. The managers excuses range from, it’s someone else’s fault to they are short staffed. I called the corporate office today, they tell me it will 3 days before the regional manager can even give me a call back! Seriously do not waste your time or money with this place!!

I was scheduled to get a washer and dryer delivered on Friday; October 11, 2019 between 4pm- 8pm. When I called to verify the delivery date, I was told that I would receive a call back once they checked the manifest ( this NEVER happened, however). I called back and was told they had to deliver to Portland, TN AND would be headed to my residence afterwards that delivery was complete ( this was at 6:38pm approximately). When 8:55pm came without the delivery taking place, I called to speak with Jay the manager, he stated that since my washer and dryer were already on the delivery truck that it would still be delivered tonight! Let me finish by saying that it is now 10:00pm and I DO NOT HAVE a washer and dryer!!!! Corporate will be called tomorrow at 9am.

I will say that Tina is absolutely an amazing Sales lady. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. The only issues we did have is delivery. I do think that this store should hire more people to deliver furniture. I also realize how hard it is to find good people that want to work. My furniture was to be delivered on Friday, well Friday rolls around and they told me it wasn't going to be delivered. We made such a fuss about getting it delivered because we had 5 kids sitting on the floor. They did bring a driver out and he was amazing. However, my husband and teenage son had to help him bring everything in. Again, I get it. People don't want to work. Was a good experience overall though. Just please hire more help.

I wish I could put 0 stars !!! I ordered a bedroom set almost two months ago the store had my bed on December 8th … Here it is January 9th and they cancelled my order after never trying to contact me about anything but let them tell it they called and I didn’t answer although my phone never rung!!! The most unprofessional unorganized ghetto establishment I have ever been to !!! They’re rude every time I call they want to talk over you needless to say I called around Dec 20th to see what was the hold up and was told the earliest delivery date was Jan 5th but instead of trying to drop my bed off they just cancelled my order all together …

The lies they tell you throughout the entire process is RIDICULOUS & bad for business. One lie turns into another & they tell them as if you can’t or won’t remember the first lie that began a trail of them. Practices are off, timing of delivery has been terrible, training is especially poor. They even throw their lies on corporate. One minute they have your stuff until you’re ready for it then it’s so called coming from another store. One day the store clearance prices is one amount if you ask one person then on another day the prices are different if you ask another. The female manager (I assume) is behind it all.

I have bought many items from this store but the one thing I had to buy twice was a love seat recliner my first one it broke and I didn’t ask for any assistance by the company of getting it fix and I went and I purchase another love seat recliner and I paid it off and after that the recliner part didn’t work on either side and I went back to the store for assistance since it was under warranty and even though iam retired on a fixed income I made sure that I paid my bill at Aaron’s because this was a item that I needed but I was given the run around for being a good patience customer to this company

You'll call about a payment that's already been made and harass me and tell me I'm wrong, and never admit you're right just angrily hang up the phone when you realize you were wrong and I did your job for you. But you can't call to say hey this won't be delivered today, instead continue to say it will be delivered today and never call when it isn't delivered two hours after saying it's the next stop. Companies really need to get back to not hiring every non grad who can't actually perform their job correctly. You're customer service not a debt collector lmao.

Bought a washer and dryer. They installed it. Samsung came and looked at the dryer when it went out , because Aaron’s didn’t have time to I guess , they made appointment with me to come check it but they never showed up or called so I suppose they had more important things going on. Turns out my house almost got burned down because the installation guy lost a screw and just used a random one . I called to let the store know. They said they’d call me back. No call back. Absolutely do not get anything from them if you want to feel safe about the purchase

Horribe. Terrible customer service. I wasn't even supposed to be expecting a call. I received a missed call so I decided to call back. The lady answers the phone and I ask 1 simple question. I received a missed call I was wondering why I was called. She skipped over my question and when I responded with my original question she decided to hang up after getting after getting upset for no reason. And yes ma'am I do have a account and will be contacting corporate. Thanks have a nice day.

Set up an ez pay Monday and they came to my house two days later! Never do business with this company. Nothing but harassment and a headache! They will try to bully you into paying something when you're not capable of doing so, this is the purpose of setting up an ez pay. They do not communicate within the office and claim they didn't see the payment set up all to pop up at your house unannounced with no communication what so ever!

We had bought a washer and dryer from here. The washer and dryer are great but the dumb people who installed it did it wrong and because we didnt want our living room to flood we got it fixed. Aarons wanted us to wait for a claim to come back before they can fix it. That would have taken weeks. But because we had our landlord fix it Aaron's cant do anything. Now everytime I walk to the bathroom I step in soaking wet carpet.

Ordered washer and dryer online said 2-3 days for delivery a week later finally showed up delivery guy said they didn't have 4prong Adapters so I was going to get it myself come to find out it has no cord at all same guy shows back up and tell my wife he told me it didn't have a cord when she heard him when he was there before lied and gave my wife attitude

We have had numerous problems with this location. When you ask for Pete the store manager, he is always at lunch and told he will call you back and never does. When you finally do get in touch with him he blames it on the staff and says they did not give him the message. He is rude and arrogant. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Never delivered my whole bedroom suit and then sold me the same suit without a bed then didn't try to help me buy one... when I called to ask where the rest of my room at? I got an i don't know... huh... not worth my $3000 I will not be going back.

Costumer service is horrible. The people that works here are very rude. This is at the Madison store. I've brought a lot of items from this store but after this is paid off I won't be buying anything else from this location
