I rented a storage unit here for almost four years. I loved absolutely everything about it. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I had never had an issue with my unit. There has regularly been a dog on site and definitely made the experience even more enjoyable. It was with a heavy heart to move out of the unit, because I no longer required it. I recommend this place to all my friends whom still reside and/or work in the downtown area. Will 100% return if I require a storage facility again.

I will NEVER go to this storage business. And I recommend that you don’t either. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. An older woman with dark hair that works there was the rudest, unprofessional, and unhelpful human I have ever came across. You couldn’t pay me to go there again. An absolute brut. I was getting yelled at before I even entered the building LOL. I will be telling all friends and family about the experience I had. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

This place has good price and good friendly staff. However this place has rats, they could get into your unit if you have the regular unite with steal nets on the top, they can still manage to get in. I don’t know why probably the facility is old. Other than that they are homeless-like person store garbage-like stuff in the unit, probably that’s where rats come from.I don’t personally recommend to come to this place, if you do, rent a good sealed unite should do perfect work for you.

I had mostly good experiences with the storage facility and the staff that run the facility. The only bad thing is that after 2 years roughly of storage I had to throw out all my furniture as it was infested with bed bugs. My lazy boy my couch my bean bags my storage chair, all were crawling with bed bugs. I was covered with bites after the first night of moving my stored furniture to my new place. Aside from the fact that I lost all my furniture, the customer service was very good.

An amazing group of people! They are always pleasant to talk to, accomodating, helpful, and kind. The building and unit were very clean and well maintained. They have lots of carts for moving your stuff around, and a giant freight elevator. The rates are excellent. When we had weather preventing our move, they had no problem allowing us a few extra days. Highly recommended! Thanks Affordable Storage! You have hearts of gold. My vote for Edmonton business of the year.

Literally the best storage centre in the city! The ladies up front are so prompt, caring, personable and knowledgable. The maintenance team will always lend a hand to assist with the freight elevator or large items, if they are in the area. They even offered to set up shelving, so I didn't have to purchase and set up any of my own! It is priced competitively, always clean and bright. If you are looking for storage downtown, this is the spot to be. Thanks guys!

Other then on a staff members very rare bad days, each one is pleasant to speak with. Each one has a unique character and sense of humor and most have, at one point or another, gone that extra mile for us. Great customer service all in all. Have had a locker at this location for approximately 3 years. Multiple size indoor storage lockers for great prices. Washrooms on main floor, not far from staff office area at the front, which are clean/well maintained.

A once shining gem is now just a bucket of rocks. Customer service was once excellent. Employee's are rude, customer specific details are no longer handled by phone but sent into the email abyss. Then late fees of %50 of the monthly rent are added if late. Only corporate office contact by me helped. A big (time investment) most people cannot afford. Hence not Affordable at all.

We are so very happy with our storage unit we are renting from Affordable Storage! We were recommended by someone who’s used the storage facility for years. The units are clean and large with easy accessibility. Easy to get to, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff have been more than accommodating. It’s peace of mind knowing our items are stored safely and securely!

Very impressed, would use them again, and I do recommend this location to others. Central downtown, #112 bus runs close as well as G.M.C.C.'s LRT. Always clean and friendly, helpful staff. Various sizes and great affordable rates. Mailbox rentals. Very professional all around. Even during the pandemic they adapted great to continue to serve me well.

I have had a unit here for seven of the last eight years. The biggest consideration for me when choosing a storage unit was the security and I've never had an issue here. There's a staff member onsite checking everyone in and out and cameras throughout. My gear stays way warmer and dryer here than in my garage, which is great for skis and bikes.

It wasn't my rental space. But I helped someone close out their account today. Ms. Kara, is SUPER friendly and helpful. The other gentleman(I forgot his name) was very attentive too, and the place is quite clean, with a lot of options for rentals. Excellent downtown location, with easy Bays to load in and out of. Nothing but great things to say about affordable storage. First off the staff are beyond amazing and friendly. Secondly, the building is safe and your items are going to be kept in great shape. The prices for various units are reasonable too. I'd place items there again if needed in a heartbeat!!

It was saf4 , clean but after the 1st month not so affordable!! Great if only needing it for a week or so! But honestly anything over 28 days will cost you almost enough to rent a second home!! But like I said it was clean , safe and the staff were really 1st class all the way!!
