I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark Mclntire, and Lupe’s team of guys. They were prompt, fast and hard working. They made an effort to communicate with me through the entire process. All of the guys always showed up with a great attitude and work ethic. There were times in our project where plans changed, and Mark and Lupe were extremely accommodating. On our last move day, Lupe and his team worked extra hard to make sure that we could complete our project on time. His communication with other departments on campus made the difference in our day, and was one of the main reasons we were so successful. I am extremely grateful. This team goes above and beyond, and I would hire them over and over again.

From our first contact with Jeff the Relocation Consultant, to waiving goodby to Ronnie, our very professional driver, our move was a good experience. Rosalyn, our move Coordinator, checked in with us several times to confirm dates and times and was available when I had questions. The packing crew did a good job, and although there are still unopened boxes, nearly everything so far is in good condition. The loading and unloading crews were quick, careful, and graciously answered my questions and addressed my concerns. We had other estimates, some less costly, but we are pleased with the service we received and would certainly recommend “our” Allied-Berger team.

David was a fantastic driver. David was very communicative about his arrival time and his plans for the move. He was patient and professional, and he did a fantastic job packing, moving, and unloading our belongings. Our move coordinator, Rosalyn, was also amazing. She was incredibly helpful from the start and answered all of our questions. She called to check in during the packing, loading, and unloading. I appreiacted her promptness, professionalism, and commitment to helping us have a good move.

Jose and his crew are the third group that has visited my home for a delivery from Arhaus in the last month. This group of guys set the standard. Jose was attentive, responsive, and understands the hallmark of any successful business - exceptional customer service. Arhaus would do well in considering Jose's company as their premier delivery partner. Based on my direct observations, the previous delivery crews pale in comparison to the quality that Jose and his team provide.

Jose, was amazing. I was expecting to receive more than I received today. He immediately got on the phone and got all the answers I needed. He even put together the table top and base that didn’t get put together when it was delivered over the summer. Jose went above and beyond and was amazing. I hope he delivers all my furniture from you guys in the future .

Jesus and Anthony went the extra mile with the furniture delivery to our new storefront. They helped to get a huge mirror into the correct storage spot so it is out-of-the-way for construction. Also, they were kind enough to wait for the security to come and lock up after the delivery. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Oscar and his partner were friendly, professional, and very hard-working. They worked efficiently and were very conscientious and caring about my home. There was one spot on the loveseat, and he was quick to point it out and to schedule someone to come and clean it. I love my new furniture from Arhaus, thank you again!

The delivery team was great! The guys communicated their original estimated arrival time and followed up when they were closer. They took care in placing my furniture as well as going the extra mile to make sure other items I already owned were secure as well. They were most helpful. I recommend this company for sure!

Ronnie was amazing. He helped pack with lot of care and meticulously disassembled and assembled the furnitures, even fragile ones. Was especially helpful when we thought we had lost some personal items along the way. He spent extra time helping look for it and he was right, we had it packed in one of the boxes!

Great service! They gave me updates on the day they delivered…one text message and then when they were an hour out they called. They took care placing my box down for me with care. This is the 2nd delivery in a month and they are always consistent with their services and communication.

The Allied Berger team (Ronnie, Micheal, Julie and the packers) was great. Communication leading up to and during the move was appreciated. My items were packed well, and Ronnie took good care of my items. He kept me appraised of the delivery date and delivered on time as planned.

They were very polite and professional when delivering and setting up our sectional. They were mindful of delivery, unpacking of our furniture, and entering/ leaving our house. They wore shoe covers while in our home and gloves while handling our furniture. Awesome team!
