tldr: Unprofessional. We gave our tv to this business in June of 2022. After 2 months it broke once again, and because it was within the 3 months warranty they took it back for another repair. Calls became monthly as we inquired the estimated time of completion for this job. The owner became hostile: hanging up, yelling at our family members and berating us that the part required was still in process. When after 6 months of exasperating and disrespectful calls proved no solution, we requested that the tv and service fee be returned to us. It was only then that miraculously the tv was available for pickup. When we received the tv back. It was still in bad shape. The tv back wasn't closed properly, there is still grey burnout as well as new white spots along the edges. I called the owner personally to which I was told "I am an engineer, do not tell me how to fix." My verbatim response, "We are not criticizing your work, we simply are asking that you meet us halfway and return half of the service fee, if not, we will pay you for the part you had to buy." I was met with a slew of depraving slurs and he insisted that the tv was already unfixable from the get-go and that we actually owed him more money for the time he spent on it. (If it was a lost cause why would he insist on working on it). If there is anything to be said, the costumer service and way of handling my family is truly unforgivable. Language barrier aside, nobody deserves to be verbally harassed. edit: Would also like to add that we were willing to give him the tv for parts in exchange for the service fee returned and not only did he refuse, he continued to say we were insulting his hard work.

Don't know how this place gets such good reviews. Took my CD player in to have it fixed. The place is chock-a-block full of stuff, either for sale or repair. I should have walked out at that point, but going by the reviews, I let the owner take my player. As I tried to explain what had happened so that it stopped working, he talked over me, insisting that it was something else. He poked at one of the spring/screws that would hold the CD in place while it played, causing it to also come loose. He gave me his card, saying he would call in a few days. I didn't hear from him, so decided to call. He told me he was trying to get parts. I insisted on coming the next day and picking it up, repaired or not. He asked for some payment for his time to take it apart and put it back together. When I got it back home with my player, I opened the player and found that all the parts to hold the CD in place were gone. Will never go back.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL I called this business on Thursday and spoke to owner, KONSTANTIN. We spoke about the floor fan that I needed to be repaired and he told me to bring it in. The next day Friday I was there in the early afternoon and dropped off the fan. I left to do my other errands and with in an hour KONSTANTIN called me back and told me that I could pick up the fan and that it was repaired. On Saturday bright and early I was back at ABSOLUTE ELECTRONICS and my fan was back to new. The fee was reasonable and I was very happy. So far I'm responsible for 2 of my drivers in requesting his business card. Call KONSTANTIN if you have any old small electronic items that need repair and you do not want to give up. You will be happy that you did!! Thank you KONSTANTIN!!!

Unbelievable! I left my electronics with them and heard nothing from them with a repair or fix. I had to reach out to the store and inquire about my electronics when I was told that they could not do the repair. They explained to me that it is best to come and pick it up yourself we have your items here. I go the following week to pick up my stuff and they couldn't find it anywhere. I left the store awaiting their phone call for when they found it and not even a call back to explain they haven't found my stuff yet. I was referred by someone to reach out to this store and I really wish I'd never brought my expensive electronics here to begin with. They left it off with me saying "I have your phone number. I will call you when we find it...." thanks

Konstantin Kolmogorov, is the miracle man! My dog chewed off the Christmas light wire right at the plug. Every electronic store I went to said no way this cannot be fixed. A friend of mine said, " if noone can fix it, then Konstantin will". And he sure did in under 10 mins and his price was so reasonable.. My wife told me if you don't fix, no dinner for you. So thank you Konstantin I can have a nice meal. You are the best.I would recommend him for any electronic job as he thinks way outside the box and has a very positive attitude. Salute!

My mechanic gave me his number when my car (Mazda 3) TCM (transmission Control module) broke down. He said he fixed it but it did not work when I picked it up and replaced on my mazda and he won't refund my money and said he spent 3 hours. What kind of business logic is that ?.. He can spend 3 minutes and I will be happy if it is fixed ! Finally I gave up talking to the unscrupulous owner and bought a used tcm from eBay to get my car running again. Beware, this person has no moral ethics nor conscience !

absolutely (pun intended) the worst service i have ever experienced brought in my 90 inch tv he told me i needed the main board charged me $250.00 for a new one. waited a month. i finally had enough went in to see the progress he told me the board he ordered didn't work. i couldn't believe it. i demanded my TV back witch was in pieces. brought it to the nearest waist disposal and chucked it. I'm out $250.00 live and learn

Needed an oven light switch repaired. Its a unique switch and the part is no longer made. After a year of searching ebay and the internet for a replacement i brought it to Absolute hoping for a miracle repair (badly damaged switch). Fixed the same day for a very reasonable price. Extremely honest and polite service. Also a perfect repair for a reasonable price. Very happy i found this place.

One of those classic electronic shops, where there are electronics (TVs etc) lining the walls and aisles....could barely get through the front door. But the guy who runs it (Konstantin) is super nice, and did a really quick repair on my inoperable pedestal fan, at a very reasonable price. It's practically running brand new again...maybe even better.

Super happy with the service I got here. Job was a repair to the power supply on a powered studio monitor (speaker). This is a proper electronics repair shop and it's getting harder to find places like this these days. Fair price, good communication, and good repair work. Glad I found this place!

Constantine fixed my Rel Britannia B1 subwoofer quickly, effectively and for a reasonable price. My only concern is I would have appreciated better communication about the process from him. I am thankful and satisfied and I would happily use his services again. Job well done!

Couple years back Konstantin repaired my trusty CD/Casette/Stereo unit so when my tv remote conked out I slogged through remnants of snow storm to 2904 Dufferin st, and he was able to fix the problem and alls well with tv viewing. Tv need fixin bring it on down here.

Constantine the owner is a great guy and can fix almost everything. If you have something you would like to hang onto then give him a try. His price is fair. If you don't like it then throw it in the garbage and buy another "Made in China" product …

Fixed the USB port on my DVR same day for great price. Can't say enough good things about this place and will definitely be back with any repairs and saw lots of repaired electronics there for sale that would come in handy. Thank you Konstantin!

Good prices and he repaired my headphones with a broken headphone jack which is a service that is somehow very difficult to get from electronic repair stores in Toronto.

Hours state they open from 11:00AM - 6:00PM on Saturday. Arrived at 12:00 PM and they were closed. Waste of gas and my time. Not sure where these positive reviews from.
