MISDIAGNOSED MY DOG FROM ALLERGIES TO CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE Unfortunately I have to give a one star when I really want to give zero. When I went to Dr. chang my dog was coughing and choking non stop and told me my dog was allergic to something and did not know what it was. I was given a prescription for some anti allergy medication which is the worst thing my dog could've taken when I found out his Real diagnosis!.....Congestive Heart Failure NOT ALLERGIES found out through Emergency Hospital! Doctor also criticized me on his weight issue when it was never a weight problem rather Fluid retention problem from his heart failure. It's called "Ascites " when the organs retain fluid from the blood not pumping through his heart. He was having Heart Episodes NOT Allergies! Only wish I would've know because maybe he would've lived longer. As far as the money goes when I read these reviews it is so true! she would not see my dog unless paid right away and her charges are equal to an Animal emergency room visit. So glad I found out the truth about her. My dog could've been alive if not for her misdiagnosis. BEWARE!

My dog had an engorged tick; Dr. Linda Knox was quite helpful. From the below reviews it seems that her colleague, Dr. Chang, is somewhat incompetent. But Dr. Knox was extremely helpful, sensitive to expenses, etc. She didn't do anything without my approval, and she explained all of my options in full detail. She's quite nice. And the fees were quite reasonable. $60 for full bloodwork. I've moved from the area, but I'd feel quite comfortable taking my dog to the Animal Clinic of Encino-- Assuming Dr. Knox is in, anyway.

I can't imagine a more caring vet clinic anywhere. I originally went to Dr. Chang to get a 2nd opinion when it was suggested that I put my dog down. Not only did she not agree with the other vets but she made it possible for Zoe to spend another 5 full and very happy years with me. Dr. Chang is very thorough and leaves nothing untested before she makes a diagnosis. Her pragmatic approach is very refreshing. If you care about the health of your pets, this is the only vet to visit.

Tina Chang is the worst, most uncaring, disgusting excuse of a vet my family has ever encountered. She has no heart and misdiagnosed our pet (if she ever actually looked at the X-Rays at all). Twice. We went to a far better vet (though further). STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC AND CHANG. They DO NOT CARE about YOU or YOUR PET. She makes $$ on testing your animals... doesn't care for the welfare of your pet. SAVE PETS LIVES AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS CHANG!

Dr. Chang is the best! I've been taking my cat to her for over 15 years. She's very knowledgeable and I feel she sincerely cares about my babies well-being. I once moved 2 hours away and still brought my cat for visits. I've been back in town for many years but only drive 20-30 min. to see her. No matter the drive, she's worth it to me. My cat is my world and I trust Dr. Chang!

It’s so sad that I have to write this review, but unfortunately, they charged me almost double a price of a medication that I could have bought outside. However, they are very friendly, but they did not accept a return or at least price matching that I requested. I was expected more respect to a customer who is right rather that thinking just about money!!!

My service Dog got stung and had an allergic reaction and they brought my dog back to normal in an hour, took out the stinger and charged me less than they said originally and it was a really good deal considering it was an emergency visit on a weekend. My Dog was comforted the whole time by the staff. I'm very happy with my experience.

Dr Chang is so wonderful and caring. We were referred from a friend and she is knowledgable and really cares about the welfare of our Pita. Also she pulled some strings and got us a last minute appointment for an ultrasound at True Care Pet in studio city. We definitely are keeping her for our primary Veterinarian

The doctor and the nurses are amazing and really care for the pet. This place puts pets first and the doctors and nurses take their time to talk to you about what is happening and will be happening. The doctor is very friendly and does not push any brand but advises on natural items to feed your pet.

Dr. Chang is wonderful but I’m not sure if she’s aware of front desk destroying her years of hard work. Reception did not give Dr. Chang my messages during my pet emergency as well as being extreme rude! Save your money and go where you along with your pet will be treated with dignity.

This clinic is absolutely one of my favourite animal clinics I've dealt with. The staff is compassionate and helpful, doing such a great job even during this tough times! Very safe procedures, and doing their best keeping everybody safe. They deserve all the good words and support...

I’ve been coming here for a few years not too often but i’ve never had a bad experience. Dr Chang is very attentive and she communicates well with you what she’s doing, what needs to be done and leaves room for questions. Receptionists are also well responsive.

Our friends recommended this vet when we got our GSD who is almost three. Dr Cheng continues to be a wonderful vet who really cares about their patients. They always remember us and go above and beyond to ensure our GSD is gets everything he needs.

I went to the clinic this morning, and I was greeted by a very rude unprofessional staff member. I will never take my dog back to this office to be treated that way by support staff. I would not recommend this Vet to anyone.

Dr Chang is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Her “bedside manner” is very good and despite being busy she is always thorough and friendly. The office staff are friendly and work with the space they have very well

Tina Chang was our vet for many years and we are about to have her examine our dog again in October. She and her staff have always been the most caring people and they provide excellent veterinary services.

Dr. Chang is hands down the best vet I’ve encountered here in LA. I drive all the way from WeHo to take my dogs here. She’s caring, attentive and the costs are reasonable. So thankful to have found her.

Dr. Chang is awesome. She knows what shes doing. Everyone there is kind and loving. I think they go the extra mile to make sure your little (or big) furry babies are cared for.

We always go to Dr. Chang for our min-pin; she's very knowledgeable and they always take great care of our dog and all our friends' dogs that we recommend, love this place!

It is NOT professional in any way. Having an appt means nothing You still wait 40 plus minutes. Dr is NOT knowledgeable. I only went there through a rescue. Never again.

Always.takes the best care of our cat. Dr. Chang is concerned about her patients and always gives the best advice with care. Staff is caring and are wonderful.
