The overall shopping experience was wonderful. John immediately offered his assistance and was not pushy at all. I went to a few different stores and called to check with his store, and again John was very quick to help. I ultimately decided to purchase with American Freight. The price and service could not be beat. This is my first experience with this store. It was a great one! They were able to deliver within 1 day. Home Depot was not able to to even speak with me, waited for 10 minutes. Also, they could not guarantee delivery within the week. Spencers did not follow up with me about inventory. That was unfortunate. I plan to come back and review product once it is delivered. Great job, John!! Update: My Samsung RS23500A refrigerator was delivered by 2 very polite and strong delivery men. They communicated via text that they were on their way. Both worked hard to prevent damage to my walls or doors while moving my old fridge out and new fridge inside. Unfortunately, I did have some damage to my doorframe which sometimes happens. I called and spoke with Terry, and he assured me they will call me back to figure out a solution. The fridge is in great condition. It cooled very quickly, within a few hours. It seems quiet and seals properly. Highly recommend this store for excellent customer service and quality products at amazing prices. Please continue to provide exceptional customer service. I will return and will recommend you to friends and family. Well done!

Terry was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and helped me decide between two refrigerators, UNTIL he started selling me on the extended policy. I almost walked out twice. In between the 3 and SIXTH time he explained the policy and why I should have it like a broken record. I'm over 60 years old and have bought many used cars and he was the absolute worst used car type salesman I have ever experienced. He said he was going to tag my refrigerator and wanted me to do a google review. He was VERY frustrated when I refused to give a review. I walked out of the store irritated and annoyed that I gave him business. He knew I was not happy, he didn't even say thank you for the business!

Update: Came here again to check out some furniture for our baby's room and found a nice queen set and dresser with mirror we liked. Dylan helped us out and got us going with our purchase. Our in store experience with Colton was GREAT - no pressure, we got to walk around and see what we wanted then grabbed Colton who explained everything clearly. I WILL SAY - do NOT TRUST the listed measurements on the front of each fridge (the one we bought said 27” but it’s 35.5” - saw this on a LOT of them). Colton measured it for us before we committed to buying. I will update IF there are any issues with delivery & set up. All in all it was a great experience

I went to this location for bedrails for Queen and Cali King rails. They have a decent price for rails and other items. The guy that assisted me was friendly and helpful on finding the rails for me. He was very knowledgeable about products in-store. The other guy that helped me take the rails to my vehicle was cool and very considerate with helping me load the rails into my vehicle. I would recommend checking this location out for furniture and appliance needs.

I went in the other day determined to buy a washer. Jon (I hope thats his name) explained everything really well. I ended up leaving and coming back after they got their truck unloaded. When I came back, Colton helped me. Long story short, I have a washer and Im happy. Great customer service and very patient. Delivery and set up was also great. The guys were in and out within 15 minutes. They made sure everything worked as well.

What can i say? They care about their customers. Terry was a great, and attentive guy; even after a miscommunication, and even after attitudes Terry turned out to be the nicest and most humble guy there. To be honest i do think they have great items and alot to choose from. From stoves to washer/driers and furniture. Etc. If youre looking into buying something, check it out, you might just find what you want/need there.

The American freight team did a great job today. I knew what I wanted, but the sales guy came out, and that was Mike, and help me right away. The transaction is completed quickly in the warehouse guy and I’m forgetting his name, did a good job, prepping the gas stove that I bought, for shipment. I was in and out in a pretty quick amount of time which is important to me. Thanks guys I really appreciate you today.

My husband and I came in to purchase a reasonably priced dining set. We were able to find one we liked thanks to Demi, who was very sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. The other staff members were noticably impatient with both us and her, hence the four stars. Otherwise we had wonderful experience, and would definitely recommend buying one of their sets.

I had a great experience and purchased two appliances at a great price. The Samsung four door refrigerator with a few scratches on it, which I always wanted was discounted. The stackable washer/dryer was also discounted with very little scratches.. The manager, salesmen and loved my customer service was outstanding. I attached the picture.

Dylan was very friendly and informative. I especially appreciated that he wasn’t pushy but was available for all of my questions. He also made arrangements for delivery from another location and helped me save even more cash I would definitely recommend this location if you can live with a scratch or two-the savings are worth it!

Dylan is incredible! I came in and shopped on Tuesday evening (I needed a ton of appliances for my new home), and he walked the floor with me for an hour and pointed out his recommendations.
