I am writing this review entirely too late, but life gets in the way sometimes! Before I go into details, I recommend Secured Moving to ANYONE! 10/10 experience, do not go anywhere else if you don't have to. This might be a lengthy review... but totally worth it. First, Secured Moving was recommended to me by a friend who has used them more than once, and rant and raved. From the first phone call I had with Arthur I knew this was the company I not only wanted but needed to go with! Unfortunately, it turned out I needed movers sooner than he was able to schedule me (I was bummed, but glad they have so much business!). Instead of saying, "sorry, thanks!" Arthur (owner) stayed on the phone with me for over 30-45 minutes giving me moving advice, how to pack up, what back up companies to go with, etc etc. It was so nice and genuine and I give lots of respect to anyone who will point you in the right direction when they can't give you the service you're requesting. That right there was enough to leave a 5 star review and recommend to anyone else! Moving forward, my moving date got moved and I immediately called him back and he was more than thrilled to be able to help me with my move. The set up was easy and he called a day or two before to confirm and make sure I was ready. The morning of the move was when Fort Worth/N Texas got a bit of bad weather and tornadoes (back in December) and I was concerned about the movers comfortability and safety. They still called and arrived on time, and were ready to work even in the rain! I absolutely would not let them while it was pouring so while we waited for the rain to let up they got some things inside organized and moved around so when it came time to load the truck it went smoothly and quickly. Arthur also came by to check on them and me as well with the weather. The guys never once complained or seemed annoyed with having to move not only my excessive amount of boxes and things, up to the third floor, in the rain. The guys were super sweet, never made me feel uncomfortable (as a woman, I'm sure some can relate!) and worked extremely fast. Even with the rain - Arthur warned me the original quote might be a little more since it might take longer due to the weather - they still finished within the time frame I was originally quoted. Quick, efficient, and safe! There was one box that was dropped but it was not the guys' fault and they were extremely apologetic immediately. I wish I could remember the names of the movers, but now knowing a bit of Arthur and how he runs his company, I will confidently say that you will have the same experience with any of his employees! TLDR: Great customer service, quick, efficient, and safe. Also much more affordable than any other company I had looked into!

This company is exceptionally, outstandingly good. I admit I was a bit nervous going into this move. After all, no matter how carefully we box and organize things, I’m still paying a couple of people I don’t know to get everything I own safely onto a truck, across town, and then into my new place. Boxes are relatively straightforward, sure, but what about that antique trunk? What about my wife’s grandmother’s big china cabinet with the glass doors? What about the washer and dryer and refrigerator and grill and … you get the idea. And then what about the fact that I’m paying them by the hour? What if they hang around and take a lot of breaks? I don’t like confrontation, but will I need to be pushing them to keep working? Will they be friendly or grumpy? So I called Secured Moving. I chose them because my son had used them for a move a year or two ago. I chatted with Arthur, the owner, and it seemed like he anticipated all my concerns. After fifteen minutes on the phone, he had allayed most of my fears. He was completely honest about what the move would entail and how my wife and I could prepare to make things go more smoothly and take the least amount of time. He assured me that his people were top-notch. Moving day arrived and the two men arrived a few minutes early. We walked them around the house and explained everything, then got out of the way. They set to work. Honestly, I don’t know how they do it. They never stopped, not for a second. They handled everything with an almost magical combination of care and speed. All we had to do was stay out of the way. It was pretty cool. And when we arrived at the new place, it was exactly the same. They hooked up the appliances, reassembled the furniture, put every box where we wanted it, everything. Did I mention that they never took a break? Aside from sitting during the drive between the old place and the new place, they never slowed down. By the time they were finished, they felt like friends. They went out of their way to make the move perfect. They were careful and cheerful and just plain great. They were exceptionally, outstandingly good.

We hired Secured Moving Company and what seemed like an affordable option, will now cost us over $3k in damages. This company claims to not move your TVs, so I set two of ours aside to be moved later, and the movers against their company policy, moved our 75” tv to the floor in front of the two I already set aside without my permission. We went about moving everything else and once I got to moving the TVs later that day, noticed dents and cracks on the 75” TV and the one sitting directly behind it. It was evident that the feet from the TVs hit the screens while the movers set them down removing everything from our living room. Get this, which is arguably the most comical solution I’ve ever heard of. Rather than take fault or offer to reimburse us for the now ruined TVs, the business owner would rather have his movers subject to a polygraph test, and if those results come back beneficial to their questioning, I cover the $700 cost of the test. Something not admissible in court, but a sensible solution for Secured Moving Company. This business does not operate with any form of incidental coverage moving your items in your house. They only offer coverage to their truck and damages to items up to a certain percentage while they’re in their truck. If you decide to hire this company, be sure and watch them like a hawk and document their actions with evidence. This way when detective owner of Secured Moving Company comes along to blame his customers, you have evidence. Outside of this, the movers showed an hour late, had zero saran wrap, and zero tape. Needless to say, look elsewhere.

Secured Moving Company is hands down the best moving company I have ever used. From our first conversation, Arthur was transparent about how the move and pricing would work and gave me excellent tips of what to do in order to ensure an efficient move. He wad candid and professional, and his advice probably saved me an hour or two of move time. The crew who actually moved us, Daniel and Storm, were equally as wonderful to work with. Communication was friendly, open and ongoing. Daniel called about 30 minutes before their arrival time. My young kids were still sleeping when Daniel & Storm arrived as it was pretty early. I planned to wake the kids up so Daniel & Storm could get to work but they kindly offered to begin working in a different part of the house to let the kids sleep a little longer. They were both extremely careful with our belongings, treating them as if they were their own. They were also very patient and understanding about our crated barking dogs. They never made me feel rushed. They handled the move very independently but kept me apprised of progress and any questions. It was also great to see how well they worked together. It was like an art or synchronized swimming how they coordinated together. Secured Moving Company completes our move in exactly the time they quoted, for the exact price, and without a single item breaking or missing. I have never experienced a move like this and cannot say enough good things.

I got Secured Moving Company's number from a friend of a recent customer. They were highly recommended. After speaking with Arthur for a few minutes over the phone I knew I made the right call. It was a Saturday afternoon, I expected to leave a voice mail, I was pleasantly surprised that he answered. I was packed and ready but was expecting to wait a week or maybe more. Arthur had a cancellation for the next day and true to his word Luis and Fabricio were at my house before noon. They kind, polite, respectful and quick. I had a huge bedroom suite I called "the Monster" (you can see pic), they disassembled and reassembled it, I didn't even know how to do it. Had a great experience with Secured Moving Company. I moved from an apartment to a townhouse and they were very quick, safe, and courteous. They wrapped all my large furniture so nothing would get damaged. Everything went very smoothly! I did have a couch leg break during the move due to it's poor construction. It's a cheap couch that had broken on me before so it was no fault on the movers. They were quick to show me the issue and gave me several options. They fixed the broken leg and returned the couch quickly. It's probably sturdier than it was before! I appreciated their honesty and willingness to solve the issue. Great communication and staff made the move go smoothly and without any issues. I would highly recommend Secured Moving!

Review Summary: Best moving company I've ever used! I will never go to another company again! After 8 moves in 10 years, and one bad experience after another, I was beginning to believe all moving companies were the same! We used Secured Moving Company for our move and are glad we did. They’re rated well for a reason. They were polite, friendly and on time (which was a big deal to us because we’ve had some bad experiences with movers in the past), they took good care of our belongings, and got the job done in a reasonable time. Arthur, the owner, was very communicative and upfront about what to expect, and seems to really care about not only his business, but also the best interest of the clients and his employees. Arthur has helped me during multiple moves here recently. He’s always on time, professional, and even showed up to help me get my washing machine working a few days after my move. I appreciate his work ethic and his willingness to go out of his way for others when they need some help. He moved everything from my 3 bedroom home into a storage unit and then moved it all into my new place once I got it. Nothing was damaged and everything went quickly and smoothly. We had a great experience and are very appreciative of Arthur’s team. Romero and Reese were professional, fast and courteous to our requests about some of our more fragile items. They loaded up a 3rd floor storage unit and our 3rd floor apartment in less than 5 hours. Our elevator broke the day of the move and the guys just rolled with it. No extra charges and no excuses. All of that from Fort Worth to Wyoming! Loaded Friday and delivered first thing Sunday am. It was worth the premium to not share a truck with other people and not having to wait for our stuff for a week or more.

I sent in request for information on pricing for an office move, when i got a call back i got so much more information that i could have ever imagined.
