Unbelievably horrible and deceptive company! I was quoted a price over the phone on the day I had to leave Manchester. When I arrived with my things I was told the 13 pounds a week did not include VAT and insurance, which would amount to 18 pounds. The clerk admitted that it was systematically "part of her training" from her boss to under-quote. Add to this that there was no one present at the front desk when I arrive (I had to call to be let in during opening hours) and they would not even have check in my things that day since they could not be bothered doing it close to closing time (why do they then advertise opening hours). Luckily I found another storage place on google while in reception. This was the worst consumer experience I have ever had in the UK and I will be reporting them to the Citizens Advice Bureau, as their conduct was illegal.

Quick, easy, and affordable! The whole process throughout was really straightforward. And on the day to move into the storage unit the Van driver, John, turned up early and was really friendly, explained everything and made the whole process stress free. For the 10ft cage, loading and unloading and paperwork didn't even take an hour to do. Overall the whole process was really streamlined. 5 mins max to go over paperwork and I was out of the place. Overall really pleased:)

Used Apex Storage Ardwick for storing my belongings for two weeks in between my tenancies. Beckie and Olivia were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process and made everything painless and stress free! Both absolute gems. John our van driver was also a star, he drove really carefully keeping all of our things in tact, arrived promptly and was lovely company whilst driving in the van. Reasonable price for storage too! Recommend!

I had a wonderful stay , and very soon will come back again as I receive my new business consignment. The good thing about Apex storage is the friendly and cooperative staff. Really great service. Staff are all really friendly and helpful - and I thought the price was very reasonable. My questions were always answered quickly, and they made the process of my daughter moving out of her Uni accommodation really simple and painless. Thanks to Jake for all his help, and thanks to the driver John, who was a pleasure - very patient and good company during the drive.

Recently utilised their moving and storage service for a second time and it was even better than the last. The staff were all lovely and accommodating and I had a lovely conversation with my driver, John. Very spacious lockers and they supply very secure trolleys to move your things from the van to the locker. I will definitely be using this service again next year.

I contacted Apex storage over the phone on Friday and had collection booked very quickly. The people at reception were freindly. The price is very reasonable (make sure to get your own padlock and boxes). The highlight of it all was the driver (John), he arrived 10 minutes early, was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat on the way. 10/10 experience

I have just used Apex storage at Ardwick and had the easiest experience. Moving items can be quite stressful but the funny and kind nature of Olivia, Becky and John meant it was a lot easier. Plus they processed everything quickly and it was a very smooth process. Would 100% recommend.
