Bought a truck here about 3 years ago. Driving off the lot it turned off. Lol what a joke! Obviously I wanted my money back, but the car salesman said I couldn’t get a refund so I got stuck with it. I’ve had several issues with the truck through out the years. Every time I called for help to fix anything on the truck, the first question was who sold it to you? And of course they couldn’t fix anything on it because they sell their vehicles as is. No problem, I’m finally done paying it. No one ever called me to pick up my title so I called, lady that answered said it was ready, well thanks for not letting me know sooner. I go pick up my title and of course my name is misspelled. It’s been over a week that I call to see if they’ve fixed the name error, because the front desk lady said the title lady says I have to fix it, why would I pay to fix it, when it was their mistake? No one has called me to follow up and I can’t get through to someone in management or that does the titles. So I still don’t have my truck title and no one is responsible enough to call me back. This is by far the worst dealer I’ve dealt with. I’m so glad we didn’t purchase our second vehicle here. Will update this review if someone ever calls me back. But probably not!

Terrible. Bought a Ford expedition there and about a week later the PCU computer broke. Had to take it to actual Ford dealership. Ford stated the wiring harness was so cut and spliced that it had to be replaced as well. Spoke to David numerous times about the $1,408.03 bill for repairs and I kept getting run around. It's been a couple months and still nothing. Ford actually stated on invoice, should have been replaced prior to operating/selling due to safety concerns of pcu shutting down. Unbelievable do not buy here. I have all documents if anyone needs to see them.....UPDATE I HAVE TO FILE WITH SMAL CLAIMS COURT....WILL UPDATE...DO NOT BUY

ATTENTION ❗❗❗❗please do not purchase any cars from here this people are scammers . Got a car from here, 4 days later the motor broke down. They didnt want to help me at all kept all my 1500 downpayment. The sales guy juan is a big liar and a scammer . Believe me people there are better places that are willing to really help. I'm going to spread the the word thru word of mouth, social media, and I'm even going to make business cards and pass them out saying not to purchase from here I would try so hard to get people not to come from here . It's not over

Mal servicio y mal trato de el personal, Primera vez te tratan muy bien después que ya haces la compra se portan muy groseros, compre un Dodge Charger 14 y al poco tiempo con el dio fallas en el motor no querían ayudar y al final hicieron una reparación la cual tuve que pagar y después el carro vuelve a fallar de lo mismo y ahora se portan de lo más groseros. No recomendable

This place does not check your credit or anything. They ask for extremely high deposits along with high monthly payments for their vehicles as a result of this I'm assuming. My high credit score didn't make a difference in the deposit or the notes, so we left. The prices are higher than Kelly Book so be careful and do research if this is your only option.

Highly recommend this dealership. They have very good clean new model vehicles at a great price! David Escobar helped me. He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and considerate. He made the car buying process go very quickly and smoothly. The receptionist was very kind and attentive as well. I hope to be a long time customer!!

Sold me a Limon truck. Broke down the same day I drove it home. They told me they will fix it.. within two weeks I have had it 3 or 4 days and the truck was being worked on the rest of the time... Finally told them to refund my down payment, they said no.. and it was my lose.. worse dealership experience.. Not recommendable

I will leave no stars but this alejandro guy will sell A lot of high mileage expensive cars most whit no warranty and motor goes out like in a week Used to be an old customer used to be a good car sales guy but over the years his business will get worse never buying a car again from this guy

I went there to look at 2 cars so that i can weigh my options. He got an attitude quick and asked me if i had a downpayment i said yes but i would look to look at the car and test drive it first. He yelled No at me and told me i needed at least 4000 to test drive a 2008Hummer H3!

The truck I brought from them 6500 down and 650 a month has broken down on me 4 times! They told me it’s nothing they can do so I’m stuck with a bad truck! This last time the truck accelerates on its own or it don’t accelerate at all.
