My mother is a returning Skechers customer because she loves the brand and shoe quality but her last trip to this store might be the last time she shops with Skechers. She was harassed and mistreated as a customer after shopping here this weekend. The associate that was supposed to be assisting her was unfriendly and treated my mom as if she had no money to spend at this store. While checking out, the associate then proceeded to ignore my moms request of taking the shoes without their boxes (she brought 3 pairs mind you). The service she received at this store was appalling and saddening. She frequents this store and has been a returning customer for years. It’s sad that she was treated this way. Shame on you Skechers for not ensuring your associates are treating everyone with the best customer service when they shop with you.

A neat and modern store with many Skechers options with good prices. After a long flight, my sneakers broke up and I accidentally went to this store on the way from the airport to the hotel. The employee showed patience and helped me with the choice of model. Luckily, they had my small size 7. It really took a while to get my requested shoes from the spare room. Unfortunately, the pair brought was not very convenient for my feet, which became clear after the purchase. The seller immediately changed it to me for another pair very quickly. The first time I buy shoes for skechers and will buy it in the future.

The staff here are very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Three staff members stood huddled together at the entrance of the store, chatting with each other and ignoring customers. Once I had picked out some shoes to try on, I approached the group and waited a bit as they kept chatting with each other before saying “excuse me” to get their attention. The sales associates made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking for their help. I did end up buying a pair of walking shoes, but they cut into the back of my ankles badly and made them bleed after only wearing them for a few hours.

Definitely one of my favorite shoes brands, because their shoes are so comfortable. Being a loyal customer, I really think that i will stick with them for a long time. But today, we were very disappointed because we felt like we weren’t treated as a customer, we didn’t receive a single thank you after we pay, all the staffs are so busy fixing the posters, no one really approach us and ask us if we need any assistance. I do hope someone see this and take appropriate action. Thank you.

Good location but terrible customer care(specially tuesday evening around 8-8:30, 04/17/2018). I was completely neglected and The lady who went to get pair of my shoes didnot come for 15 minutes and when i inquired if someone is getting my shoes other staff bg talking to themself and dont bother to respond me. They literally want customer to walk away without shoes. I vl never go back again. Better try other location.

Pretty decent. I thought this store would let me down like the mall. But nope. Skechers actually has a "WORK" line that sells reliable shoes for work. I got slip-resistant ones with the help of a very kind employee ^<^ He also helped me get 20% off by joining Skechers' club. Although after getting something else, the tax kept the shoes about $91. But better than payin $100 or more 9/10

I like Sketchers shoes. But this shop had less varieties and also didn't have small sizes in almost all of shoes I liked. The customer service is good and the lady helped me trying to find the smaller size of as many shoes as I asked. But couldn't buy the shoes because of size and variety. Might be due to holiday and sale. But I would prefer buying online.

The display is ver neat and modern. It is large with lots of Skechers options with good prices. Employee took a long time to get me my requested shoe from the stock room. It is my first time buying skechers shoes and I found it light and very comfortable. I like how they have a device that checks the requested items other sizes if it is available in stock.

Was looking for light weight water proof shoes and the helpful salesperson gave me some options, but unfortunately most of them were in the hiking boots category. I was looking for casual walking shoes that can be use daily walk while can also use to go to dinner or clubs in. The like the light weight causal shoes, like the way they look and feel.

A fine brand, exceptional shoes, but strange in-store service. The sales assistants disappear for hours to find models, and become irritated and judgmental when an adult asks them for a size from the children's department. Do you have to buy the most expensive adult model to get the best service?

Worst customer service ever on Saturday!! That skinny guy neglected us when we ordered the shoe n he went to take the shoe n never came back n serving another customer!! When we told him that it seems u busy we gonna come another day he said Ok!!!! That’s weird!! I never gonna come back again!!

The overall experience wasn't bad, it just felt like they were either under staffed or didn't care about the shoppers. I was passed by 3 different employees 2 times before someone asked if I needed a specific size. Didn't feel busy enough in the store for the wait.

Tried calling to check if they have an item in the store. Mike picked up the phone and asked me to repeat the item number and I did. He hung up on me. I called back 3x kept ringing. This is very bad customer service!!! Rude and unacceptable!

Skechers on Powell between 5th and 4th something like that but those people in there were really nice and they had a lot of patience and I saved me a lot of money and it's a good place to go for nice shoes thank you very much have a nice day

Completely inept sales team, they don't even know the size chart for kids. 30min to try on 3 different models. They just don't know what they're doing and don't want to work. Good luck selling shoes guys.

It is incredibly difficult to get shoes for my husband since he wears a size 15. Not only they had boots for him, the young man who helped us was very attentive and helpful. Will return.

Located at a prime place, easy to find. They were understaffed at the time I visited, however could look through all the collection by myself and decide and checkout at the counter.

Sketchers is MY SHOE place. Thick soles, air cushion memory foam and mesh uppers for my big wide size 13 feet. Sketchers and I have a long standing relationship.

Right opposite Union square, this is located at very convenient place. The staff were very polite and attended to my needs. They made sure I got the right size.
