I had a horrible experience at this Ace Hardware, a sales associate asked if they could help me and I declined I just wanted to get in and out. I go to the aisle that has what I want in there for, the same sales associate stood at the opposite end of the aisle. No biggie so I'm continuing my shopping that same sales associate went to the same aisle I was in. He did this for almost four aisles. I asked to speak to the manager while being laughed at by the sales associate in front of the manager, Russell the store manager said with a very condescending attitude don't follow customers. I get home and I call corporate to voice my discrepancies with how I was treated by Russell and his CSR. According to the associate I was speaking with over-the-phone Russell said that his CSR was helping other customers in the same aisle that I was in. That was and is a blatant lie. He lied to corporate when they called him. He blatantly and openly lied. I am dismayed over this still and it's been almost 2 hours their store manager literally lied because they have predatory profiling of customers. I really and truthfully regret giving this place a one-star review I wish I could give it less. In the last 16 months that store has just want to s***.

Since buying our home, this local hardware store has become our go to. First of all, this is one place that understands customer service. Our home has to be completely remodeled, everything and they are so helpful. For a woman who loves to do the work herself and is learning as I go, they are the best. From plumbing to insulation, to paint they have been beyond helpful. I always thought Ace was higher priced compared to Lowes or Menards but they are not. They have great prices and service, come on, that is a lost art but not at Twin Aire Ace Hardware. Thank you for all your help!

Big Guy with beard at the back desk was very rude & treated me like I was going to steal a $4 set of unused allan keys I was trying to return. Racial profiling??? When I said something about it to him about his behavior he became very disrespectful about it. People like him should be terminated by the owner and/or employers immediately! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the middle age woman at the cash register was extremely nice, respectful, and courteous. The guy in the back needs to learn how to treat customers by taking lessons from the nice lady at the register.

If you need something basic this is your go to store. The staff is super friendly and I feel like I'm family when I go in. I usually ask the cashier where something is located when I enter and they know exactly what aisle and side of the aisle it's on. If every retail stores customer service level was like theirs this would be a better world. I also like that I don't have to buy an entire package of screw or nuts when I might just need one. If you're in the area and need a basic hardware item check out Ace Hardware before going to the big box stores.

This place is so helpful every time you walk in but if somebody to greet you and asking you can they help you are very polite honest great prices if you're looking for something something's broke or tore up that's a place to go they had what you need when it comes up plumbing electrical Roofing wiring tools they have it all is awesome place to shop convenient clothes quick nice place to shop nice atmosphere the paper works there are so polite and helpful that's what makes it so easy in and out nice place to shop

Ace supports the Community. A local Grade School that acquired extensive donations for an annual Parade are much appreciated. I do regret that the School "dropped the ball" on sending them their due tax statement for the last donation they acquired through them after their years of ongoing and helpful support. Several curteous employees have helped me find numerous items locations within the store & advised me of other items that they may have to combat whatever hardware, tool, cleaning or gadening needs I have.

I'm unsure abt other Ace locations but this one has always went above and beyond to give outstanding service. If there is any businesses out there struggling just go watch how Ace runs and get schooled real quick. I've never wrote a review speaking this highly but they have earned it from me. Its comparable to going in a 5 star restaurant. I do believe their customer service is the reason they are still open when theres so many bigger hardware stores out there such as Lowes, Menards etc. 5 Stars all day from me

Store looks good employees have to back off every time the I come to this store employees follow me around watching me like I Going to steal I not steal I work for my money that makes customers inconvenient to spend are money with stores like this one general manager and employees have to learn how to talk to a customers not be so rude I not was been there for like 3 years because customers service I prefer to go somewhere to spend my money where people value you money

So, the Ace Hardware in Twin Aire, let me tell you, I went there to buy some stuff called egg killer, for tough bed bug's, it comes in a black jug, the folk's over there were so helpful, I called ahead of my arrival asking about what I may need the get the job Done, they did not just allow to waste my , but ensured me that if I buy this, the issue would be rectified. & no lie they know what they were speaking; Damn good folk's. I always like coming to this store. They're always so helpful. I used to work as a property manager and had to go here like everyday and even now that I'm not working at a property management place when I do have to go there I still like to go there they are more than willing to help you with anything you need as soon as you walk in they're on you is there anything we can help you with lol for the most part the people there are nice

I really like these smaller hardware stores. This store offers excellent service. They really help you find what you need. I have never walked out of this store without getting what I came for. I can't say the same for the big box hardware stores like Lowe's. The quality of their products is excellent. They have always had a good reputation and continue that reputation to the present. Small but mighty!

Kind of a small cluttered store. I guess they beleive everyone who comes in is a thief because they follow you around. I like to browse around and look at things I'm not even there to buy but hard to do with the guy over my shoulder the whole time. Just uneasy. I'll drive a little further to Menards. Better selection same prices if not cheaper and nobody following u around.

Could be better in terms of purchasing paint the machine used to scan colors and match them is broken and the machine used to mix them doesn't come out as the right color other than that seems good took two broken windows to them to have fixed and they have done a good job and they keep things in stock well and usually have what I need

Hours of operation on New Year's Eve were posted online until 6pm as well as on their entrance. As I was walking up to the door with my boyfriend, the employees turned the open sign over facing closed. There was also 3 other customers walking toward the store that were disappointed. It was only 4:45 when they decided to close early.

These guys rock! We are constantly in here for the place I work. They are all so hard working and helpful! Larry can about get you anything if you are willing to wait. For such a little store they almost always have what we need in a pinch. If you buy quantities of things ask for a discount. Sometimes you luck out!

Went here to get items to finish the privacy fence we're building. They pointed us towards the items we asked to find, but continued to follow us around and not allow us to browse. We we're going to get more items, but did not like feeling like they thought we were thieves. We'll take our purchases elsewhere.

I told person in tool area I needed to try a wrench. To see if would work for a particular job. He did not mention there is a no return policy. Stuck with $20 of wrenches I do not need. I will ever step foot in this store ever again. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

The staff here is very rude and un- helpfull, and the prices are ridiculously high. If there was another place on the near-east that sold what they do i would go there.... instead of driving to Central Ace at 10th and Arlington, or all the way to lowes and Home depot

I stopped in really quick to just get replacement part for my sink. The level of service from everyone in the store was incredible. I had no intention of writing a review when I stopped in but they all treated me so well that it was the least I could do.

I will never go here again. I bought tools and told the sales rep I was not sure if the wrenches would work. After I found out they did not. When I went to return them they said no returns on tools. The had one inconspicuous sign that they pointed to.

Extremely rude and inconsiderate, said they were going to start charging for returns cuz of time it takes to restock. Well I got news I'll be going to Lowe's where they do not complain about their job and actually care about the customer.

Went looking for Loctite, called & they said the had it for $3.99. I was excited cause the cheapest I found is $5.42 at Walmart. They didn't have it...They had permatex. 2ml! Not even 6. Smh
