Received an email from Mor Furniture for Less inviting me in to test a Purple pillow and mattress to receive a Purple pillow after a fitting (whatever that is for a pillow). I am in the market for a new mattress and Purple is on the list, so why not? The first employee that I saw stated that he couldn't help with that, so I looked for another employee. I only saw one other employee and she was busy helping a couple interested in buying furniture. The first employee went over to a desk and was making a phone call on a landline, business I assumed. Finally the other employee noticed that I had been waiting for a while and paused to ask me if I needed help. I told her about the Purple offer that I received and she told me the other employee could help me who had already told me that he couldn't help me. She got him to come over and he explains to me that the store doesn't have the Purple pillow but that I could drive about 1 hour each way to pick one up in the warehouse. First time having a bad experience in this store, not even an offer to pick one up at a later date. Sometimes promotional offers work against the original plan to gain regular customers.

If I could edit my review to less than zero stars, I would. After spending thousands of dollars on my order, renting a truck and driving to the Visalia, CA warehouse to pick it up, we received an incorrect item and a damaged dining table -- neither of which was evident until we unpacked. After going back and forth with the salesperson, I was told I would have to make the 6-hour round-trip drive to return the merchandise. Then, there was no further communication; I was completely ghosted. So, we are stuck with a table that we can't use and a scratched dining table. I will not shop at Mor again based on this unprofessiional interaction. Yes, seemingly great service while you're buying -- but not after the sale. So very disappointing. My salesperson, Mona, went above and beyond to accommodate my complicated order and furniture pickup. She was very helpful to suggest item possibilities when our initial choice wouldn't work out. Good prices and experience all around.

We were looking for a couch that would fit our smaller living space. The salesman was very confusing and outright rude. We wanted exact measurements as I said we were working with limited space. First he said no set will fit in a 10x10 space. Then we asked for a tape measure as we had just come from 3 different furniture stores who gladly check measurements for us. Except at Mor the salesman said read the specs on the sign that's what it is. He just had a very arrogant attitude and was not helpful at all. If it wasn't for US finding a set that worked for our space in the style we were looking for we definitely would not have purchased there. I really liked a lamp set and bar area with stools set but don't see myself going back if I had to deal with the same guy. Customer was not their strong suit forsure. Overall liked the couch.

Mona is amazing!!! As soon as we enter the furniture store we got welcomed by her. We were looking for a specific bedroom set we had seen online. As soon as she was aware she was able to point us to the right direction where they had the floor model.She is not a pushy sell person, she gives you options. Since we were not sure about the measurements she went above and beyond and measure the bed set for us. Also we had our two kids with us. When she noticed the kids she immediately offer popcorn and soda a big plus so they could be entertained while we shopped around. We ended up buying from her. Although we live far from that location I would definitely come back and purchase again from her. Her friendliness and smile makes you feel comfortable and wanting to come back. Thanks Again Mona!!

Very nice representative and knowledgeable. Polite to my family and hospitable as well. His knowledge of the showroom and informative responses helped us to decide which living room suite to get. Once our contract was filled my wife decided she wanted a dining room set too. Carlos helped us with different colors and styles to decide on. We really appreciate Carlos and his professionalism. Thank you again. Our next visit to purchase an adjustable king size bed, our new salesman Jesus also a very knowledgeable and helpful young man did his best to make sure we got what we wanted. We recently purchased a Kingston power reclining couch and matching chair. We were helped by Paul at the Gilbert location. We went to 6 different furniture stores and the whole process, from selection to financing to delivery, was about as seamless as it could have been with More furniture. We felt Paul answered all of our questions. Delivery people were great. We've had the furniture for a month and so far it's worked out well. This is my second purchase from Mor and perhaps next time we'll save our time and just go to Mor furniture in the first place.

Mona and Carlos are fantastic! Excellent customer service, i drive to this location because of their great service even though the glendale location is closer to home. Mona knew measurements off the top of her for various couches which impressed me. Ive nevet felt pressured or like someones breathing down my neck in the store which i appreciate so much! Had a great experience purchasing here with Carlos! We came in close to closing, which I know is SUPER annoying since I also work in sales, and he didn’t seem annoyed or try to rush us at all! I came in knowing what I was looking for and he didn’t try to upsell me or try to talk me into something more expensive. He even gave us an additional discount on top of the Labor Day sale price AND gave me a little gift for my doggie! I would definitely purchase here with Carlos again!

We love MOR! Since we've moved to Arizona 18 years ago we have always bought our furniture at MOR. All their pieces are always beautiful and reasonable prices. Today we came in to buy a new dinning table set and Mona helped us and she was so sweet and patient and very helpful. We had a hard time choosing one because they have so many beautiful sets. MOR also do price matching, another plus!

Mona Castro helped me, she went above and beyond to help me find some urgently needed furniture. My husband got out of the hospital and quickly needed a lift chair. She even did a video chat to show him all the features. Ask for her when wanting excellent Customer service. We are first time MOR customers but anticipate many more purchases. I purchased a chair last month that requires it be plugged in to charge the battery that operates the recliner. After 3 weeks it stopped working and they refuse to refund me and would only schedule a technician to come out in 30 days to try and fix it. Their level of quality and lack of anything resembling customer service deserves less than the 1 star minimum.

Huge bed selection. Went during a Presidents Day sale and got a deal I couldn’t refuse. Mona was extremely helpful and awesome to work with, she’s basically a bed encyclopedia and also helped me load the bed into my truck. If you are clueless about mattresses like I am - I don’t think there’s a better person to help you out. Bed score: 10/10 Mona score: 15/10

Found exactly what I was looking for and it was on clearance! Mona was adamant that the kitchen island with three bar stools would fit in the small SUV that I was using as a loaner vehicle while mine was getting serviced. Best furniture store we’ve dealt with since moving here. Mona helped us out when we needed it and didn’t pressure us like a car salesman like most other stores tried to do. Delivery guys gave courtesy call prior to arriving and had sofa in our place and setup in less than 5 minutes.
