The sales rep, maybe Indian, seemed a little presumptuous assuming we knew all there is to know about the brand. The fact is this was our first visit to the store, my boyfriend had never heard about the brand prior to driving over & I knew very very little about the brand. We weren’t greeted when we walked in & through out the entire time I had to ask all the probing questions to get some sort of info, like the amount of styles, sizes, differences, I even had to ask about the brand story after saying I don’t know anything about the brand, tell me who is all birds? While she did help with collecting and gathering shoes to try, nothing she did on her own was on her accord. I had to initiate everything about the interaction/consultation/service. She wasn’t at all engaged or energetic to say the least. I was really excited to visit the store and had to convince my bf to take time away from his work day to come with me. I showed a great deal of excitement when we entered the store stating this was our first time & that level of excitement was not reciprocated whatsoever, not even a little bit. Both ladies I worked with didn’t smile once, & we were there for nearly 40 minutes! The entire experience was extremely off putting. The shoes however seem very comfortable so I guess that’s the main thing. I also didn’t like the big tinted mirrors. It doesn’t get you a true feel of how the shoes look with an outfit, there is only 1 clear mirror & it’s so small & low to the ground all you can see are your knees and below. While I would potentially recommend the shoe to a friend, I would not recommend the store as an experience. To be honest, I’m pretty disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm & service of the sales associates representing the all bird brand. I would’ve just appreciated a little more charisma from the employees of a brand that is so up & coming. Updated review: I went in again to get another color of the wool although the first pair gave me a small blister, I figured I just needed to wear it longer. I worked with a gentleman with dreads who was very nice. He welcomed me as soon as I walked in, very attentive & gave a great description of the break in period I would be experiencing. He also told me the options of my ordering since the original one I grabbed was out of stock of the size. Although the interaction was less than 10 minutes because I knew what I wanted, he changed my perspective of the all birds store tremendously. I am updating my 2 star review to a 4 star review solely based on this experience. It doesn’t take much effort to provide great customer service, but it definitely counts in the long run.
May 2017 First of all their customer service is the best. I had help from Stephanie and she was on top of it every step of the way. Great response time and very helpful. I just received my shoes in the slippers style. I'm normally a 7 1/2 and was advised by their sizing chart online to order a size 7. Shoes are pretty tight right out the box. Hoping they will stretch out because I don't want to go through the trouble or wait of returning them for a different size. Although they are tight at the moment, the slippers do feel extremely comfortable. Feels like you're walking with cushions or pillows as shoes. If you're looking for comfortable shoes, great news. You found them. I hope to order the sneakers next. Update: June 14, 2017 Just FYI if you walk on carpet with these. You will create static and shock others and yourself. I also wore these on a very hot day and it was hell. My feet were HOT. Shoes felt comfortable but I was burning up from my feet. Very sweaty as well. I threw them in the washer and problem solved. They are also no longer as fluffy as they were in the beginning. Still very comfortable but they no longer feel like I am walking on a cloud. I still like the shoes very much. And am still considering investing in another pair in the future. Update: August 18, 2017 Definitely do not feel like the same comfortable shoes. Expected them to last a bit longer than 3 months. The insoles feel flat and normal. Considering buying new insoles, Website says they're $25.00 with tax and shipping probably closer to $30.00 . There is also a small hole now on the side as well, I will stitch the hole up because its an easy fix. Will be stitching it up. I would hold off on ordering another pair for now. They are still more comfortable than any of my other shoes.
I purchased my first pair of all birds about 2-3 months back. I liked the way they looked and were supposed to be comfortable. They are comfortable I have to admit, but they are made horribly and the shoes only lasted me until now which is only a couple months after the purchase. For $100 I would expect to get a lot more out of a pair of shoes. These guys are a bunch of nobody's still and no one knows there product so you would think they would try to make this situation right and not have any bad reviews out there. They didn't. I contacted them yesterday to tell them how the bottom of the shoes are virtually completely gone already after buying 4 pairs from them already between me and my girlfriend and only wearing the pair that's bad a couple months. There website when purchasing said they will return the shoes no matter what "even after wearing them in the wild" was the slogan they used. After contacting them, Emily contacted me back via email and told me they can't do anything but give me $20 towards my next purchase lol. So they lied about there return policy obviously, sold faulty merchandise and now won't do anything about it unless you give them $80 lol. This place is a scam and I highly advise anyone to not spend there money with these folks.
Their return policy is only good on paper. I tried returning their shoes for the second time when it started shedding with very little usage and the attendant at the store seemed rather impatient with me like I was inconveniencing him with my demands. I just want to ensure that my expensive shoes are of the quality that they promise. He also didn't fail to remind me at least a dozen times during the interaction that they were the final exchange that I was going to get and loudly commented that I had sweaty feet for everyone around in the store to hear. I got the sense that he thought I was on a mission to rob their store by systematically returning their shoes just in time within the one month return timeframe. Sigh. They have a good exchange and return policy on paper but their attendants aren't really well trained in following it, and they aren't the friendliest people. Both the attendants in the store used a condescending tone and made me feel unwelcome. At the end I'm happy they did honor the exchange policy, but I wouldn't recommend anybody to take them at their word for the quality of the felt or wool in the shoes.
As birds on Earth are the rulers and accountants of Righteousness ALLBIRDS SHINES LIGHT in this world and ALL BEYOND. True story but one may take it as a novel to, no issues: As I was meditating yesterday and working in my initiation with Shiva it was sent to my consciousness “buy a pair of AllBirds”. Blue for the color of Courage. Black for the much transmutation the Earth needs. Well the shoes were bought yesterday at 11:10 sharp and marked delivery today at 10:22. Aside from the numerology of the difference, which in hours and minutes makes a sharp Infinity, from a Supply Chain perspective this is nothing short of miracle given it went through or rather flew through a few countries and required customs clearance. Now YOU GUYS MADE IT and indeed it is said that WITH GOD EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Ando you helped me see such infinite intelligence in its creating magic through all you do. And ok Shiva wanted me to convey a nut case story intending it may help somebody going through what is termed rough awakening. A humble nutcracker, meaning messenger. Miguel Ángel
The service here is outstanding. The young woman who helped me was very attentive. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I asked. She was also helpful in guiding me to the pair that was right for me. The other staff members were also helpful, getting sizes for each other or talking shoes back that were no longer needed. The store itself is on a side street that seemed a little shady, but once inside it is well lit and very welcoming. There are couches/benches and stools that are made from the same wool material as the shoes, and there are a variety of laces if you select the 'runners' as your purchase. Update:: I've had to lower my rating of these shoes. Staff and store are still nice but the shoes have become less than great. I bought a size up because my initial reaction to how tight they were without socks was unsettling, no matter how much the rep said they would give after a while. The pair now is so loose that if I'm not careful with planting my feet my ankle will twist. It happens at least twice a day.
When I initially bought a pair of Allbirds wool runners, I thought they looked great and were very comfortable. However, the shoes wore down so quickly that after about 6 months of fairly light wear they were unusable. In my case, the sole of the shoe wore down quickly and unevenly, and moreover compressed dramatically (by about a third of an inch!) on the inner half of the foot, making it impossible to walk evenly in the shoe. I've never experienced anything like this with a shoe in the past. I contacted the company and they indicated that this is standard wear and tear for Allbirds. I find that very surprising and wish I had been aware of it. I'm happy to pay a premium for comfort and environmental friendliness. However, I expected the comfort to last longer than 6 months of light wear, and recycling shoes every 6 months is simply not environmentally friendly, no matter how they are sourced or made. If you are making this purchase because you believe it is a "sustainable" option, you may wish to reconsider.
Interesting place to find. We had a fun adventure walking to the store while visiting San Francisco. The sales woman was friendly and attentive. She explained that the shoes tend to stretch. So, sizing up into men's may not be a good idea. I went with the women's 10 and absolutely adore them. I want all my shoes from Allbirds. Wearing them is bliss... Better than barefoot. Please, make high heels and snow boots and ballet flats... I love you, Allbirds. With all of the walking we did in San Francisco that week, I was so glad to have my Allbirds. Someone online recommended them and I figured I'd stop into the store while I was in town. WORTH IT. They saved my feet. Normally, I would've been in so much pain from walking, I have a weird, rare bone disease and these shoes were life savers. Can't say enough good things about them! Thank you!
I really love my Allbirds. They are the most comfortable shoes I own - by far. My issue is that my first pair has only lasted 10 months before ripping and tearing at the seams despite only normal wear and only having been washed once on delicate and air dried. I was disappointed that while these shoes are incredibly comfortable, they have an expected life of less than a year. I reached out to Allbirds Customer Service directly, they stated that they have a 30 day return policy, but no warranty. They asked for photos, verified that the shoes were ripped along the seams, but were unable to offer anything beyond a small discount on a future purchase. I love the shoes, but unfortunately, they are just not that durable.
AWESOME. It’s been a long struggle to find decent shoes that won’t ache my feet and these arrived to solve the problem. The moment you slip these on (go sock-less) your feet will feel comfy and snug. As soon as you stand they erase the foot ache. Their merino wool works so well in cold and wet weather. They’re amazing. You don’t need GoreTex or some other water proof gimmick. Just hoof it and let these dry out. They dry quickly and since they’re wool you’re not going to feel the cold. They work well in cold weather just perfectly (not snowy weather). YMMV; Give them a try! Just ignore the labels and haters.
I think this has to be the place with the worst shopping experience known to mankind. I already own a pair and can say they are very comfortable shoes. So much so that I was going to the store with the full intention of buying 5 pairs for my family as presents. But while I was there it was almost as if they were begging me to not spend my money. Every style/size/color I asked about was sold out. Wasted 30 minutes and left without making a purchase. Rather hilarious in retrospect. Save yourself some time and buy some ultra boosts just as comfortable and will probably last last longer.
Heard about the shoes from a friend and went downtown to try on a pair but my size did not come in the color I wanted. Tried two different sizes in another color. Customer service is awful. I am a 7.5 and hardly received any help with deciding if I should buy a 7 or an 8. I ended up buying the 8 online and hope they work out. I hope Allbirds starts training their employees on basic customer service. I never write bad reviews and this is my first. I hope I end up liking the shoes. Both sales associates looked miserable and seemed to not enjoy their job at all.
I have wide jacked up feet that get cold all the time! Fortunately, I was in SF near the store and went in. It was busy, but shortly after looking a sales person approached me and I told her I have wide feet so she recommended the runners. After bringing me a pair to try, I went to see if my orthotics would fit after removing the insole. Eureka! They do! Very comfortable and they do not rub anywhere because of the soft wool! Happy to have found a new shoe I can wear since I have only about 6 pairs I can really wear comfortably. Luv!
Great shoes and a great store. Allbirds have become popular in San Fransisco for their comfort and simplistic style. The shoes are made out of natural material such as wool and sugarcane. The store compliments the brand very well with its bright and simple yet stylish look. Staff is really friendly and they help you out will all your questions. Since there are only about 4 models to choose from and since all of them except one costs the same price i.e. $95, buying becomes a very easy experience!
Terrance was extremely professional and so helpful. Really made me feel valued and customer service like this makes me appreciate the brand even more. I will be a lifelong client due to the extreme care and wonderful experience received from Terrance. As a Senior Business Executive for AT&T National Business, it is extremely refreshing to see such courtesy and positivity from a store representative. Terrance is a leader and is an example of the highest staple in the customer service industry.
As of 6/10/2018 Allbirds is renovating their store, so they are inside Shinola, which makes for a cramped experience if you go during the weekend. All of the representatives are super friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable of the current stock, which makes for quick service. The return policy is very generous at 30 days, no questions asked. They often have free stickers or enamel pins with their signature sheep. Super cute! Tip: check online and in-store for different color stock!
Very cheerful and helpful staff. The place is clean as a whistle and their product is top of the line. Their shoes are made naturally from either tree products or wool. It's not very expensive either. They also sale various other products related to shoes like in soles, which is not expensive either. The enterance is weirdly on a small alley in the middle of a block and took us a while to figure it out where it was. Other than that they've great products, which is comfy and styles.
Disclaimer: this is a review for the store and not the actual product. Allbirds misleads customers into thinking they can purchase different colored sneakers-- when in reality-- one can only purchase the drab black, grey, or white. Their office-front display has different color sneakers displayed, but when you walk around the corner to the actual store, you're told that those are are for display purposes only and are "special edition." I noticed they also do this on the website.
This is my favorite Allbirds. Walking into this alley already gave me a feeling of somewhere in Shinjuku Japan very quiet & clean yet fashionable. Awesome & helpful staff, even though one staff is already helping us, the other staff also help us checked their inventory. This never happened in Hayes Valley one. From now on I only want to shop our Allbirds here. & I got a big labor day discount. Thank you Allbirds. With this Allbirds, I have no complaints. ❤️
February 2022: Weird but my previous review was removed for some reason ☹️. Bought a pair of tree runners in June 2021 and love them! In January, I went back to get some new shoes and had an odd shopping experience. I ended up buying a pair of tree dashers but there were two associates that were not very helpful. It almost seemed like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help even though it wasn't super busy. It's like they didn't want me touching the shoes.
Great experience. The store was crowded and I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. My nice salesman recommended a couple things, He went and got my shoes, they fit perfectly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Comfortable shoes, for sure I wore them all the way home on the plane. What nice people what a nice environment and what amazing alternative to traditional footwear. So glad I went on the recommendation of someone that lives there.
I bought a pair of $100 AllBirds slippers. They were great for about 2 months until the toebox in one of the slippers collapsed. Inspecting them I found that the inner liner is held to the outer by some very cheap glue which basically failed. The other slipper fell apart soon after. Now putting them on is a complete hassle and I'll probably just stop wearing them. Very shoddy construction and cheap materials for a $100 pair of slippers. Avoid these.
Nice place to pick up some Allbirds - staff is helpful and polite, and the area is simple and well-kept. Allbirds doesn't have a lot of shoes so the space is not that big, but it doesn't need to be. If you're in the area and you've been thinking about trying out these shoes, stop by! The Shinola store also offers some interesting browsing if you're looking to add to your expensive (but nice) hipster goods collection.
The customer service was horrible. I kept asking for the guy to come over to see if I had the right fit, I kept asking for a smaller size and waited forever. I was there for 35 minutes and only got two different sizes.... I could go to vans and pay less than half the price for the shoes, and get better customer service... I am extremely disappointed. I wanted to buy two pairs, but I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Terrible location with no parking and no store number to check for stock that’s listed online. However when you drive an hour to the store they claim it isn’t up to date. How can a place of business, operating in business hours not have the ability to contact a sales member in the shop. Good shoes but not willing to wait, and drive for something that’s not in-stock despite bing listed as available.
Staff at this store is rude and unwelcoming. Not a great experience shopping here - felt like the staff was annoyed by the fact that he had to help me. Other Allbirds stores I’ve been to have really friendly staff who are helpful and provide information and guidance as required so this was a stark contrast to my prior experience. Shoes are great, this store is not!
The staff and location are great. I had purchased a pair online before Christmas but sadly had to return them because they didn’t fit right for me. I couldn’t ever get them tied without feeling too tight. I went to store anyway to check out new colors, and was informed they have made adjustments to the widths, so when I get back to the east coast I’ll try again.
I was no stranger to Allbirds but while visiting SF wanted to checkout styles in the store (I learned about them through a colleague who is related to the founders). I was in the market to purchase at least two more pairs for my sons. I tried on the laced-up styles but neither “spoke to me” personally and then I tried a Breezer flat. Love the comfort and style.
Great shoes that are washable (key if you walk in San Francisco) AND breathable (key if you walk a lot). PRO: Helpful, enthusiastic staff, nice new more spacious store (opened labor day 2018) right next door to original location. CON: Same long lines as before. Once you know your size, they all fit more or less the same...so consider shopping online :-)
True to its mission: comfortable footwear that are sustainable for nature. Amazingly friendly service even during busy times. If you’re looking for a daily driver for your footwear and/or want to abandon/hate wearing socks - this is it. They’re breathable and comfortable. Get the woollen variant for cold climate and tree variant for warmer ones.
Fun fun fun. They were crowded but service was easy to find. Since we own quite a few pairs it was nice to see the store on display. Staff is friendly and attentive. If you know what you want and they have your size it could be a fine minute visit. But great to see others experiencing what we already know about Allbirds shoes- They are the best.
Absolutely the worst customer service, wanted to try on a pair of skippers and the only pair in my size was a sample pair. How can I order shoes online if you do not let me try them on! I already own one pair of wool allbirds- which may be my last unless your staff changes their attitude. Remember nothing happens until the product is sold.
Very busy and the seats are limited. But the staff remained supportive and easy to chat with. Really think they need to have at least 2 more staffs during weekend though. The shoes are in good quality. Bought a pair of wool runner last year, and I loved it. Bought a pair of Tree and got my mom a pair of wool. Just don't wear them running.
The most comfortable shoes I ever worn. Stylish with different color options. Reasonable and machine wash safe. Great for all seasons. I’ve bought 5 pairs for myself and 4 pairs as gift to families and friends, we all love it! I almost wear shoes from allbirds everyday, and one pair of shoes is worn out after a year with 5 times wash.
I'm happy to live in SF because I can try their shoes on before buying in this shop. Their shoes looks comfy in the web site, but I think usually people want to check shoes' size in real store. If they open at Saturday and Sunday, I'll rate 5 stars there. My friends wanted to try them on, but unfortunately, they have job in weekdays.
These are excellent shoes. I really like the minimalist design, and how the brand logo is very subtle. I hate "loud" athletic shoes with "acid-trip" design colors, plastic and printed pieces in them, and the brand written all over them; HATE, HATE, HATE. Lastly, the quality, comfort, and durability of these shoes is fantastic!
If you're interested in Allbirds, definitely stop in to try on the various styles of shoes. I'm the same size in two lines but 1 size up in another style. The staff, the two times I've gone, have been super friendly and helpful for picking the right size. Their shoes are super duper comfy and I would highly recommend them!
I seriously doubted the whole "World's most comfortable shoe" line, but after trying on the runners and using them for several months, I must admit my mistake. These shoes feel great! I thought the durability would be a concern, but so far they have held up great, and I LOVE NOT WEARING SOCKS! Strongly recommend ALLBIRDS!
This Allbirds location is a charming store and, when I showed up, had maybe 4 associates and just 2 customers. Like the old days, I wanted to actually try on a pair of shoes and decide to buy them (or not) on site. Honestly, some products just shouldn't be bought online and I appreciate local retail spaces that remain.
All the employees at this location are very knowledgeable and friendly. I work nearby and go here all the time because of the amazing customer service. The employees are very attentive and make sure to provide you with what you need. I have and will continue to recommend this location to anyone who likes this brand.
Such comfortable and innovative shoes! If you need a new pair of shoes- support this sustainable company that holds itself to the highest of standards rather than other household names that pay employees pennies and use harmful processes to make their shoes. We love our allbirds and I’m getting more for my parents!
I found the location hard to find but once I was there, the service was pretty good and so was the selection. These were my first pair but they are extremely comfortable that I will definitely buy another when the time comes. I highly recommend the shoes and the location. One can also purchase them online.
Love the shoes, but the "store" was a bit chaotic linked with and in the Shinola Jackson Square Store. A lot of stuff was out of stock, the staff was difficult to get assistance from and there wasn't anything that you couldn't get online. I'd suggest that if you know your size, just order stuff online.
I was very happy with the product, UNTIL they fell apart at 8 months. I contacted the company and they offered to refund me $20. I thought that the company would stand behind its product. Apparently they are not built to last. So so disappointed in this company. I really wanted to like them.
i received a pair of the wool running shoes and absolutely love them! They are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn and running is a breeze. It feels like running on clouds without the jarring a effect that I get form Nikes...They are still new, but so far...very good.
I bought my first pair of the runners a year ago and have worn them at least 4 days a week since then Nearly no signs of wear or breakdown in support. Incredible comfort and durability. Going to the store in SF today to buy another pair now that more colors are available.
Best shoes ever. I actually forget to take them off when I get home because I feel like I'm already wearing slippers. If one has very high arches, maybe consider a little insert for extra support? I'm on my feet all day and my feet have never been happier!
After wearing them daily for somewhere around 400 days, they have finally started to rip. These shoes have been to work, on runs, hikes, soaking wet, in the snow, and in the desert. Truly the best pair of shoes that I've owned. Ordering more ASAP
My husband, daughter and I each bought a pair of the merino wool shoes. We really love them! They are so comfortable I don't even want to take them off! The staff here was helpful and very friendly. Thanks so much for helping us out yesterday!
I think the quality of the show is fabulous, but customer service in the store is lacking. Felt very awkward and uncomfortable when I walked in. Wasn’t sure who worked there and didn’t know where to begin. Finally after walking around the
The staff were very nice and accommodating despite the store being very busy. And I also just love the space. Sharing space with Shinola creates such a lovely ambiance. Warm wood. Wool material. Metal parts. It's inspiring to sit in there.
I honestly love the shoes but the retail experience in this store is truly awful. There were no customers when we went in but the none of the associates were interested in helping us. We got dry dry one word responses to each question.
I can’t leave a bad review of the product because I’m not a customer. I thought I’d stop by to check out the shoes IRL. I walked in the store and is it just me or does this store smell like feet? I turned around and walked right out.
Cool wool shoes for hipsters and tech bros. Unfortunately they don't hold up for daily wear particularly well. Feels like shopping at the Apple Store more than a typical shoes store, but the customer service is generally very good.
This is the shoe shop in San Francisco. One of the best environment friendly and most comfortable shoe. Slippers are little on expensive side but shoe is sure worth the price. Read more about the shoe technology on their website.
The lady wanted their shoes, because they're supposedly really comfortable. The store was very crowded, the service wasn't very friendly, and the shoe build quality was fairly sub-par. Meets expectations for a hipster place
A cool store with pretty cool people working there. It's tucked away, but I think that adds to what the place is like. The shoes are really comfortable. A familiar design, but the materials are what makes them one of a kind.
Very busy and limited seating. But the staff members are mostly very friendly (they have many so just avoid the 1-2 unfriendly ones I suppose ) they display all available colors and designs in-store. Open on Sundays! …
I hate laces so the fact that I can just slip these on is very convenient. Comfortable shoes that don't even require you to wear socks. These are not shoes I would pick to walk miles but they are very comfy.
Don't try on the "display" shoes, I was scold for trying on a yellow wool display shoe (which happen to be my size). Shoes looked great, and are comfortable.... staff can use a refresher on customer service
Great location near the transamerica building. Store feels small but cozy. Customer service is great and you get to try on the shoes and really feel what it’s like before buying. I’m a fan and will be back.
Great customer service, even though the place was really packed. I didn't end up getting the shoes as I'm not entirely sold on the aesthetics, but they were super comfortable and light as advertised.
My favourite shoes I have ever bought. I only regret not buying more. They are really comfortable. The wool series are for cooler climates while I got the tree series for use in Singapore.
They claim to be the worlds most comfortable shoe and as of now, their statement appears to be true. I’ve yet to put on more comfortable shoes. And for about $100 it’s an absolute steal.
Love your feet. Get these shoes and be comfortable. The store itself is nothing more than practical, which makes sense. Efficient purchasing experience, friendly staff, free shoelaces!
Great store with very knowledgeable staff.Allbirds are one of the most comfortable shoes you can buy. Based on this location we normally shop on Sunday morning for easy parking.
I loved the attentiveness of the employees they were helpful and very informative about the shoes. Had no problem bringing out several different shoes until I found my pair.
I don't go physical stores for shoes... but if I do, this is my go-to. staff at this location is WAY more friendly and professional than the other location (hayes valley).
Nice store with friendly staff, shoes are comfortable and light. My first pair lasted around 18/24 months of fairly heavy use before looking worn but are still wearable.
I ordered some Allbirds online that were too small. I came into the store and requested a larger size. No questions asked. Very seamless. Great service and great shoes.
Very comfortable shoes. Street parking is difficult, but there is a parking lot on the block that charges $5 per 15 minutes (enough to run in and buy a pair).
Tiny store selling awesome shoes! You've gotta try them. I just wish they delivered abroad! Service is excellent, everyone was super friendly and helpful.
Nice little Allbirds store with good customer service. The store was empty when I went. Plus free extra pair of laces when buying a new pair of shoes!
If you want to try out these comfortable woollen shoes..walk in to this retail outlet ..really friendly staff ..has all the availability of shoes.
Their shoes are overpriced and poorly constructed. Two pairs in a row had glue residue on the sides. Thankful for their 30 day no return policy.
Nice little shop that provides an amazing product. I ordered some online outside of California, and had to visit in person to get another pair.
Came on a Saturday morning right after the store opened and the staff were attentive and courteous. I tried on different styles and colors.
Awesome! Had to exchange my Allbirds Runner-Up Mizzles and customer service was great! No questions asked! These shoes are so comfortable!
Super comfortable shoes! I don't expect them to stay in this alley very long. Constant stream of people buying shoes on a Monday evening.
The most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Staffs were very friendly and the store has some limited items that are not sold online
It was hard to find parking but once there, the shoe store is fast and the staff is courteous. The shoes are comfortable and unique.
Sizes are limited, so if you have wide or narrow feet you won't have any luck. The staff were friendly and the store was nice.
Great service, good shoe options. Wish they had a few more colors (that are available online), but good experience overall.
Quite busy, but it was great to try the shoes in person and see the colors live. Free extra pair of laces was a nice touch!
Bought 2 pairs. Fabulous shoes. Over the top! Fit like a glove. Nice place. Salesman are nice, salesladies are snooty.
I love the store (and the shoes). So comfortable and cute (again, both the store and the shoes). Highly recommend.
Best shoes ever!! This store has the entire online selection and always has the size you need. 100% recommend
Great shoes my mother loved hers! She usually gets very tired and has foot pain but not with these shoes!
Great customer service! The shop’s usually crowded, but still got to try on shoes without much of a wait.
Very good customer service @ sfo location, friendly staff & worth buying a quality pair of shoes …
Great service. Store is small and busy but customer service is excellent. Shoes are super comfortable.
