So I am doing a move and didn’t know who to call when I was driving back from the store and say FFMS and was why not. I called them when I got my first closing date and was set and then bam the builder tells me yeah glass is on back order and now your date is moved to the end of the month. With the news from the builder I called and talked to my personal mover that I was in contact with and let them know stuff changed and these guys where like hey no problem when do you want the team there so new date and no extra charge sweet. Know it’s the day and I’m not going to lie I was nervous but I got my call a half hour prior to them showing up and my nerves calmed down. So Michael P, Antoine D, Javier R show up and I showed them what all I requested to move and they hopped right to it and had me packed up before I could even finish my first cup of coffee. After they packed it up in there truck the verified the address and I said yep that’s it and left before them so I could stop off and get some cash to tip these three amazing movers Michael P, Antoine D, Javier R I figured I had enough space between them and me but dang they beat me to my new home. I went in dropped some stuff of and came back out in fifteen and they had everything stacked dress right dress and looking clean so overall you need movers I would strongly recommend these guys and if you can get this team they are awesome.

Since moving to the North Texas area in 2010, I've had six in-state moves. In all of my moves, I have never had a better experience than I did with Firefighting's Finest! I recently moved from Downtown Dallas to Austin (relocating for work) and knew (based on my previous experiences) that I needed to find a new mover. I expanded my research than just the Dallas area and came across Firefighting's Finest. I added them to my list and contacted five companies to get quotes. Firefighting's Finest was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. But they were comfortable with my requests (including wearing masks the entire time due to my apartment building's policy) and were very responsive (thank you, Payton!). I selected them and was not disappointed in the least! They exceeded my expectations and provided the best moving experience I've had. The crews in Dallas and Austin were professional, hard-working, and experts in their area (whether assembling furniture or organizing my storage unit efficiently). The crew supervisor who managed both crews was easy to work with, a tenured employee, and a great representative of the company (thank you, Clarence!). I have already recommended this company to friends who may be moving this year. Thank you Firefighting's Finest for making moving alone during the pandemic a less stressful experience!

I gave two stars because the guys worked hard in the heat. We had two households moved by this company. I did not have them drive the truck because we moved out of Texas. My issues is with how careless they packed both trucks. It would not have mattered if I had the world's best driver. So much was ruined! They did not have the proper training on how to pack a truck. They also took apart furniture and did not properly tape removed pieces to furniture, so I have a couch with broken feet and missing screws. My $500 Umbrella stand was crushed by the ramps that were haphazardly put in the truck, They did not use the board that is suppose to go between the furniture and the door (which is where the ramps should be stored). This is just my move. My parents were packed up by them (on a different day) and they had several broken pieces of furniture because it was stacked with stuff far to heavy. Several scrapes to the furniture that was done when moving it to the truck. The damage did not occur because the driver was not competent. They did a terrible job. I would not use them at all!

I highly recommend Firefighting's Finest! We hired a team of 6 movers with 2 trucks and they charged by the hour, and the team hustled the entire time. It was over 100 degrees outside, and you'd think they would work at a comfortable pace since it is really hard work, but they moved very quickly and were extremely careful. Each piece of furniture was wrapped in a blanket, then had plastic stretch wrap placed around it to ensure the blankets stayed in place. Tim actually side-stepped skipped around the furniture like he was in an aerobics class while wrapping it with plastic. The team lead's name was Will, and he looked like a professional football player (probably could have done the whole job himself). However, he was an awesome leader and the team followed suit. They were done about 1.5 hours earlier than estimated (because they hustled) and with zero damage (no damage to the outbound house, no damage to the inbound house, and no damage to the contents). Pretty amazing!

I used Fire Fighters Finest to move our two story house and I could not have made a better decision. These guys did a fantastic job. Were on time, got straight to work and really took care of our furniture. My house was very tight corners and most of our big furniture was up stairs and they left no marks on the walls, no scraps or chips in our furniture, and if something looked off on a piece of furniture they immediately ask about it. Very professional, diligent and even unloaded some extra stuff off our personal trailer. They did not stop until all my belongings were out of all our personal trucks, trailers and their moving truck. They even placed it exactly where i wanted it in the new house. From the very start, Michael Trujio was very polite and answered on my questions for booking, to the crew, Michael P, Colton S, Julio D, Quentin C...everything was just perfect and i could not have asked for a better crew or company. Thank you guys!

My husband and I had a very stressful move. We had to be out of our apartment because our lease was up and into our house even though the renovations we were having done were not completed. A lot of things went wrong during our moving weekend but Firefighting's Finest was the only thing that went right. Talking about it after, my husband and I agreed that the movers from Firefighting's Finest were the saving grace of our move. We had 5 guys who were just phenomenal. They were so nice and friendly and had such great attitudes, laughing and joking with us and each other the whole day. They not only moved us out of our 3rd story apartment, but also moved all of my stuff out of a storage unit down the road. They were efficient and gentle with our things. I was actually kind of sad when they left because they were just so nice and they really made our horrible weekend so much better. Would 100% recommend.

We used Firefighting's Finest back in the summer for our move to a rental home while building a new one. We are so pleased with their amazing service and care of our things, that we will be using them again in a week to move to the new house. Zack, Christian, and Christian took amazing care of our things and were so pleasant to work with. We have moved over a dozen times in our life, and we have never had a moving company take such great care of our items. For the first time EVER, nothing was damaged. I was worried that it was taking so long for them to wrap my things at the front part of the move, but shockingly, the move took them the exact amount of time that was estimated in the beginning. I hired Firefighter movers to move my family from a storage shed and from a another home to our new house! They worked with me and scheduled to pick up both locations in the same day. They showed up on time and ready to work! They worked hard, fast and was very careful with all my stuff. They knocked out that 10x40 storage shed in no time! They were very professional and were very polite to my wife and I at all times! They were scheduled for a 9hr day and they knocked out my whole move in 3.5-4 hrs!! Very impressed with their work ethic!! After a couple days after my move I got a call from them stating they have my “Nolan Ryan Autograph picture” and it was left on the truck! They personally dropped it off at my house ASAP!!! We had a wonderful experience and we will 100% be using them again! I would recommend you use them for all your moving needs as well you won’t be disappointed!!!!

I moved several times with this company and they went from four stars to one. The crews stood around a lot waiting for instructions. For my final move - out of state - the delivery was coordinated for a certain day in the afternoon. I was called at 8 am only to be told delivery was an hour away and they could not wait for me to get there. I gave instructions for unloading in my garage. I came home that afternoon to a jumble of furnishings and boxes stacked and thrown about and I couldn't access anything. Mattresses, upholstered furniture, cushions and pillows were left uncovered sitting in the garage of a house under construction - dust and dirt everywhere. When I called to complain and sent photos, I never even received a response. Just because they're firefighters does not mean they're good movers.

Before the move, I worked with Peyton. He did a great job of getting everything lined up before the move, preventing worries beforehand. The firemen that helped me with my move were polite, respectful and very hard working. Even though I had a great deal of very heavy and difficult items, they never complained or slowed down. They were very careful to take the best care possible of my entire load. They even suggested that I get a storage facility lined up in case there wasn’t room for everything in my apartment. As it turned out, that was a great decision. They also made very certain that everything had been delivered and correctly placed before they left. Flawless movers. I spoke with Payton over the phone during an initial call. He had me walk through each room detailing the items I wanted moved. He gave me clear and concise instructions on what to expect during the move and the estimated cost. We had all our furniture disassembled and ready beforehand. It was expected to be 5-7 hours but the 4 gentlemen moved us in 4.5, on a very raining day. What most impressed me was that there was not a moment that these fine gentleman paused. They hustled every moment. They even kindly removed their shoes each time they went upstairs without a single complaint. This company has raised the bar on what to expect from a moving company. Clean, courteous, punctual and efficient. I wish more companies were run like this!

We have trusted Firefighting's Finest four times over the years to handle our family's moving needs and we have never been disappointed. Requesting a quote online and scheduling the move is easy and straightforward. There is a payment portal for the initial deposit and the crew always arrives on time and ready to go. We do the packing ourselves but the crew always wraps our furniture pieces and handles everything as if it were their own. We even trusted them to move some very tall indoor plants and they showed great care when handling them. I honestly would trust them again should we need them in the future. It is a good team of hardworking movers who are attentive to detail and frankly, more than careful with our belongings. Very professional.

The packing crew arrived the day before our move and was on time and went above and beyond what I was expecting in quality of packing and were very friendly. The day of the move, the moving crew arrived on time and were professional and friendly. I was expecting to have to help the crew load so we could get on the road quicker since we were moving to the edge of what they could cover in one day due to hours of service. Once they started doing their thing, it was apparent it was going to be much quicker to just stay out of their way. Once at the new house, they unloaded everything to the room of our choice and removed all of their moving blankets and plastic wrapping. If we ever move again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Make sure you check behind the movers to ensure the secure all the beds before they demand a tip! Make sure you have all your things moved on one trip and don't let them tell u there isn't enough room especially when 3 guys are helping u move. I had to go back to my apartment 5 times to finish moving with my car! This review comes 1 year and a half later bc I can see where they never completed the set up of a bed that qs recently moved. My move happened April 13, 2022 and the big guy demanded a freaking tip. Smh and was mad at the $20 I had left bc the move cost over $350 as anticipated. Just becareful! They were initially the most affordable but then the foolishness happened. I said what I said.

I used this moving company back in 2019 and was pleased with their service so I decided to use them again. Unfortunately I did not have the same results as last time. The price was expensive and I had made an appointment two weeks in advance and had planned accordingly. I then get a call the day before moving telling me that they will need to come sooner than what we had decided. The positives were the two guys who moved my boxes from point A to point B. They were courteous, kind, strong, muscular, well-hung Chads and I definitely tipped them for their service. However, I just don't think I will be using Firefighting's Finest Moving & Storage again.

I was very impressed with the company. The office staff and movers were polite and easy to work with. The movers were quick, efficient, yet very careful with everything, providing wrap and blankets. They moved me from a 3rd floor apartment, and there was absolutely not a scratch on anything. They had a 2 bedroom 3rd floor apt. packed up in just over an hour! And I said good value, because even though they're a little pricey over the competition, they proved that they are well worth the price if you value your possessions and want movers that respect that.I'll recommend them 100%, and if I ever move again, I'll be calling them.

Had the great pleasure of working with two exceptional firefighters, named Jericho and Michael. These two young men made what was a very emotional move for this "grandma" very entertaining and enjoyable. There professional yet relaxed demeanor,their patientence and kindness, their hilarious sence of humour all contributed to the best moving experience I have ever had! And I have moved a lot in my 63 years. I will not go with any other moving company (and,think both Michael and Jericho deserve a bigger raise)! High praise and kuddo's to these two fine gentlemen. Communicated both with calls and emails leading up to the move to help me be ready for their crew. The day of the move they clearly explained what they would be doing, walked with me to make sure that they got every thing before signing the contract. For the move itself Mark, Mike and Cliff were friendly, funny, professional and made me feel that they cared about my stuff. Even took extra care to thoroughly wrap my grandmothers hope chest that I had lovingly restored. All three remained upbeat despite the drenching rain and willingly helped load a few heavier (tower computer) items into my personal car.

The move specialist was helpful answering questions about their services and the move day plans. The crew arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and went right to work. It was raining on our move day but that did not determine the movers. They worked steady until everything was loaded. The crew was very polite and treated our furniture as if it were their own. The move in was much the same the crew was outstanding. As they finished up they were careful to ensure everything was where it should be. This was are second time using Firefighters Finest and if needed I would definitely use them again.

The two men sent by Firefighters, Jonathan and Ruddy, were fantastic. They covered my furniture with large blankets and shrink-wrapped them to prevent any damage. They then proceeded to move everything with such speed and efficiency from my upstairs apartment to my new location; including my very large and very heavy exercise machine. They moved 30 years of accumulated belongings without denting, scratching, or breaking a single piece. I am planning on moving again later this year, and I have already requested these two men from Firefighters Movers. This company is the BEST.

We hired Firefighting's Finest Moving to help load and unload at our new house. I spoke with Peyton several times on the phone and he was very knowledgable of the process and explained everything very well to me, even answered ALL of my questions! The day of Jaqwan, Orion, and Matthew came to help us and they were FANTASTIC! Very courteous guys, who did a great job wrapping our furniture and they took great care moving everything into the home. I don't even think they hit a wall they were that good. I will recommend this company to everyone I know who is moving in DFW!

The guys were great! They were very careful and professional with moving and taking things apart. They protected all of our belongings such as furniture with blankets and plastic wrap. Even though the company gets paid by the hour they didn't waste any time and were very efficient with the whole process. I will and definitely recommend them to other people.and will definitely use again when I need a moving company. Also, their pricing is right in line with most moving companies but the quality and professionalism is where you get the most bang for your buck.

Firefighting's Finest did an amazing job on getting us moved to our new house. They took great care of each item they moved, genuinely treating it all as if it was their own. The guy's who came out were super friendly, but still took the job quite serious definitely no time milking here. Oh man these guys are awesome! Casey, Nick, and Nick! They were on time, polite, pleasant, and super strong! I was floored at how efficiently they worked! We had some really heavy furniture and they acted Ike it was nothing! They were so professional and extremely organized. The man I scheduled with on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got everything set up and things went exactly as Clark set up. This is the third time we have used this company while moving. All of the gentlemen were very professional and took great care of our stuff. I had some stuff while we were loading it from storage that was broke and they pointed it out to me before touching. I appreciate that!!! I have used other companies in the past and questioned if the staff was screened. This company does all of that and i wasn't worried at all. They may cost slightly A bit more than other movers but 100% WORTH IT!

We hired them based off a recommendation from a friend and it was well worth it. We had Ridge, Victor, and John and they showed up right at 8 ready to work. They were friendly, professional, and worked hard the entire 11 hour day. They wrapped all furniture securely and nothing was broken nor any bangs on the wall. I would 100% use them again for any future move and highly recommend them. We are a former military family moving every year or so and they were the best we’ve ever had.

Absolutely the best moving experience we’ve ever had!!!! We are a military family, my husband is away on deployment, and these guys moved our 2400 square-foot home in exactly 5 hours, from start to finish. Extremely professional, hard-working and these guys get the job done!!! They did everything I asked and more, each employee took initiative. Thorne and his crew did a fantastic job. This was by far the best move we have ever had and I would def use them again. We've moved across the US from TX to WA to LA to FL to TN and back to TX. These guys did a fantastic job! They were responsive, respectful, courteous, and made the difficult task of moving much easier. They showed up on time, walked us through the plan, and jumped right in. Great attitude from all the guys (we had 6 guys with 2 trucks). Albert was the lead on the move. The Fort Worth team of Tim, Escobar, and Darron did an amazing job. They arrived punctually (a little early even) and put in several hours of hard work in this Texas heat. They took special care of our belongings and were patient with our decision-making process in our new place. The men who came to help us move were amazing! Very professional, friendly, and hard workers. They were very responsive and were able to schedule a move the same week due to a cancellation. The young men that came to assist us were nice, polite, personable and professional. They took care with our items, and the walls/furniture/doorways remained scratch and dent free. Price-wise they were at the higher end of the spectrum, but it was worth it given the time frame we were working in and quality of service we received.

The gentlemen that moved my Son and His husband on 11 August 2022, Allen, Javon, Michael A and lead Albert Dominguez were amazing. Those guys are professional, courteous and hard working guys. The two young men were punctual, polite and pleasant. They moved two large, heavy and awkward pieces of furniture easily and efficiently out of one apartment and into another. The finalization of the transaction was brief and easy. They were tops! The only difficulty was with the booking which was changed at the last minute. It worked out all right in the end, but there was some uncertainty at that end. Thank you!

I have moved with Firefighter’s Finest a few times and have always been thrilled with every step of the process. They take extra care to protect your belongings and always do more than I expect. I recently moved with Michael, Jeff and Sergio and was blown away by the steps they took to protect my furniture and help me with arranging things upon arrival. Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. Moved an hour away and the crew of 3 were very flexible if we added a couple unexpected small items to their truck. Upon delivery at the new place, they unloaded everything, went the extra mile taking care of every piece of furniture. Very nice group of guys. Easy scheduling, good communication leading up to the move date. 10/10 would go to them again.

The guys were prompt, courteous and professional. The alerted me to any concerns as needed. Found something the previous mover hid from us. There were a few smaller items left because the truck was full. But it was stuff we could load in our cars. I would give 4.5 stars. But the rating system doesn't allow for .5 stars rating. A near perfect move. Definitely will use and recommend them.

All my other moves with them were excellent. That’s why I picked them for my moms move. This one, however, was mediocre at best. Seems like they sent me the bottom of the barrel as far as movers go. No one seemed to be in charge and the move took twice as long as predicted. I don’t think they screen their movers as well as before as they certainly were not firefighters or the like.

The two men were polite and respectful of the property and the items being moved. They moved an antique china cabinet and an antique curio cabinet. they were very careful in wrapping the items and moving them to the truck. They then brought the items to my residence and placed them in my designated spots. Very happy with the outcome and would tell anyone that they are the BEST!

Peyton was amazing! Love referring this crew to my clients and friends and it was an amazing experience to use them myself as a first time customer. They were helpful and kind and very thorough. We had to reschedule twice on our end and it was never an issue or inconvenience for them. They made me feel valued and heard and did an excellent and efficient job! Highly recommend.

With moving already being a stressful experience, Firefighting's Finest made moving day a breeze. From getting an estimate to scheduling the move and then all the details of moving day - they were great! Firefighting’s Finest did a great job moving us to our new condo. Our new space is much smaller than our old space, but they made it work, and even moved furniture around if we changed our minds about where to put it. All of our furniture made it with no problems. They were super fast and efficient. If we ever move again, we’ll definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Firefighting's Finest was well worth the money. They were prompt, professional, courteous and pleasant to work with. They broke one piece of glass that they promptly had replaced. Other than that, we have not found any damage to our houses or belongings. This is the third time I have used them and I have had the same experience each time.

The two men who came to move bedroom furniture from Storage to my home were very nice & did the job well. I asked if they were firemen, they said 'no'. My estament given did not include mileage so I was charged 1 1/2 hours added to my total. This was not told to me, just the fuel charge! Make sure you understand the quote!

I got two crews for this move. They were great! They made an otherwise pretty miserable task fun. They worked hard, had smiles on their faces and never once complained. A supervisor checked in about halfway through the process. He was both friendly and attentive. Absolutely the best company you can use.

The packers and movers were excellent, fast and efficient. Unfortunately the freight elevator in the apartment complex I moved to was at the totally opposite end from my apartment so those poor guys had quite a few treks back and forth. I felt for them lugging my queen size Purple mattress all that way.

Moving is hard, but made so much better with the fine folks at Firefighting's Finest Moving. Albert was a great crew leader and had a great crew. They provided excellent care of our furniture and home. It was amazing how much of our stuff was neatly packed into our storage unit. Thanks Albert & Crew!

We have used them for a number of our moves. When it comes to professionalism, responsiveness, ability to keep your items safe and sound is second to non. We moved two weeks ago, during the 7" rain and they never missed a beat. Not using them in your next move is a mistake! No better movers in DFW.

The communication with the office was very good, and their pricing transparent, upfront and fair. The moving crew was on time, and treated my furniture, the house I was moving out of and the new houses, with respect and care. This was my second time using them and I’ll definitely use them again.

We used FFMS on 2 back to back moves.1st move last minute & they scheduled/completed in 3 days. Both moves came in under quote. Both crews very professional/careful. Moved antique furniture/piano/very heavy marble dining table which they wrapped everything, there was no damage. Awesome Company!

I will never use any other moving service. Everything was absolutely perfect. Things were wrapped with blankets and Saran. Bad weather on the way did not stop them from doing their job. So very friendly and helpful. The three guy were very perfessional. Did a wonderful job. Great value !!!!

Four guys showed up to move my super heavy furniture from my 7th floor apartment to my home 70 miles away. They worked hard from beginning to end and even took my directions in stride without getting bent out of shape. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future if needed

Unprofessional. Spent a lot to move and yet have damage done to our new home. They stated they would pay to repair it and then did not pay for the full amount of the repairs. They stated that they would move things that they didn’t end up moving. Would look elsewhere.

We had 3 young men help us move from our top floor apartment to a new house! They were awesome! Very respectful and kind throughout the process. They quoted me for 5-7 hours and ended up being 5.5-6 hours! Definitely will use these services again if we move!

The lead guy was watching videos on his phone, things that I told them NOT to pach he packed. Wasting an hour of $258 per hour. They brought a big garage storage system after I told them to let me get what I wanted out to my new place. What a waste of money.

I used them to load my Uhaul the first time and they did such a good job I decided to let them do it all this time. Very professional and were able to fit everything in one truck. They turn a lot of stuff upside down so clear out all the drawers.

Guys were nice but they moved very slow (seemed on purpose since their first move was cancelled) so it cost more than any other mover I've used. Also it was packed oddly so a lot shifted to the door and broke a couple items.
