Don’t ever thinking for one second to wasting your time at Mega furniture, I have the most bad experience with them and believe me not just me I paid for bed room more than 3200$ and they told me they have all room but just need to order another lights stand and they said will take 2 weeks to get it and I said ok no problem and I wait 2 weeks and give them another week and no one call and I went there to talk to them and see what is going on they told me the manager left for good and the new manager don’t know anything after he checked he told me they have the bedroom but the only thing is missing the night stand I told him yes that’s what I was waiting for it after all he said we will deliver the bedroom and after we getting the night stand will deliver it to you and I ask him how long will take he said like 2 weeks I said ok no problem after 2 weeks I called them was another lady answered me and she told me they didn’t get the night stand it will take 36 weeks and I really get mad after all the told me the can give me the The floor model I said what another option I have she said wait 36 weeks I told her can I return the whole thing I don’t wanna wait and I paid for brand-new Not for floor model she said she can do anything after all the sent to was even different model not matching with my room and they said we just have this pleas thinking before go there they don’t care about you they just wanna take your money and after you will have no choice just what they want you to get from them Store

Best place for custom furniture by Richardson (local). Only place where fabric was super soft texture that I love and color. No other store had this level of softness. There were many swatches to choose from. Ottomans can include storage, we got 2 with one with storage. When it delivered my kids noticed that they opened with smooth like hydraulic open and it will stay open if partially closed while you place or retrieve items. They were patient with my indecisiveness. Cost is more but you can get exactly what you customize from options. Will add more details after delivery and how long delivery took. Will include photos if I remember........ update: ordered custom sectional on 12/10 and it was delivered on 1/13. 4 weeks for custom sofa.

I recently purchased a glass picture that was hanging on the wall and described to me as clearanced out, of course I misunderstood what THAT MEANT. When purchasing it was explained to me that there was no delivery I needed to pick it up myself and that it would be wrapped and hanging hooks would be provided. So me and my son went to pick up this picture that I paid OVER 200 Dollars for and my son was told he has to take it off the wall I said and will someone wrap it? Answer no is there hooks to hang it no. So everything I was told when I PAID for the pic was a lie? Or this person today just didn't feel give a ....?

Very friendly, personal service that was especially helpful. Provided us with a lot of choices. UPDATE: Unfortunately, when I picked up my order and arrived home with it 150 miles away, 1/3 of the ordered stools were the wrong color. (It was tightly boxed, so I could not see the problem before leaving their warehouse). They would not do anything for me without driving another 300 miles to return the items. They would not offer any compromise in any way, not even a sorry for the mistake.

Nathalie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise they carry. She did not try to upsale me. Instead she gave us the information we needed and gave us the space to make a decision. I highly recommend speaking to her if you are in the store. She was very welcoming and I'd return here to purchase because of the customer service provided. The store itself was clean and organized and had a good variety of furniture options.

I went in today to look for a sofa. Billy helped me and he was wonderful. The whole experience was fantastic l would absolutely recommend this store and I will definitely come back next time I need any furniture.
